I'm from out of town and was received and treated in a friendly, professional, and effective manner.

Jennifer was very accommodating and helped me tremendously in scheduling my fur baby. Dr.nwas great. He was through, explained in detail plus he showed me the problem area. Couldn't he more pleased.

My dog had injured his paw and needed antibiotics on a Sat morning. I called at 8an got an appt quickly in and out in 20 minutes. I appreciate the service when we needed it the most. Thank you South Trail Animal Hospital

Dr Ebert is a good diagnostic doctor and knows to offer effective and targeted treatment ...that is most important . Secondly he is a talented surgeon I see him several times a year as i am a professional hobby Ragdoll breeder for over 25 years . He obviously loves his job and his staff Erin and Jennifer are both very helpful Dr Ebert is a keeper .

We just moved to Venice and Dr. Ebert at South Trail came highly recommended. He has been great and extremely thorough. When my fur baby is happy I'm happy!

First time visiting this office and we'll be back. I like that they don't try to sell you things that aren't necessary. Everyone in the office was nice and cared for my dogs.

Dr. Dean is the best. I have taken both of my dogs there for the last 8 yrs. Always very thorough and clearly explains what is needed.

The receptionist and the veterinarian are not friendly or seem caring. Neither one of them cares enough about you to wear a mask during this pandemic, then how are you to trust them with your beloved pet???

Dr. Ebert, Trish, and Erin have been great with our fur babies! Just moved here and glad I found these caring and knowledgeable people!

Dr Ebert and his staff have cared for our 2 cats for over 15 years. He has done very successful surgery on both. They are all so kind and loving. Erin is THE BEST EVER! Thank you for all you do. ????

Everyone was friendly. They took my dog in, even though she was not a patient there. She was sick with bronchitis and our vet was closed that day. The doctor was great with her. Glad to say she is doing much better!
