Great place for boarding my cat, it's pristine clean, good attention, ladies there are very caring, my only concern is that it lacks parking space, well l hope it changes once they move to the new facility.

Have been bringing Pete there for a little over a year. They are professional , and attentive , and willing to spend as much time as necessary To solve your pets problem. This is a neighborhood vet , you won find corporate policy’s and treatment menus here . You won’t be sold treatments or procedures that are not necessary . Dr Carlos and Dr Hahn are the nicest Vets in Florida . This place is so unprofessional, I had an appointment for my dog for 1230 I called in an said I was running a few minutes late, I got there at 1238 and when I got there they said they can’t take me because they needed to step out for lunch! Disgusting I drove 20 minutes for them to dismiss my sick animal when I clearly had an appointment!!!

Dr. CARLOS is wonderful, He takes time to answer my questions and is very patient.

Hello, My 3 pets stayed with you NOV 4-8 and I'm really really disappointed with the service. You charged me $22 for each dog to get a bath because it's mandatory. My dogs were given to me smelling like urine and completely gross. I asked if they had been given a bath and they said yes, the day before. WHAT GOOD DOES THAT DO?!?! I am paying for their baths, they should be given to me clean not dirty. I had to give them another bath as soon as they got home and we all know that's not good for their coats! Also, we were promised pictures at least once a day. Day 1 we only got a pic of the cat- no dogs. Day 2 no pics at all. Day 3 I had to ask for pictures. Overall this was very sloppy service even though the girls at the desk are sweet, we should not have been charged for baths if they were going to come home extremely dirty. We should not have been told we were going to get pictures daily, if we weren't.

Very clean, professional staff and well priced honoring their name Neighborly. I had two days of boarding for my Frenchie where they follow my feeding instructions perfectly and then Mona was spade. She is recovering very nicely.

One of the hardest things a pet owner has to do is have their pet euthanized, which I had to do back on July 10th. Today I received a sympathy card signed by the staff, which was so heartwarming. If I could give this vet 10 stars I would. It has all the qualities of a top notch business, along with a caring and professional staff.

I brought my sick kitty for a UTI. They immediately accommodated me with a next day appointment and let me leave my card information so a friend could pick up my cat. I am beyond happy this place was recommended to me. I will definitely be returning.

Extremely rude front staff. Horribly unprofessional deliberately ignoring me . I came to pick up medicine and instead of having a polite smile I was lectured in nasty loud voices about how they’re helping other people. I could see that. anybody else could see that. I raced there from downtown Miami, never got the medicine.

Extremely professional, transparent and kind. Highly recommended. Came in for an emergency with no appointment and was seen within a reasonable amount of time.

I have been going here for almost 3 years and the one lady in the front never greets me, very poor attitude. I came to get my dog’s stitches removed, only, but they charged also for vaccines when I was not informed. If i were you, I would not bring your loved ones here for poor customer service & the disrespect .

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Carlos for the very first time and have been back a few more times. He is very professional has a great bedside manner and you can tell how much he loves his furry little clients. A few of my family members also use Dr. Carlos as well as one of my best friends. We are all totally thrilled with the care we are getting. Kudos to Dr. Carlos and his wonderful staff!

This morning I had the sad experience of putting my dog to rest. First, the young lady named Dani , made sure to help me feel comfortable & was very welcoming. Normally it IS a very hard & doubting time - like is it the right time, am I doing the right thing, etc...I don't have a long history with Dr. Carlos, as I'm a rather new client; but this did not matter to him. His honestly and bedside manner made it clear to mean what to do. Also his kindness, tone and patience was authentic. Without sounding to corny, he was like an angel, even the way he held my little old dog was comforting. This man WAS born to care for animals and made this difficult time an easier one for me & my family. Without a doubt he is the real deal, a Vet who cares for animals and is clients! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Third time I go to Neighborhood Vet Center and get hidden charges surprises. I have called in advance to check prices and requirements just to get surprises when I get there. Today I decided not to partake in this practice anymore, It really messed up my day plan though. Not coming back.
