Very friendly staff. All the pets seem to be happy and in good hands. Lobby is always clean an service is fairly fast.

Called on a Saturday morning for an ER visit for our cat Finn. Got us in same day and was very kind and courteous on the phone. Office was busy but I never felt we were rushed during our time with the tech Kelly or Dr Voss. Great experience! Thank you all very much!!

Very nice service and personal assisten

The visit is $45. Reasonable and reasonably affordable. I took my 2 dogs to be seen, following an altercation. Treatment plan was: an antibiotic and an anti inflammatory. The total was $440. The vet tech and the vet failed to disclose the additional charges they tacked onto my bill, prior to treatment, one being $21 to shave a 1inch by 1 inch area under one of my dogs armpits. $21 for a simple, small shave. The word ‘affordable,’ while certainly subjective, is a joke with ‘Affordable Vet Clinic.’ Miscellaneous fees are added to fluff your bill. I discussed my bill, with the office manager, Nadia, and was unsuccessful with help. One of her bold statements being - “well, it’s your fault for not discussing your finances with us before treatment.” The audacity is startling. I hope this helps the many others, who, like me, are seeking veterinary services.

Will not go anywhere else!

Extremely friendly and very informative employees there. They were wonderful with me and my fur baby and I'll not ever take him anywhere else after knowing how our first visit was. All around great place!

This used to be a very friendly environment that worked with our dogs, one of which has to be muzzled because he doesn’t like many people or other dogs. Recently we have had less than satisfactory interactions including long wait times even with an appointment (an hour or more), the staff that used to be good with pitbulls were now afraid of both of ours, and not letting us know when they over clipped our dogs nails.

Great experience! Highly recommend and I will be returning soon.

To the point no fluff. Be proactive to ensure you get what you need during your visit. Don't assume the vet read the intake paperwork or will remember everything on it I called and they got my dog in same day. I think it was due to severity that he was seen on more of an emergency basis (and my hysteria on the phone????). Was on the phone about 12:50pm was told they had an available appointment at 1:15pm same day. Showed up about 10 minutes late (was okay as it was as soon as I could possible show up given distance/time). Filled out paperwork and waited about 15 minutes. They didn't address the ear mites and nail trimming on the intake form but I also forgot and didn't ask about it during the actual exam. I brought my dog in because he was suffering a server skin infection, allergies, hair and weight loss. Was (not so graciously) informed that any flea medicine not prescribed is a waste of money. Vet combed my dog for a second but didn't really look at him other than that. Didn't do a physical wellness exam more visual (glancing down from the little metal counter/table to where my dog was standing on the ground *he's big*). Vet jumped right to medication but it was understandable given my dogs very very sad condition. We're new to Florida and this was my dogs first visit with them. Will probably be our regular vet moving forward. Roughly $261 for an exam, multiple medicines, 3 month flea treatment, medicated shampoo and mouse. Picture of invoice for pricing reference.

Dr. Marlene is a very good Veterinarian! She is focused and involved in the health of your pet and is very knowledgeable and experienced. She and her staff have streamlined the process of checking in and out. Very helpful when your pet is more interested in saying hello to all the other pets and people who are there for the same reason!

This is the first vet I have had to go to and they were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to drop my dog off before work and pick him up after.

They are very loving toward our pets. They work with the budget I have and answer all my questions. Sometimes they can squeeze you in last minute and they are open on Sat. Highly recommended.

This is a great place for your pets. Excellent new facility and a very caring staff that puts your pets care ahead of money. Wonderful people.

Where do I begin. I called this morning to find out how much their rabies vaccine was. On their website, they have an offer waiving the $45 examination fee for first time patients. I was warned upon calling, that the fee would not be waived if the doctor finds any underlying concerns, but seeing as our dog has a regular vet and we know she is healthy, I knew it wouldn’t be an issue. When asking to schedule an appointment , they told me they had an opening in an hour (10:30AM) so I took it. When my husband arrived there with our dog, there was over 13 cars waiting in line - most of them having to wait over 3 hours. My husband and was informed that even with an appointment, his wait time would be over 2 hours. Our dog has motion sickness , so she was already drooling profusely- and got treated horribly because of that. After waiting for an hour, he was offered to reschedule the appointment for the next day. Upon him asking to confirm that the examination fee would be waived if he were to reschedule the appointment, the employee flat out told him “I’m not supposed to tell you this but” and proceeded to tell him that they always find a reason to NOT honor that deal. Furthermore even though there was a line of cars waiting for over 3 hours, the front desk was still accepting same day appointments, telling people on the phone that they have an open calendar for the day and guaranteeing people will be seen right away (a flat out lie). Sketchy does not even begin to describe how they run their operations. And what is worse, is that our dog had to go through that distressing ordeal and car ride (severe motion sickness) for no reason.

AMAZING PLACE but wait is longgggg. Their prices and customer service have always been on point for me which keeps me coming back. But when you’re in the process of waiting hours after your appointment, it will make you very frustrated. But when there is an emergency like with my dog one time, they are able to see you the same day without a crazy fee. So I like to think of my wait as letting someone who has an emergency go before me and potentially saving someone else’s pet while I just wait for a routine checkup.

The entire staff is cheerful and very loving toward all the animals.

Great customer service. Very nice employees. But the wait was brutal

I was very unimpressed with this clinic. I was there for almost 2 hours for just a quick health exam for my dog. It took almost an hour after our scheduled appointment time to get him into an exam room and then another hour for them to see him and then for me to see the vet to discuss. I was brought into the exam room to talk to the vet and the exam room was very unclean. There were piles of fur everywhere. The worst was the blood smears on the floor and on multiple spots on the wall (I know it was not my dog’s because they shouldn’t have done anything that caused that amount of bleeding). He was left alone in the exam room with it in that condition, meaning he could have literally been licking other animals’ blood and no one would have even known. Furthermore, the veterinarian suggested I fake my dog as a service dog so that he could fly with me in the cabin of a plane- which would be in violation of the ADA and is something that could negatively affect real service dogs. I will not be returning.
