Love them! Whenever my dog has an emergency they are alway available aside from being his regular vet. Everyone is super nice/helpful and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

They left me outside under the sun with a 1 year old in a stroller for 2 hours. The Dr never once tried to accommodate me. Judged me bc I was waiting on Donations? This pandemic hit and I stayed without a car or job and I told her and she just brushed it off? Many are in this boat. But Took my $50 bucks thats for sure! and never examined the Yorkie. They were so in a rush for me to leave that the tech, even asked if I had brought my dog in a crate? Bringing it very fast for me to leave. Not even a snip of a nail for the poor Yorkie ????

Honestly super grateful for Dr. Walton and the staff. From booking the appointment to the curbside service everyone is kind and professional. I initially went amidst the the pandemic and they were the only ones available to help my dog. A year later I returned for similar issues and Dr. Walton was again incredibly patient with my dog and I. Your pet will definitely be in good hands!

Initially, I had a great experience getting answers to my pricing questions and scheduling the appointment. Then the day of services it was really confusing with a LOT of back and forth about pricing. They also referred me to a company for pet insurance that randomly cancelled 2 out of 3 of my plans, and then charged me incorrect payment amounts... like 2 or 3 times the amount. When I referenced it to Arch Creek Animal Clinic... they disregarded my complaint and assumed it was related to non-payment. Which wasn't true at all. And finally, their email communication is poor. And I even received an email from someone pretending to be them which made me have some concerns about their security with no follow up from them after letting them know. Edit after finding a new vet: I have old small dogs with a lot of teeth pulled. It's common with age and their breed. We go from Arch Creek promoting an annual cleaning and wanting $341 to $447 each, to a new vet honestly saying... what's there left to clean? It was nice working with a vet that seemed to care and didn't tack on every possible fee or charge they could. Edit 11/5/21: They will not send me my pet records. I was told to text a number to request them. I did July 15 and didn't hear back or receive anything in the email. I tried again on August 4. Nothing. Trying again today.

We took a hurt stray cat to this clinic. This clinic charged us 400.00 to take X-rays and diagnose. They said they couldn't help after they took the 400 in hand. Never provided X-rays or any documents. Do not go to this clinic, you will be deceived and taken advantage of.

This was our second visit with our Siberian husky, Moca. This time, we came in as an emergency for an ear infection and the staff was very professional, courteous and caring, just like the last time we came in. They also helped get our baby in right away, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend Arch Creek Animal Clinic to family and friends! Thank you, Moca & Family

I found the sweetest dog walking around my neighborhood. He was obviously lost because he looked well cared for so I took him here to see if the dog had a microchip. The staff was so helpful. They were kind and thoughtful and explained the process. I was able to reunite the dog with his human within 2 hours which was amazing. Great people!

I come today for a check up for my two cats. Upon arrival I found out that they working base on curbside method (owners staying outside). I asked that all procedures will be approved with me prior. After around 15 min of sitting in my car outside I received a call from the doctor that instead of getting an approval to proceed with the treatments, he actually notify me he finished all ????. Later on while receiving a summery from the doctor I realized that they got the two cats confused ???? . My luck was that both cats were due to same items. If you planing to visit this clinic be aware of curbside method, also, if you have two animals make sure they know who is who. Lastly, don't really on their promise to ask you in advance it will not happen!

Everyone was very professional. They came out and got our pet and carried her in, the doctor checked her over and came outside and informed us of her condition.

The negligence of this vet caused my dog to pass away. My dog had been being treated for about 10 years. He had a condition called a collapsing trachea. On this past Saturday the 3rd of July in the middle of the night his condition began to worsen. As a result on that Monday the 5th I took my dog in for appointment with Dr. Williams to which I was told that my dog was fine that he had placed on oxygen for an hour and was going to be prescribed cough suppressants and prednisone. My dog was sent home and passed on Tuesday morning the 6th. I understand that a collapsing trachea is a progressing condition in Dogs. I am also well away that my dogs breathing was in great distress. However, it is my belief that had we been advised by Dr. Williams that my dog needed any future medical care we would taken him to an emergency care facility. But Dr Williams word were "He's been placed on oxygen and his color is fine so I'm leaving him on oxygen for an hour and I will prescribe the medication." This doctor was unprofessional and he allowed my dog to pass.

I bought my puppy during the pandemic and am unable to go inside with my fur baby but the staff makes me feel at ease. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable even with a brachycephalic breed. I trust both Dr. Williams and Dr. Watson with my girl and she is like a child to me. I highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone in need!

Amazing service! They handle my two month old kitten with so much care. She was a little sick when I first got her and now thanks to them she is so healthy and happy !

They were super friendly and stayed stayed contact. They really care about the animals.. also just an FYI you will not be able to go inside with your pet they make you wait in the car!!.

I can't thank this vet enough. Everyone was very helpful and professional. The best part is, they didn't take advantage and over charge me. It was our first time there and he needed xrays, sedation, and meds. His bill was under $500!! Which every other place wanted to charge me atleast a grand. Oh and if you pay in cash, you get 4% off your bill. They are awesome. I will be back for sure!

I brought our kitty cat Tiger-Lily for a checkup with Dr. Watson and she was very personable and attentive to our cat needs and concens. Three weeks later our kitty had an eye injury and her right eye was milky white suddenly, we took her immediately afraid she would loose her eye sight. Dr. Williams saw her and after inspection and eye test determined was not a grave injury of the eye. Gave her meds and after about 5-6 daysshe was back to normal. Able to see and eye seems healed. Our kitty is a new patient here. Was hesitant to review after just a checkup, I waited for an emergency and I am happily surpised all doctors are careing and knowledge. Thank you Dr. Williams to help our princess see again. Tiger-Lily mom.

It's really difficult to give a full comprehensive review given the curbside service with the pandemic (which is completely understandable), and I've only been here since Aug 2020 since I just moved to the area, but so far I really like this practice. The vets and techs are knowledgeable and helpful. It is also really affordable compared to my older cat's previous vet, which is great as a graduate student on a lower income.
