My dogs love this place.

I called them 6 times, never responded back, therefore someone else got my business. I’m not going to waste my time with a business that doesn’t seem to care to have my business.

Always friendly, my dog is always so nice and clean.

Sophie's first trip to groomers. They did a fantastic job. Be warned can take up to 4 hours before you can pick up your baby. That's how thorough they are.

Friendly staff and grooming was good, however time it took was a little longer then I felt comfortable with. Other than that service was very good.

Horrible 3 hr wait couldn't stay with her. Fur had dandruff afterwards.

My Mom's dog Peanut is 14 years old and I told her I think this is the best haircut he has ever had and she said yes I agree he looks like a boy poodle.....

Had a 1pm appt. They close at 6pm. Went there at 5:30 my dog STILL wasn't done. Not sure they had even started on her. There were 4 of us waiting at 6pm to pick our animals. They were rude everytime I came in to check as if I was rushing them. its 6pm and my dog has been here over 4hrs. Its was just a wash and trim. No shaving no special technique. Dont schedule if you dont have the help to keep up. This is my first and LAST time there. My dog only needs once every 6months. And I'm not sure same people are running this place from the high star reviews none of those names are here they refer to.

Nobody was wearing a mask but me. No plexiglass shields in place. Cut our dogs ears crooked.

Do god work and cared about the dog

Took my white Havanese puppy in for a bath. He came back with yellow green stained fur on his legs and paws and smelled as if he was never bathed. I bathed him as soon as we got home and he is still stained. Never return. Worst 35.00 I ever spent waste of time.

OMG I LOVE the adorable do' they gave my doggo. She has long hair and is constantly at the barn so this summer chop was long overdue. But the finish with the bows?! I think my heart stopped I was so extatic. Made my day!

These people did not give me what I asked for I had a feeling something was wrong called up there to check on my baby no answer the place was dirty smelly also while picking up my baby After ringing multiple times I watched a groomer hit …

We will never bring our dog here again. We have a small mini aussie and I thought the groomer was attentive and understood I did not want a puppy cut but rather some length off and short on the tummy to keep him cooler. She even knew that you do not do shave shorter cuts on double coats - it wrecks their coat. Dropped off at 1 and was told he would be ready at 4. Came 10 minutes early and I swear they hadn't even started. When he finally came out I was FURIOUS - he was given a rushed hack job of a puppy cut. I could have done a better job. The groomer tried to even him out - which if they are good should NEVER have to be done on a simple clipper cut due to her giving him a puppy cut. Yeah never again.

Love the ladies here! They take good care of my miniature schnauzer! He always comes out strutting his stuff lol highly recommend because we have tried a few and this was his best fit and he never seems to be afraid of them in any way which means alot for a pet owner. Ashley at the front is super easy going and works with you and your schedule. I do recommend a repetitive scheduling so ur spot is secure. My pup goes every 4 weeks and works out great!

Love this place. Wish there was one closer to me, but the ride up here is worth it. My dog comes out perfect everytime, and the prices are worth it. Accompanied by great employees, make this a great groomer. REMINDER THOUGH: CASH OR CHECK ONLY.
