I hope they open back up soon. I really like the veterinary care there. Great staff and great care with my dogs.

They refused to sell me an over the counter product because my dog has never been seen by them. The staff member was rude and unprofessional, and very unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Very compassionate we didn't make it to put him down but they cremated our beloved dog and everyone told us how sorry they was for our loss and sent us a condolences card from the vet and staff was very thoughtful

We have been taking our bulldog to the vet for YEARS for her allergies and we always left with huge bills and no solution. Just steroid after steroid and 70 dollar shots that lasted 3 weeks. The doctor here found an affordable allergy med that works wonders for our pup! I am constantly thankful to relieve her itchy misery.

My dog is sore in his front legs and the first available appointment was 2 weeks out! No way

My mother in law had her senior cat put down a few months ago. I don't know what the hell they did but the *more humane way* as it was put to her ended up taking 10 agonizing minutes to work. She died throwing up, having multiple shots, in pain. This was NOT normal or humane! She suffered! This place should feel awful for this experience. My mother in law is traumatized!

Very friendly staff. We have been looking for a vet closer to us since we moved to Ocala, and I think we found the place.took great care of our Bailey

Everything about this place is terrible. The clinic is run by the veterinarian’s wife. The two of them ran their good doc and best groomers off. If you read GlassDoor or any other ratings like Yelp you’ll get a better idea. They could care less about your pet, do not return calls and God forbid your pet has an emergency. Their office manager Brandy is the worst management and is rude and entirely unprofessional. They used to one of the best priced but every time I go in they increase their prices. Much better places to take your pet for sure. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I did not go to country critters I went to Royal King and they're still out of stock on some things and you can't never find nobody to help you You have to wait till you get to the checkouts I asked one person back in the back department …

Good people. Fit my Casper in same day when he was sick. Called the next day after he came home to follow up on him. Caring.

I have been so happy with the care that my fur babies get from Country Critters. From routine care to emergencies they are always helpful and responsive. We just had to bring my youngest in this weekend after he suddenly started experiencing pain in his mouth. They squeezed us in as a walk-in appointment and although they were busy they recognized we were there and got his looked at quickly. He's having to has the tooth extracted and we have that scheduled soon. I just can't thank them enough for understanding my worry and helping to alive my fears.

They got me in for a last minute appointment and took very good care of my kitty. Very friendly staff.

They were my dogs doctors until my dog got sick and I needed them. They told me to go somewhere else. My dog died later that day. Country critters can go to hell

The Doctor and all the staff were extraordinary! We were traveling for the holiday when both of our dogs (English Bulldogs) had anxiety attacks. One was having extreme difficulty breathing, I called the closest vet, Country Critters, the empathy the receptionist showed on the phone was really appreciated. The service from the minute we showed up till the time we left was incredible. They were able to treat and stabilize both dogs. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of the treatment for both dogs, we were expecting a much higher bill. The next morning (Saturday) the vet called to check on both dogs and an hour or so later someone called again to check on the dogs. If I move Ocala I have found my veterinary office. Thank you for all your efforts you saved my dog’s life!!!!!
