Dr. Osborne is a good vet and never had anything but good experiences with him until today. He has moved into a huge new office and has taken up overbooking his patients to compensate. Took over two hours just to get taken in to the back. And it seems that everyone is having to wait at least two hours past their appointment. Wish him luck but I won’t be back and if you decide to go pack a lunch and bring a good book

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Osbourne and his staff. He’s not your standard 9-5 veterinarian, after diagnosing our beloved sweet dog Zoey with lymphoma he expedited numerous tests and oncology appointments calling us with updates as late as 9pm. Unfortunately she passed away but Dr Osbourne was very compassionate and after a week went by he still calls and checks on us. Thank you Dr Osbourne!

Dr Osborne is wonderful and his staff are are very caring. My animals have all been very well taken care of here. It usually runs late on appointments, but he offers drop off which makes it a lot better.

The best of veterinary care you can give your pets anywhere, because Dion Osborne is the best veterinarian. He knows my pets are my “girls;” and forever, an important part of this family. Over the years, we have come to recognize, Dr. Osborne’s expertise, knowledge, and experience is unsurpassed. We are forever grateful to have such an honest and sincerely caring veterinarian to call on.

While I've rated them before, they deserve another 5 stars. I am a crazy cat lady and married to a crazy cat man. We have been rescuing for almost 20 years and this is the only Veterinary practice in Florida I'll take any of my forever kittens or rescues to. I'm addition to an excellent, diligent, direct and caring Dr. the staff takes that same standard of care to heart. I've left both relieved and ecstatic and heart broken but always confident I was doing what was right for my furbabies. Recommend at least weekly.

We moved to Ocala in August 2021, and unfortunately, our pup had a rough go of it after we moved here with different issues that kept cropping up (from a ripped nail to anaphylasix). Dr. Osborne has been amazing to work with, though. He is thorough in his explanations and has always given me multiple options of potential treatments. His staff and vet techs are all super nice, and the office is clean and well kept. Top notch practice, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good vet!

They would not even take my boy in because magnolia said he was extremely dangerous and aggressive, skylark took him and we had a great experience and his issue resolved i owe ocala vet hospital a big thank you for not seeing my big boy and getting an educated vet that wasnt afraid of him.

Dr. Osbourne has been our family vet for many years. He is earnest in his care for animals and their new facility is nice/clean. The vet techs are awesome and very caring too. Highly recommend.

I can say that the Veterinary staff at this facility are probably exemplary, based on the amount of animals he's seeing. I grew frustrated over waiting 2 hours past my appointment time and left. He communicated to me, on my way out, that the average wait time for a vet right now is 3 hours. I'm leaving this review because had someone communicated this to me, up front, I would have known what to expect. When I make an appointment, at a time that they provide, I'm assuming they have the resources available to honor that. He was courteous, and professional, and if I had faith they could honor an appointment time, or had they offered the opportunity for me to reschedule when I showed up for my appointment, I would be returning.

Took very good care of a kitty that wandered into my back yard. Kitty was near starvation.

My old vet had to sell and I was not pleased with replacement. Dr Osborne and staff have been wonderful.

Dr Osborne is a great vet, very caring. My pets love him.

Dr. Osborne (spelling?) Is not in this practice for making money. He truly loves the animals and will help you find flea, tick & heart worm prevention that fits your budget. He even matches prices if you find a better deal. Like I said he is in this for the animals' welfare. He will give you his cellphone number for emergencies. I am so happy to have him care for my furbabies! Thank you Olivia, Savanah and Dr. O!!

The staff is so accommodating and friendly. Dr. Osborne is so thorough and considerate to both our pets and ourselves.

Dr. Osbourne is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate vets I have ever met. I cannot express in enough words how grateful I am for what he has done for my babies.

Dr. Osborne is probably the most attentive vet I I ever been to. He's very busy and can seem a little rushed, but you can tell that he truly cares about your animals. I can't give them enough stars!

Dr. Osborne is the best vet I've ever been to. My current puppy has seen 4 vets in less than a year and Dr. Osborne is by far the kindest and most impressive. He has handled both emergent and chronic issues expertly. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

I absolutely love Dr. Osborne. He has what I call an excellent bed side manner. I have taken my cats as well as my dog to him. He just seen my little girl Pippi because of something that happened to her at another local vet. He was very caring and compassionate which helped me deal with my worry about her. I highly recommend him and his staff. They are now my new vet for all my precious babies.
