I'm giving this 3 stars because the doctor is great, and Magnolia Animal Hospital has very reasonable prices. However, today at my dogs annual vaccination appointment, I made the mistake of asking for them to trim my dogs nails for the first time. My dog does not like having her nails trimmed, but her nails have never been clipped this short at any other places. All of her quiks are VERY exposed, and they even cut one of her quiks. I almost felt like they should have refused that service since she was not sitting still. I would have much preferred her not having her nails trimmed over what did happen. Just wanted to give others a heads up.

Services were quick, staff were friendly, prices were affordable considering my visit was sort of an emergency for my cat. Thank you Magnolia!!

The people here are super friendly and very attentive. I have always found them to be good advocates for the animals but today has me a little irritated and questioning my decision to go there. Trusting that they would sell the prescription I needed to me at a fair price I came by to pick it up without question. As soon as I got home I looked online to learn more about it and found it readily available for .40 per tablet. I can get 30 tablets delivered the next day for $16 and they sold me 10 for $21 and I had to go pick it up. I wanted to return these and get a refund and a script for the medicine. Once you walk out the door they will not take them back although I have not touched them. To pay that much ($2 per pill) is simply unacceptable when they are .25-.40 cents at multiple locations. Its not like I was given a choice or offered the prescription - they just filled it. I guess the worst part is that the lady laughed at me when I called to question it. I don't like the feeling that I was hoodwinked.

I love this place, prices are reasonable and the staff here is EXCELLENT!!! I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else!! Even though u can't go inside with your pets ( bc of covid ) I still completely trust them with my dogs!!!

Don't ever take your animals there, I just took my pup for shots and she's home very sickly and they must of tore somthing while checking her for worms cause she's in pain and sluggish ... this is the second time I've used them and both times were horrible experiences DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS PLACE

Was so surprised to see Lisa Baker working for Tracy Ferrel at Magnolia! Seeing her friendly face at my first visit with my new puppy was wonderful! Knew her from Companion and Dr Lammers and have missed both of them so much. Looking forward to many years at Magnolia!

This was our third vet since moving to Ocala. There staff is thoughtful and professional. Glad we found them.

Just moved to the area and they set up appointment quickly prior to Holidays. Saw a publication that voted this practice #1 in Ocala. I agree! They took very good care of my two dogs. I have one dog that NEVER gets along with staff or other animals. My difficult dog warmed right up to all the staff....I couldn't believe it!

Very sweet to my pets and always returns calls, great customer service

We recently had to send our sweet boy over the rainbow bridge. The Doctors and staff at this office, Especially Ms. Lisa were so kind and compassionate with us during this time. During one of the worst times of our lives, they made it bearable. With all of our hearts, thank you!

I was not allowed in with my dogs. They did not weigh one of my dogs during a wellness exam. The other dog they insisted they could not find his microchip. They put another microchip in him. It can’t be removed. I found his microchip with my scanner. The same type of scanner they have in their office. Dr Tracey was rude and unsympathetic to the situation. I trusted her to make the best choices for my clients dogs medical care. This was a simple visit for a titer and shots. I was told not to bring my “international dogs again. Needless to say this is our last visit

After talking with Lisa we went to Dr. Tracey for a second opinion for a problem our golden retriever was having with her nose. This was the best decision we ever made. Lisa made the transition easy and took care of everything for us from scheduling an appointment to getting the records from our prior vet. When we saw Dr. Tracey we loved her. She is very thorough and takes her time to make sure you understand. She even called us to follow up and check on the dog. She will be our vet from now on. Can't say enough about her and all the help from Lisa.
