Great job by the Park Vet Crew yet again, dont think about going anywhere else!!

This used to be a decent veterinary clinic; however, of late the owner goes AWOL a lot. Left behind for clients to deal with are a staff of incompetent people who don't know what they're doing and who lie to you. I would strongly recommend you find another veterinary clinic based on the way this establishment is currently drifting.

Great staff and Dr who treated our Labradoodle for an ear infection. We just recently moved to Ft. Lauderdale, and this will be our veterinary office of choice!!!

Just left Park Veterinary Hospital extremely disappointed! I waited 45 min after my scheduled appointment before someone first started to help. Only to be surprised immediately with a extra payment twice the amount of my first vaccine visit. I was reluctant and asked for clarification. To PVH credit they did go over details about my first and second visit and advised me what to do after checking there records after another brief wait. The Dr., manager and or business owner were not available. So I was left with a decision to pay in full or leave. My concern is I was left in the dark about pricing until payment was needed to move forward. I was unable to trust I was being charged fairly since their was no talk about payments after the first visit. Especially if the charge is more significant.

Dr B and his staff have been taking care of all our animals since some time in 1993 from Bridgette our Standard Poodle and Odie his orange Tabby buddy. Now they are taking care of Midnight and the cats and soon our newest addition to the family Blaize a Red Standard Poodle puppy as a playmate.

Recently relocated to Ft Lauderdale, choices are many; they made a good 1st impression on telephone then an even better one in person. Curbside service is timely, professional and not rushed. Tiffany was very considerate and thorough. During the examination of our cat, Dr "B" called and explained options and provided recommendations, much to my liking. As a result, we will be continuing our cat care with this business. Could not have been a more positive experience. From start to finish, a job well done. Thank-you.

I’ll save you the details, but bottom line started my puppers at pet co and after being given the run around by them on several occasions I switched to park and so glad I did! Much more helpful and a much cheaper price. Thanks Park! New family vet. Already referred two coworkers!!!

We've been taking all of our dogs to Dr B for 28 years.He is very caring and compassionate and is always professional. He only provides services that are needed and does not try to upsell services that are not necessary. We wouldn't trust anyone else! Dr B is the absolute BEST!

This was my first visit and I was referred to this pet clinic by a neighbor who has been watching me w my new pup struggle to find a way to help my poor pup who has severe intestinal issues. She highly recommended Park. So I went to Park. I was met at the car within 5 minutes by a very polite and friendly young man. Shortly after completing paperwork Matt came to my car for more info. He spent an extensive amount of time w me explaining possible issues w my dog and gathering historical info from me. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. I appreciated his genuine care about my pup as well as my frustration w trying 3 prior veterinarians. Then he brought Sophie in and assured me a prompt response and also provided info about the Veterinarian on Duty and the general history of this particular Vet. Dr Briggs was on duty. Approx 45 minutes later a personal call from Dr Briggs to me w a detailed discussion on what she get was needed for Sophie. I agreed to further testing as necessary and follow up when results came in. Shortly thereafter Matt appeared w Sophie and again provided more info as to what I could do in the interim to help Sophie. I will definitely begin to use this Vet clinic for both my dogs. The experience was good and I left there thanking Gd for finally finding a solid reliable veterinarian and operation that genuinely cares about the animals they take in. Thanks especially to Matt for spending his time with me. He definitely sealed the deal for me to begin using this Vet clinic for both of my dogs. Great job!!great place!

I have been going to park veterinary hospital for years. No matter where I move or how far it is I always choose to go there because of the exceptional care they have for their animals. Doctor Bergeron truly cares about the animals.

My husband and I take our dog here so when my sons dog got sick we didn’t hesitate to take her here. My sons dog suddenly got sick and after many weeks and tests we finally got to the root of the problem this place is simply amazing and has been great during this whole process with Stella we will make sure to keep this vet for as long as we have our fur babies I can never thank them enough for the loving care they gave Stella

This is the most expensive vet I’ve ever taken my dog to. They charge to for unnecessary exams. They did a nail trim and charged me for it with out asking me and she literally got groomed two days ago. I do NOT recommend this vet for how expensive they are and doing things to your pet with out permission and then charging.

They gave me the wrong meds for my dog. They did not explain that her treatments were only pain management they made me feel like there was hope that she might get better. They just want your money. My dog died today she was getting treatment there for about four days.

Fantastic experience! They treated my Gus like part of the family & made me feel comfortable with the entire curb- side experience. The staff is warm and explained Gus' treatment options clearly so I could make the best decisions on my baby's care. This hospital has just gained itself a loyal customer!

After looking up progesterone testing for a client in fort lauderdale, I came across Park veterinary hospital. The website had many details about reproductive services. I called to ask pricing for progesterone testing (my client is a high end breeder) and the women who answered the phone, although nice, said that they don't give pricing over the phone. After many years in the industry, I can tell you that you should be leery of any place that doesn't give pricing. I understand needing an office visit to get to know the dog, but for a seasoned breeder, this is usually the sign of a place that wants to do unnecessary tests as well - just like the next review said.
