We are snowbirds with a new 11 month old pup. I wanted to establish a vet in Florida just to be on the safe side. I chose Brandt because of the reviews and the fact it is very close to my home. The staff were very helpful in trying to get records from up north but I wound up hand delivering them. The day of the exam I arrived and was allowed in right away. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcomed her with a cookies and some love pats. The vet Tech was very helpful in trying to clear up some vax issues . I did not wait more than a few minutes and Dr came right in and got on the floor to play with my pup. She spent a lot of time answering my questions and did a through exam. I have to say I am very impressed having come from the insanity of NJ where most of the vets are overwhelmed with the amount of dogs in need of care due to the adoptions during the Pandemic. So I can say I am very happy I chose Brandt and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

They were wonderful. Took my mom's baby in when our own vet of many year would not. Our baby had to be put down ang God Bless them and Many thanks . They made the experience easier. Thank You Phyllis Cunningham and kim

It took them over a week to approve my dogs flea medicine which is untimely. Go to a different veterinarian save your troubles.

We took both of our new puppies to Brandt Veterinary Clinic for wellness visit and vaccines. Dr. Hershot, Dr. Cantwell and staff are wonderful and caring. We are very happy with their services and the treatment received by our fur babies. Highly recommend!

Was quite pleased with the office visit for my cat. My cat doesn't like strangers and has not been to the vet in 18 years due to a very traumatic experience. I felt they really took their time and let her walk around exam room and she was able to calm down before they addressed the issue. I didn't feel rushed and they only did as much as the cat would allow. We have to go back for a 2nd visit but I'm not stressing over it because I really liked their approach. Would highly recommend.

I am satisfied with my experience at Brandt Veterinary Clinic. My kitty Max had a dental cleaning and extractions this week and I am satisfied that they called me back after concerns a couple of days after surgery. They take the time to answer any questions that you have regarding the procedure. It might be a good idea especially with a male cat to say something about urination under the heading eliminations and activity. I was aware of this because many years ago I had another kitty that had a blockage in his urinary tract. Max seems okay on that from what I could see in this case, because I was aware from the past on how important regular urinating is for a cat especially a male cat.

Everyone is so nice and caring. I'm very happy I chose Brandt Veterinary Clinic.

I've been taking my cats to Brandt Veterinary Clinic for about 10-15 years, The Dr.'s taking care of my cats are really caring, they also have a staff that is really helpful and also caring . I recently lost my cat, she was only 4 years old, Dr. Cantwell was very caring and helped me through that very difficult time. I recommend Brandt Veterinary Clinic' and their entire staff.

It is our impression after one visit that they are good at what they do. We visited for vaccinations. Only thing that was annoying was that I had to submit online questionnaires twice, a time consuming process.

We were very fortunate to have our beloved elderly chocolate Lab cared for by the fine staff at Brandt Veterinary Clinic. We always felt they provided the best care for our dog , yet never pressuring us to pay for unnecessary treatments . Our primary Vet Dr. Hendershot, a true animal lover, is a very caring and compassionate Vet who always took great care of our dog. She also did a wonderful job coaching us through his final years. A very professional, well run, caring Veterinary Clinic.

We have taken all of our pets to Brandt and they are the best! Since we can't go inside due to covid precautions right now, Dr.Hendershot always calls personally to talk about their progress report and any treatment recommendations and never makes you feel rushed with questions you may have. The staff is equally good. When one of our pets has been sick, someone always calls to check on them - often multiple times. They are prompt in filling prescription refill requests, too. I highly recommend them.

Both doctors are amazing! All of the staff is amazing. They are so patient with everything and take their time to make sure the pet is happy all the time. This makes such a difference especially when you have a pet who is a worry wart...they give him the little extra TLC he needs to ensure every visit he leaves happier than ever! These are my three babies and I will always choose brandt!
