The doctor and his staff are professional and concerned about the well being of your pet, especially when they are as ill as our Oreo.

They have always taken care of my fur babies with the highest respect, love and concern. I have been going here for 15 years with my animals and I have never felt anything but gratitude towards this office.

Great vet,great people, fair pricing

It was a very sad trip for my boyfriend. We had to bring his dog to cross the Rainbow Bridge. They were so compassionate and let me care for bringing his dog back for him. They gave us all the time needed. Very special thanks to the staff.

I had a very up north he was awesome, but moved down here and this vet is really awesome too! My dog improved overnight I was amazed. Especially when his heart was enlarged and had breathing problems and a bad cough, after his visit I he had medication and was and had been doing good! Thx doctor!

Disappointed- I have been coming to Baseline for 7 years now I have 6 dogs and recently got a puppy and could not be seen for 3 weeks. I like to keep my dogs all together and seen at the same place. I don't want to break them up to different VETs so I will be changing unfortunately.

My dog was weazing 3 people there they said take a number I walked out!

I aboslutely love this place! There is hardly any help to begin with in marion county! You can tell they care above and beyond. Some of the members are lazy and dont seem to want to trap ANYTHING. I felt like a few times it was my responsibility as a citizen to also have them TNR(trap neuter release) along with me feeding my 6 indoor and a colony of at least 15 outside. Which i have gotten neutered. I still have 1 left and i am hesitant to call them back to finish trapping my colony since VOCAL has disappeared once again.

We read very good reviews about Dr. Aten and brought our dog in for a simple surgical procedure, tiny growth, which did not require attention other than she kept scratching it. Since $ is a concern, I questioned the cost and was told, it is simple procedure, if over $100 will call you. Well, the surgery was $104, but the add ons, which no one called about, were outrageous and downright criminal fraud. $180 for biopsy which was seriously recommended and I asked repeatedly for the written diagnosis report and they refused to send it to me, making me doubt it was ever sent anywhere. $30 for use of the credit card?! when easily could have paid with check or cash to avoid that charge but no one told us, until a bill is handed to you out in your car to get your dog back!!! The bill was over $500, Tramadol 50 mg ?! for a 38 pound dog?! which of course made her very sick. The only conversation the dr ever had with me was to tell me come in to have the stitches removed, when staff had already told us the stitches were inside and would dissolve. Terrible experience. Shocking they get away with this for so long.

My dog was one of his first patients at Baseline Animal hospital and now we’ve been going there nearly 16 years and my dog is still alive and doing very well thanks to them. Very appreciative of the genuine love the entire staff has for animals.

My puppy had her first vet visit today. The office is acknowledging their need to protect everyone from CoVid, so your car is their waiting room. When the vet tech, Emma, took Hlin (my puppy) in, I was nervous because I couldn't go, but she brought her back quickly, and Hlin was in good spirits!! While Emma was at the car with us, Dr. Aten called my cell, and he patiently and kindly answered all of my crazy questions. Baseline Animal Hospital is amazing!! Not only do they seem to be a great team to treat animals, they're rocking this CoVid mess by keeping all their patients' owners safe! If they do things this well with barriers like social distancing, I imagine they are great in any situation! Thanks to Emma, Dr. Aten and anyone else who came across Hlin at her visit today!!
