Quiero darles mill gracias a GEIDI La supervisora que cerrando la tienda me hizo un cambio 55 gallons tank y cuando llegue ya lo tenía listo en la puerta con un joven y me pusieron en el auto y todo exelente servicio y eficiencia.GRACIAS MUY COMPLACIDO.ESA ACCIÓN ME HARÁ QUE SOLO IRÉ QCOMPRAR A ESTA TIENDA .

I'm a bit disappointed with the grooming experience we had. We took our beagle mix, (who had been to other Petco grooming places) and paid for the shedding treatment (plus). Mostly, we were interested in the nail trimming and gland services. The groomer told us she couldn't finish my pup's paws because she was so afraid of the blow-dryer and the grinder (undersantable). Today we also noticed she didn't do her glands ( which I specifically mentioned it was necessary because my pup has issues with that). We have never had a problem before taking her to other Petco grooming places. We have gotten comments about our dog's curious behavior, but nothing about her being completely scared of the blow-dryer (she was new to the grinder though). I left a tip because the cashier prompted me to do so. So, not only I didn't get what I paid for, but I also had to leave a tip for an incomplete service. I was gonna let go the fact that her nails weren't completely done because I understand my pup got scared. I decided to write this review when I noticed she didn't do the gland expression treatment. So an even more incomplete service than I initially thought :(

It says it closes at 9:00pm however by 8:20pm the doors were already locked. There were about 8 costumers waiting outside with me because they said the store closes at 9. They were as frustrated as I am. When lady came out she said they were closed and spoke to me with an attitude indicating I should've came earlier. I proceeded to tell her that I work and I was going to stop by before closing time and was not expecting them to close 40 minutes early.

is close at 8:30 pm but Google says 9:00 pm today is Wednesday?????

Good store, but the posted hours are incorrect. Drove 30 minutes to get dog food just to find a closed store.

Really expensive compared to pet supermarket. Example- KMR kitten formula. 1can cost 11.99 at Petco. At Pet Supermarket it was 8.99.

Location's listed store hours are incorrect. No customer service line to call. Poor customer service.

The store representative was very helpful, professional and welcoming. I explained to her I was a first-time pet owner and she assisted me with everything I needed.

No one to greet and meet at door looking for help no one around..Many things are expensive but marked down idems be careful that it is the idem. At check out..... No one can see the prices that are rung up only final amount is told. Over looked the recipe many errors.....1) double chargeing 2) idems on sale missed. I am a careful shopper, hated check out. MOST SHOPPERS DO NOT EVEN CARE ABOUT WHAT OR HOW MUCH IS BEING CHARGED... Unbeliveable!!!!

Nice store. Had cat food I needed, one near me (Petco Hallandale) did not have it.

I would shop here again because of the coupons and variety of items. The employees are also nice. The place is just clean and inviting.

Pretty good this is my go to place when ever I'm in need of super worms for my tarantulas. They always seem fat and well fed. Unlike the ones off amazon.

Our cashier wanted us to get the best price and encouraged me to try a different phone #. Very satisfied with results.

Better off ordering online and just picking up. Customer Service was close to none.

AVOID VETCO, if no stars were an option that would be the case. On days when VETCO is there their veterinarians are rushed, hurried and are not looking out for the animals, the animals' age and medical conditions. The veterinarian that day, Laura B., gave NexGard flea control one-month pills to my dog of 15 years old with conditions and did not warn of the possible lethal effects of vomiting, bloody diarrhea and seizure associated with the medication. Beware of VETCO, their staff, the medicines they provide and pet's health. My dog of 15 years old died less than 24 hours after the NexGard. Wishing you many happy years with your animals and please beware of VETCO and their associated Petco locations that support VETCO services.

The employee that helped me in picking up my order was very helpful and it was a quick check out.

Love the cleanliness of the stores, the staff are friendly and stores organized. Prices are competitive and promos are a plus.

I bring my dog, Shadow ????, here to the Grooming Salon & both Kyeena & Robert are gentle, kind, & patient! Shadow is Chihuahua & Terrier - "Chi- errier" and doesn't easily like other people; but, they made friends with him & took great care of him❣️ Thank you so much for your professionalism????❣️

Associates are always kind and helpful here. Michael went above and beyond during my last trip.

Super great customer service with excellent groomers. I have a German shepherd with super long hair and Everytime I take her here, she always looks great and is groomed super well. Also the store has everything you might need!

Went in, no greetings, everyone had in airpods/headphones, just found what I needed and I got out.

Well.. the Guy who greeted me.. which was also the cashier, was very nice but I had a problem asking questions about their dog collars. I don't like to talk about any store... But this spacific store, no was too interested in helping me. I swear!! Thank God there was a very nice customer that was also shopping at the time and explained to me which one was better for me small dog!! The Petco there also has to stock up on leashes. I couldn't find one that matched my Cookies collar. The Lady employee told me the Isle, but I just couldn't find one. That's ok... I'll look better next time. Very clean though. And everything was nicely put in it's place.
