PGA took amazing care of my sugar gliders for their neutering. I drove all the way from the beaches of Fort Lauderdale just to come here since this vet was so highly recommended amongst sugar glider owners online. From Alicia who took my appointment call, to the front desk girls, and of course the talented pet doctors themselves I just want to say thank you for such a wonderful experience. I’ll see you soon and I’ll be recommending your facility to all my suggie friends.

Two days of calling 12/21-22/21 without being able to speak with anyone or leave a message. The phone appears to be forwarded to a cell phone. Used their online appointment request and received no reply. Can’t speak to the actual staff or Dr’s. Another animal clinic nearby picked up on the first ring. Good luck

My 10yr old Rottweiler Bear has been limping badly, and lost a lot of weight. I was concerned he might have cancer, and Dr. Mike was also worried as Bear had lost 13lbs in 6 months, and recommended a series of X-rays to see what was going on. The X-rays showed no cancer in his hips, lame leg, nor in his chest and abdomen! Also no ACL tears in his knee. Huge relief. Our visit was quick, and their rates were very reasonable. Beyond the obvious relief of no cancer, Dr. Mike prescribed some meds for Bear that seem to be making an improvement in his limp already. Only time will tell, but I'm cautiously optimistic. This practice is a blessing. The most caring and wonderful vets and staff. They have helped me with all my pets at a reasonable rate and time frame. Today they squeezed in my cat for an emergency surgery same day and saved me thousands of dollars with the emergency vet. They kept daily contact with the emergency vet to take care of my pet. I feel relieved knowing he’s in good hands and that they charge a reasonable rate. All the doctors here are fantastic and I would not go anywhere else.

From the front desk staff, techs to vets everyone is friendly, warm and responsive. I leave my dog knowing they treat him kindly and with patience every time.

Dr. Mike was great, I traveled from Melbourne to find a reptile (tortoise) vet I completely trust now. And the staff was truly exceptional just like all the other posts say. I’ll gladly make this trip again anytime my tortoise need a vet. !!

My experience with Pga Animal Clinic has been awesome. When we rescued our dog Duke he had an intestinal problem and Dr. Gillen did an emergency surgery on him ,on a holiday when the office was closed , and saved Dukes life.. they have taken care of both of my dogs Duke and Bella As if they were their own pets. I recently had to put my dog Bella down which was an incredibly difficult thing for my family. they showed incredible caring and concern for the comfort of Bella and the loss we suffered as a family. It’s awesome to see a business that truly cares about their customers both human and from the animal kingdom and it truly seems like everyone there loves their job

My dog Scubie was a patient there for several years and they always took the best possible care of him and then when it was time for him to go they came to my house and did the most humane and professional euthanizing possible. I've been very impressed with Dr Gillen and his staff

The Veterinarians and staff at PGA Animal Clinic practice with precision; they're like a "well oiled machine" but excel in their compassion and bedside manner. Our fur babies ARE our family. They're my Mom's only grandchildren, and they deserve and and are provided with the most exceptional health care in their hands. We entrust Dr Daniel Ross (but the entire staff are equally competent) We love trust him as if he were an extension of our immediate family

I went to see Dr. Gillian who was recommended by a friend. His staff and his office are amazing. I brought in my leopard gecko Tokyo who wasn’t doing so good. Dr. Gillian has been amazing. His staff call to see how Tokyo is doing. Great vet, great office, and great staff. Will be bringing my other animals in for a checkup.

I love this place. I drive all the way from SW Boca for my Husky to be seen here. Dr. Mike , and all his staff are the best. Always super friendly, they care about your pet and you. Its genuine too, you can see its not all about $$$ here. Thats why I make the almost one hour drive to have my dog seen there. When you have Vets./Drs listen to the information you give them, analyze what your saying, check your pet out thoroughly and go with the best plan for your dog, why go anywhere else. I love this place and will not go anywhere else!!! My dog loves going here too, he actually falls asleep in the exam room, no anxiety, how great is that????

Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! Mike, the pet doctor that has been seeing my bearded dragon has been excellent. Although he is beyond busy as this is a well visited location, he always makes it a point to speak with me or personally call me to go over any details or questions I may have and does not give me the feeling of being rushed one bit. Gave me feedback on the set up I have at home and listens to what my concerns are. I am very happy to have been referred to this location and will continue to come although it is 40 minutes away from me. Very happy with provided service!

This group runs the most caring clinic I have experience in my 40 years of having Pets. I am blown away by the efforts made by the staff and Doctors. They brought in the blanket in the photo so my boy would be more comfortable. They are excellent clinicians, diagnosticians, truly caring and compassionate above and beyond all expectations.

Dr. Gillen was great with my Leopard gecko and my Sulcata. Thank you for taking great care of my babies.

Never have I had a more complete exam of my dog since I've had him for over 10 years. I've never had a vet who would check the pressure in a dog's eye to check for glaucoma and would talk to the dog throughout the entire exam. Now that's someone who cares about their patients and who gives a very thorough checkup!

Me and my 2 year old pit-mix visited Pga animal clinic and saw Dr.Adams. She was very patient, caring, and very knowledgeable. The nursing and front office staff were very attentive and helpful. Happy I choose this clinic for my furbaby!

PGA Animal Clinic is the only Vet Clinic I will bring my “kids” to. Dr. Mike Gillen takes care of my Chinese Crested dogs and Dr. Vanessa Adams takes care of my Sphynx cat. Honestly...I trust both vets completely, regardless if they’re seeing my dogs or cat...soon to be cats! They are excellent clinicians, diagnosticians and truly caring, compassionate Vets. Great care from Dr. Adams keeps my 6 year old puppy in tip top shape. Very friendly, caring staff makes the visit pleasurable.

The two receptionists along with one of the nurses were amazing, especially Barbie. But, I got there at 11 AM for a rabies vaccine. Around 1:45 PM I asked for a status as I have not been seen by a veterinarian. The polite receptionist went back to ask the two vets, Dr. Ross and/or Dr. Adams, to see if they can help me with a rabies vaccination and they said no. I paid $25 and left. Full disclosure, My appointment was for 1:30 PM but I called and asked to come in early and they said sure. Update: I received a call to see how they could make it up to me and to make a new appointment. Although I will not be returning, I really appreciated the call.

Amazing care ❤ we had to send our beautiful Golden to Heaven and Dr.Gillon was with us at this difficult time, also we have 4 cats one almost died and they always know what to do! Been in Palm Beach County 20 years, the best Vets, the entire staff us amazing!

Make no mistake, they exist to make money but you wouldn't know that through their personal touches. The Dr.'s spend the time that needs to be spent making you feel comfortable regarding your child's, I mean your animal's care. They do the things they say they will do. They are clear, concise and don't filter. And that's what I appreciate. I trust them.

I love PGA Animal Clinic so much! Dr. Ross and Dr.Gillan are both absolutely amazing and they have a great group of staff! I have a crazy Jack Russell Terrier and they always take the time to work with him- a lot of patience. :) You can tell these doctors really love animals.
