Just like family! I absolutely love this place and ALL of the staff! They are awesome and trustworthy with my animals. Straight up friendly and knowledgeable beyond belief.

My 32 year old mare Bailey had reached the time in her life where she let me know to love her was for me to know when to say goodbye. Dr. York came to my home on a Sunday morning and with the kindest heart, caring attitude, soft and gentle voice gave my mare the peace she so deserved. Dr. York has such a quiet and gentle spirit and thru her caring words told me I was making the right choice for Bailey. She stayed with me thru the entire process. What a great team player on Springhill Equines staff. Thanks to Dr.Latcher for having such wonderful veterinarians that represent her business!!! Thanks to the whole team !!!!!! You get 5 stars!!!

Dr Abbott and tech made the trip to Live Oak and did complete wellness check , dental, xrays, ultrasound and vaccinations..were extremely kind and soft with horse..communicated well..highly recommend!!

From day one, the doctors and staff at Spring Hill Equine have been absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond with client and patient care. They excel at educating owners through blogs, webinars, and podcasts. They are very accessible, no matter the time of day, and treat their patients as if they are their own. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My horse had an eye emergency and staff was competent as always, and started a logical course of treatment without making any promises of outcome.

Great veterinary services for horses!

Some of the best vets I have ever met. Dr. Abbott keeps my horse sound and always explains everything to me. Dr. Lacher gets my horse late night gas colic under control and deals with my random questions when I cannot think due to being nervous my horse is not feeling good.

They are always willing to listen to your horse problem. They call you back. They make jokes and are a very great group of vets!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lacher and her team!

Dr Abbot and crew came out to do yearly check up and to meet the farrier James for our three donkey's. Wow..... their professionalism and desire to make sure the animals were comfortable for the farrier was fantastic. No sedation needed and the donkey's were very good and easy to work with because of the skill of the Spring Hill team. James, the farrier, was excellent as well in his ability to work with the donkey's . I recommend him as well. One of the best I've seen. I have found that from previous visits that Dr Lacher and Dr Abbott are both extremely skilled vets and will not only put you as an owner at ease but your animals as well. If I had the ability to give them 10 stars I would. Thanks Spring Hill Equine....

The podcast named Straight From the Horse Doctor's Mouth is simply amazing! I have learned so much and enjoy the casual style of the hosts. Justin Long's book is a wonderful read. I only wished I lived closer!

I don’t think I could say enough good things about Springhill Equine. They have been beyond accommodating and understanding through many of the complications life has thrown at me. Even more than that they are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. They have the best vets and staff around, I’ll always be thankful for the care they provided for my horses. It is very unfortunate that I am moving and will no longer be able to use their services. I highly recommend this talented, caring team.

I have used Springhill Veterinary Clinic for many years. Not only for routine care for my horses, but for emergency as well. They have always delivered excellent care and have always been available. The clinic isn't far from my home, so I prefer to bring my horses to the clinic for their care. Yet, they do have mobile Vets as well. The Veterinarians at Springhill Veterinary Clinic remain up to date in the newest information proven for successful treatment. The office staff are friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for better service for the care of my horses.

This place is absolutely the best! I have a potbelly pig that was in labor, I called 14 different vets all around and when they heard it was a potbelly pig they said they didn't do potbelly pigs and wished me luck one wanted $2000 just to look at her. She had been in labor 36 hours after delivering 1 large stillborn. Dr. Devon Vurgason was a God send and offered to do all should to save Gracie. She did an emergency c section after hours with 3 more stillborns. She was so compassionate, when we left her left Dr. Devon was hold her in her lap to keep her body temp up, she her home with to watch her and they have called to check on her twice the day after we brought her home so far. She is not out of the woods yet due to infection from the babies being in so long and she is so exhausted. I am so grateful to Dr. Devon for doing all she can to save her when all other vets could say was good luck! She is going to be our forever vet for Gracie. The are not just about the money they actually care about animals. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Donna Beckner
