Got a emergency appointment with in 1hr of calling them n they seen us as soon as we arrived.. had a very helpful young lady for pre-op n then the doctor came right in n wasn't pushy trying to have us get test n things like that..

I am appalled. I have owned animals my entire life and never before have I been so deceived by a veterinary clinic. My mother took her kitten there the day before Christmas Eve for the kitten's first round of shots. She was given the unfortunate news that the kitten had tested positive for FIV. What the establishment failed to educate her on was that this can often pop positive in feral kittens, as they have received maternal antibodies. Not that this matters, but my mother was intimidated by the delivery of these results when she should have received gentle education. She was then manipulated into leaving her kitten behind for someone else to adopt who had other FIV positive cats (supposedly). When I heard about this I called the clinic to let them know that I would like to have the kitten, and my mom had made a quick decision. They (the pompous entitled front desk associate) put me on hold (twice) for extended periods of time. The associate then told me that the clinic was in a predicament- because the person who would be adopting the kitten was already on her way. I backed down and thought it was perhaps meant to be for this other person to have the cat. Long story short, the kitten was still there Monday morning AND the clinic CHARGED my mother for boarding fees when she said she would like her cat back. Now all I can think about is how I was lied to and how my mother suffered an anxiety ridden Christmas. I hope that Airport Road Animal Clinic will learn from this situation- your front desk staff is the face of your business-- being abrasive, intimating and misleading is not acceptable, and lying should never be tolerated.

Took my 8wk old kitten in for his first set of shots and they were great with him. Tks for all your help with our fur babies.

why would you take an x-ray of a cat that's filled with fluids why didn't you even recommend an ultrasound now I have to go spend more money to get a second opinionthey said of course you can't see the organs when a cat's filled with fluids through an x-ray you need an ultrasound and a sample of the fluid and sometimes what you see looks like a mass is not cancerous why would you do this to me and scary and tell him my cat is dying when you didn't do the proper testing the

I went to airport clinic on November 13 with my little dog, who unfortunately was in heart failure. I knew should would need to be put to sleep. The clinic was open until noon and is just moments from where I live. I was in need of help in an urgent way. My friend that was driving me went in and explained to the staff at the desk that my dog was in great distress and needed help. The girl at the desk was heartless and would not speak with the vet and also would not budge because I had no appointment. There is no person in the world that wakes up and says to themselves today is the day I will put my beloved dog down. The staff at the desk did not care my dog was suffering and would not speak with the doctor, had they have I’m confident the vet would have seen my poor baby and relieved her from her agony. To the staff at the desk shame on you. I called Paddock Animal clinic and the girl that answered the phone said they were booked full for the day, but if I would hold on she would talk to the doctor. She came back to the phone and said to come right away. I will never use Airport Clinic again.

Dr. Jennifer Breder is the best, I love this place, I love the staff, everyone is very friendly and professionals. Super recommended, my doggy is in good hands. Excellent services

I hate to say this. But. Airport Rd Vet. Has been my vet for years. I guess they've grown so much. They don't have time for my pets. Tried to schedule an appointment in July. The entire week "was scheduled. No openings" Tried to schedule an appointment for the day I called, even the next day last week. Had to leave a message. Never got a rereturn

Loved the vet and staff! They helped me with my little dog! They were kind, attentive and thorough. They addressed my concerns and questions and gave me options without pressure. We found our new veterinarian.

Poor record keeping/discrepancies, after establishing at a new vet. I now know there were discrepancies which confirmed my feelings of fallen trust in air port road. Poor bedside manner with patient/parents. Front desk is wonderful.

Wilma Jane had her little girl surgery 2 weeks ago all went well..we returned today for a final check and all was fantastic..Dr.Howel is great he's very gentle and very in tune to Wilma Jane..

We recently moved to OTOW and did not have a family vet yet for Roxy, our 15-1/2 yo rescue. Today at about 4:30 PM she fell and we thought she had broken her hip and because of her age we knew she could not have an operation and we thought we would have to put her down. We didn't know where to take her and we happened on Airport Road Animal Clinic. They welcomed us with open arms and as it worked out she did not have a broken hip! We would like to thank the staff for their kindness and would highly recommend them for all your needs!

Been going here a long time. Very nice personnel. Clean. We see Dr Pruitt who is very attentive and caring. Vet techs are really nice and respectful. They take great care to see to the needs of your beloved pet.

Everyone there was kind. Slow paced to actually listen to ur concerns, and to explain theirs, answer questions, and they truly love ur pets. Hands on care.

Great Vet. Dr. Pruitt, very caring and down to earth. Clinical workers were very personable and helpful. The only downside is the cell reception is bad. Maybe a guest wifi would work best. Cheap and effective. I would highly recommend this business. Oh, and it's nice to be able to see the vet in person.

My Daisy would not be here today. Great doctor, great service and follow up. Above and beyond my expectations.
