I asked her to cut her hair a little bit and she completely change her face to a cocker face when she is a cockapoo without asking.

It was Gucci’s first time at Mimi’s grooming. I am beyond happy with his haircut. Mimi did a wonderful job!!! And on top of being an excellent groomer she is an amazing and very kind person. Thank you Mimi!!!

Mimi is great with last minute booking. If you call her at short notice she finds a way to squeeze you in. If you want to stay and watch she allows you to go in the back while she grooms your fur baby. She Did Ari’s first puppy cut and we just went back for her most recent cut at 10 months. She also runs a a day camp in the front at her establishment. She keeps the front door locked so you have to call her if she’s in the middle of grooming to unlock the door. Very pleased with my baby’s cut. Thank you Mimi ????

Awful experience! She was very sweet but she changed my dog’s face shape completely, he is looking very funny. On top of it she cut the hair awful as you can see in the pictures! I am also attaching what I requested and what I got! I threw away my money as now I need to repay to take it somewhere else to fix. REPLY TO YOUR RESPOONSE: Nice try!! I have texts from you with your cell phone! see attached screenshot! at least be humbled and admit that you did not do a good job, the pictures speak for themselves. You really think a competitor will waste their time? If I don't receive a refund by noon today I am reporting you to the BBB & DBPR, and it is not a threat, just letting you know. If your response would have been different ok, but speaking to me like this after I threw $55 in the trash. I also have it on the dash camera from the car when I dropped off and picked up the dog at your place!!!! Just like other comments I read they complain that your work is inconsistent!

I have been taking my Maltese, Daisy, to Mimi's for the past few months on referral from a friend. My 4 year old had extensive spinal surgery when she was only 9 months old & lived in a body cast for about a year. She had never been to a daycare prior to this facility. Mimi has been so kind & loving to my Daisy. She has groomed Daisy several times & her work has been meticulous. Plus, my dog is extremely comfortable with her which I am most happy about. No traumatic shaking & crying when I drop her off. I want to address the horrid review right before mine. The owner wanted a maltese cut for her white puppy poodle. Mimi did such a beautiful job that I thought it was my dog. I was at the facility at this time. Leaving such a scathing review indicates that the woman wants her services for free, is a bully, has some kind of evil agenda & is definitely crazy. Don't believe everything that you read or hear. My Daisy loves Mimi & so do I.

Mimi's grooming is one of the best in south florida. I have tried many places. The owner is professional, educated, experienced, kind and cares so much about my dog. I feel incredibly comfortable leaving my dog with her. I highly recommend Mimi's. So glad I found her.

This place was absolutely amazing !!! My pup usually does not allow people to trim her face but with Mimi she did an excellent job !!! We have been to Mimi’s twice and we are never disappointed. Thank you Mimi we appreciate you !!!!!

The best groomer ever! She not only loves dogs but she actually treats them like children. I lost two boys six years ago, and my psychiatrist prescribed me an emotional support animal. So, yes, Prosecco is like a kid to me and the only person that I trust with my eyes closed, is Mirella. We’ve known her for about two years already and Prosecco loves her. She is such a blessing in our neighborhood, in our community and in our lives! Thank you Mimi, you are the best!!

Mirela ( the owner) is a consummate professional, and you can literally see how gentle and loving she is towards each and every pet that comes to her place. She groomed both my toy poodle and persian cat with so much patience and attention to every detail. Skillfully she was able to achieve the results I requested, while both pets felt relaxed and calm. Her prices are very affordable and the experience all together very pleasant. I highly recommend her and looking forward to the next appointment!

Great service and prices much lower than competition. Really worth checking it out! Your pet comes in dirty and leaves squeaky clean and happy! Boarding is amazing, the pets are not caged but free-roam and watch TV.

Hands down Mimi’s Pet service is the best grooming salon in Miami!!! Mimi truly cares for animals plus she really knows what she is doing. My Timmy loves her. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

I bring my cat Sasha for services at Mimi"s place and I was impress the way the place look clean , beautiful decorated , the atmosphere in the place very pleasant , the tv on the wall play animated movies with puppies make you feel like in children's world . Also the owner Mirela very friendly serving us with soft drinks , expresso and cookies . Also she babysit your puppies . We meet a beautiful dog call GUCCI ,which deserve that name the way he look . Great service, my dog is feeling here like home. He used to be very stressed out by grooming, needed sedation for grooming done only in vet offices. I spent a good deal of money for this, but not anymore thanks to Mimi♥️. We love Mimi’s pet service :)
