Not happy with this practice veterinarian was very condescending. She acted as if I had no clue how to take care of my puppy.

I find the place a little cold and not shivering cold emotional called the Veterinary doc she was really really nice and one of the helpers I don't know their title but everyone else just seemed like they didn't really want to be there …

Dr Hendrickson and the entire staff is wonderful and they really care. I was turned away from my own vet for a critical issue and now I won't go anywhere else, but All Pets Clinic.

I really liked the very and her assistant. They handled my fur baby with love. And really listened to me as I explained what was going on. Squeaker is feeling much better and finally started eating again. Thank you

Great Staff Took my Rabbit In Did A Great Job With her. Used to be she Didn't Eat Hay As Much But After Taking her There And Getting the Surgery. She back To her Old Self Eating Hay. So All in All Great Place To Take your Pet for Great Care.

Everyone was nice. They all seem genuinely concerned with our dogs issue. They explained everything in a way that we understood.

They do try to communicate the prices before hand. But like most vets they are not the cheapest but they are friendly and definitely care about your pet. Ive taken my two cats there the past few times.

Our rescue dog needed major dental surgery as most of her teeth were completely rotted out since her previous home, and she was in constant pain from it. She's not a young dog, so we were definitely a bit afraid of having her put under. They quoted us a cost range, the high of which seemed particularly high at the time, but I understand and now fully believe that it was just an honest precautionary quote, as things can go wrong and complicate the surgery. We actually paid slightly less than the low end of the original estimate thanks to a smooth surgery. They could've just taken advantage and charged on the high end anyway, claiming complications, and we never would've known. Our previous vet had a lot of complaints lodged against them over that, every surgery ran on or over the high end. These guys have our trust in the future. Anyway, the surgery apparently went great, they were very helpful and informative on after-surgery care, even checked in to see how she was doing, and she recovered extremely quickly for having just had all except for a couple teeth removed (we're very appreciative of the fact they preserved her couple good teeth as well). She was up and trying to be her regular self within a few days, as much as we tried to keep her resting.

Awesome caring people work here. They are very understanding and help in any way they can.

The doctor and nurses are great. They are so helpful and very professional. My dog went for shots today and I didn't see them give her, her shots. She didn't whimper at all. They are so great with her.

This facility is amazing!!! Kept our best friends checked up there the whole time we lived in ocala. Had to put my Riley bear at rest a couple weeks before our move to South Carolina and it was rough, but the staff and vet drs there made me feel like it was the right thing to do. We will miss this facility and their compassion. We received a condolence letter signed by the whole staff along with flowers to plant on her behalf. You made one of my hardest days just a bit easier. Love your facility and your staff.

My dog had a bad ear infection and my regular vet was backed up and couldn't get my dog in for treatment. All Pets took us in and is presently treating him. Very thorough and professional. Staff is friendly and shows genuine concern for my dog.

I'm so upset I spend all this money here. My mom just passed spent 1400 and I had to have a ultrasound done on cat. And I knew my cat was pregnant,I didn't pay for the doc to rub her for 1min and charge me 52. I went in for a ultrasound and they had to milk me for a 52 examination fee. When I strictly wanted ultrasound. They don't work with there patients. I wanted thw xray and it was ae price but they did ultrasound.

Two months ago my sweet 10 year old dog, Sam, suddenly became critically ill and when I called my current vet and previous vet offices, desperate and in panic, they were unable to see him, even on an emergency basis Sam was a special needs dog and therefore I have spent countless hours in vet offices and vet specialists, so my evaluation and review is based on much experience. I called All Pets, as it was close to my home, and was told to bring Sam in immediately. First of all, the compassion and concern for Sam's well-being was evident at All Pets, and sorely lacking in the calls to my previous vets. Upon arrival, and for the entire visit, the level of understanding, sensitivity and sympathy was real. Dr. Collins is knowledgeable, professional, and straight to the point, but at the same time it is obvious she cares a great deal about our beloved pets (and their owners) and wants to do the very best for all. Her staff is equally professional and caring. If you are choosing a vet to "treat your animal" then anywhere (my previous vet) will suffice, but if you are looking for a veterinary staff that will treat your dear pet, with kindness, compassion, and excellent veterinary care then look no further. Also, not only is the entire staff responsive, professional, caring and nurturing, the office is clean (very important) and well cared for, the location is easy to get to, plenty of parking, and they will be there when you need them most. I repeat the word compassion in my review--my Sam did not come home alive that day. Compassion from the staff was overwhelming at a time when I most needed it. I will be bringing my other dog Chloe to All Pets Clinic as a patient. Thank you!!! All Pets for being there for us.

I have had many experiences with Dr Collins with multiple of my pets ranging from a kitten to my 19 1/2 year old rescue. I would never trust any other vet period. She is the most caring compassionate vet along with all staff ive interacted with. When it comes to an emergency, quality of life concerns, or just a general check up she is more than thorough. You know you've got a good vet when she crys with/for you over loosing you're pet inside the examining room.....I could go on and on but this place deserves recognition! The ladies in here are literally the best I ran in here with a injured turtle that I picked up off the side of the road I wanted to see if the little guy but the women informed me that he was going to die so I asked if there was anything I could do and they said that they could euthanize him to make sure he won’t suffer and they didn’t even have me pay a dime they truly do care about animals here.

They are so good. Took super good care of my cat and very reasonable prices.
