I have been using this veterinarian for over 12 years and my family for over 20+ years. Dr. Pollack is wonderful as usual and all of their work is extremely thorough. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for… and that is exceptional standard of care, treatment and service!

I loved how they took care of my puppy and of my concerns as a first time puppy mother. I felt they are reasonably priced and knowledgeable. They gain a loyal customer here and I look forward to it. ❤️

I just want to give a shout out to Rorie for her incredible customer service. She was able to squeeze me in for a very sick dog I found on the street and be seen. She was so kind and attentive even when we finished the appt. It’s not often you find someone like that in Miami and we were very grateful for her!

We just took our French Bulldog, for his first yearly exam, to Biscayne Animal Hospital. From the minute we arrived, in the parking space(Covid-19 protocol), until the time the appointment was completed, everything was extremely well organized and everyone was beyond friendly and professional. Dr. Jove is absolutely wonderful and came out to the car to talk to us about everything in detail and make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Jove and Biscayne Animal Hospital!!

Horrible my first experience at BAH. an hour and a half waiting and nobody asked me anything. my confirmed appointment of the day before and my sheet on the wedside completely filled out. I asked for my appointment and they still try to blame me for not having filled out the application. . Little puppy feeling bad.

This Review is from: Shar Pei Nation Rescue, Inc 501C3 Dr. Goldstein is an excellent Veterinary Doctor in all areas. That alone for a rescue is so awesome. It takes time to build a relationship with not only a Veterinary Doctor but, in rescue its imperative it is with the entire team. Rory has been instrumental in helping us to frankly, save lives. This is Cookie. She was to be euthanized. We were having extreme difficulty getting Cookie into a Veterinary Clinic which was necessary if we were to rescue her from the shelter. We called Rory in a heartbroken panic. She figured it out, took Cookie in and supported our lifesaving efforts. Not the first time Dr. Goldstein and his staff have been there for us and it won't be the last. We are so greatful for Biscayne Animal Hospital.

My overall experience with the Biscayne Animal Hospital’s staff as excellent. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff made this visit very memorable. Once I heard that I was unable to go in with Moskato (my cat) due to the new Covid protocol put in place. I thought that I was going to be really worried and sad to hand Moskato in to the staff so he could have his annual shot done at this appointment visit and not be there in the room. But the staff was in constant communication with me throughout the process which helped me feel at ease and know that he was going great with the staff. I highly recommend Stacey Jove, D.V.M. and her whole staff.

The best vet!! I had to go through 4 vets before I found this one. Very professional and Rory at the front is the best...always accommodating. Dr. Goldstein told me exactly the issues I had going on with my dog Ziggy. I feel very comfortable taking my dog here and recommending this vet to anyone in need of a new vet! Thank you :)

My dog was overdue on her annual check up because of COVID and she needed a refill on her flea/heart worm prevention meds. I was able to get her an appointment within 2 days. The tech and the Doctor were very good with my very nervous, super anxious senior dog. The visit went quickly and additional options for preventative care were efficiently offered and estimated. There was a bit of a snafu getting the prescription refill that we needed, but office manager worked late into the night sorting it out for us. I am grateful that the office manager is as responsive as she was to my needs.

Ive been coming to BAH since 2015 with my three rescues. Dr Goldstein and Dr Jov genuinely care about every animal. They throughly go over any questions you might have and what’s best for your loved one. They even do the emergency surgeries for animals at the Humane Society. All the nurses and staff treat your animals like their own. Thank you.

My dog adores Dr. Goldstein and his staff. He climbs through the window to go with them. He just had to have some nodules removed and I was terrified. They were wonderful and my boy Luke is feeling great.

We stumbled upon Biscayne Animal Hospital when we had an emergency with our new puppy on a Friday evening. The silver lining of the situation was finding Dr. Goldstein and his team! I was extremely scared and shaken and they were so kind and reassuring. We received frequent updates and pictures. They made a pet parents worst nightmare into a bearable situation. We set both of our pups there as routine patients now. I really cannot recommend them enough!!

The Doctors and everyone on the team are attentive and loving. Rorie, the client relations manager helped me reschedule Luna's dental cleaning after I confused the timing on my schedule for later in the same afternoon. Awesome job on the teeth cleaning, her chompers are sparkling - it was quick and easy.

They would get 5 stars but because we have to wait in the car it's 4. The doctor was very nice and has super techniques anyone who can get the veins in the ears is A+. There are 2 vets there both excellent. You need to hit it from the back otherwise it's 125 st. in the front.

Ive been going to Biscayne Animal Hospital for about 13yrs and have always been taken care of the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and professional. This past few visits Dr. Pullock & Dr. Goldstein, Dr. Jove & Rorie have been extremely helpful caring and just go above and beyond helping my nurse this puppy i rescued off the streets of lil haiti back to health. I 150% recommend going to them and if they cant do something they have amazing recommendations. Thank you guys for all that you do for us pet parents and our fur babies! xoxo

Love this place. I love all the vets that work here. We have been taking our dog here for 5 years. My mother in law takes her dog here as well. The entire staff is knowledgeable. They also give curtesy calls after your visit in case you have more questions and to check on your pet. During Covid, they didn’t miss a beat. They assigned numbers to the parking spaces. You call, give your parking space number, and they come get your pet. Keeping everyone as safe as possible. These guys will always have my business.
