Great service and animal friendliness, all smile when you walk inside the facility I’d recommend to anyone on need of caring professionalism for their beloved fur babies.

The name should really be 'unkind.' I just called looking to schedule a fecal test for my dog and when I mentioned I'm not from Florida they hung up on me. I thought it was a mistake so I called back and was sent to voicemail twice. Very disappointed they werent open to helping an animal in need.

Where do i start ? First you should clean the sits in the waiting area , they all where dirty and disgusting ???? …

Dr. Basta took his time and provided quality care as well as educating me about my new puppy. The staff and facility were excellent. Overall an exceptional experience !

We took our puppy to kind animal hospital to treat our dog for diarrhea. The vet insisted we purchase there expensive food and probiotics which worked for 2 days after a 5 Day Treatment. A month later we are still having the same issue, they want to keep charging us for office visits and the same pricey food. Last office visit our bill was $350. He took a stool sample and after a couple of minutes he said there was no organism. Not going back to this location.

Dr Basta is amazing! He is honest and very professional. All the staff is really nice and great. I'm really glad to find this amazing place for my furry babies. 100% recommend

We love Kind Animal Hospital. Dr. Basta and all of his support staff are knowledgeable, kind and professional. Bogey our 4yr old cockapoo gets the best care at every visit. After each visit, we get a call a day later to see how bogey is doing after the visit. Veterinary medicine taken to the next level. We highly recommend.

My cat wasn’t feeling well, she had thrown up most of the night and kind animal hospital welcomed us in without a previous appt. Front desk and assistant staff was very very nice and helpful , Dr Balzano was amazing very caring and sweet! I will continue to go there for all our vet needs. It’s a great name and they fit their description. “Kind”

Very friendly and professional team

Dr. Basta is a phenomenal doctor. He is experienced enough to understand exactly what is wrong with your pet and to let you know exactly what you need to do to take care of them. He helped me when I was not sure where to go with a very difficult surgery. Moreover, he and his staff are extremely attentive and follow up with the well being of your pet.

I’ve been going to kind animal hospital for 5yrs now and they are amazing they go above and beyond for the health care of your pets Dr. Basta probably saved my bulldog Sapphires life by detecting early onset of her lymphangiectasia. I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my pets! The staff is also amazing! They really care about you!

IDIRA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET MOODHI INTO SEE DR. BASTA. I CALLED AT 11AM, SPOKE TO HER AND REQUESTED AN ASAP VACCINATION AND CHECKUP APPOINTMENT. I HAD A FAMILY EMERGENY IN COLORADO AND NEEDED A HEALTH CERTIFICATE FOR MOODHI TO FLY OUT THAT AFTERNOON. I WAS HOPEFUL, YET REALISTIC. INDIRA MADE IT HAPPEN! SHE EVEN WAITED FOR ME TO ARRIVE AND CHECKED MOODHI IN BEFORE SHE LEFT TO LUNCH. HER EXCEPTIONAL CARE WAS FAR MORE THAN I EXPECTED. SHE WAS COMPASSIONATE AND WELCOMING AND I AM SO GRATEFUL. DR. BASTA WAS GREAT FROM BEGINNING TO END. HE WAS PERSONABLE AND INFORMATIVE AND SO SWEET AND GENTLE WITH MY LITTLE MOODHI, WHICH PUT US BOTH AT EASE. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND I LEFT WITH LESS STRESS AND WITHOUT QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. If I were hospitalized sick and Drs. Basta and Balzano treated humans, I would allow no other doctors to see me! Their professionalism and thoroughness, coupled with their vast wealth of knowledge is unmatched by any other veterinarian I have ever taken my pets to see (and in my lifetime, I have owned over 10 cats and 7 dogs). I do not sing these praises falsely; I wholly trust these folks.

Kind Animal hospital is very reliable and especially caring towards my dog. Staff is always courteous and helpful. They assisted with handling my claim for my dog insurance without hesitation. I am happy I found this place to care for my dog routine visits and emergencies.

Honestly this is the best vet ever. Super informative, caring, and conscientious. They’re very care oriented. Not like most vets that are just looking to charge you a bunch of money without the patient care aspect. Definitely recommended.

I didn't like how I was treated at all during my stay. I needed to bring in my dog immediately and was told I had to make an appointment for later in the day. When I come to my appointment they tell me that there was an emergency appointment and I had to wait. I was in complete shock being that I had the exact same issue and was handled completely different. After them trying to charge me $1300 for diagnostics and IV. And telling me surgery would be an addition $3500-$7000depending on what was wrong I left and went to another vet in the area. Who charged $4000 for diagnostics,surgery, and boarding. Some of the staff was nice but if your not going to pay their inflated prices you'll be thrown to the side.
