No transparency on fees. Did not inform me in advance of the cost of a procedure, I would have refused it if I'd known. Then refused to provide a schedule of their fees for services.

Dr. Ahn and his staff are very thorough, very sensitive to the animals that they treat, and very patiently and thoroughly diagnose, treat, and give a prognosis for each animal they examine. I will continue to bring my kitten, now a cat, to this facility.

Came because cat had fleas and they gave me all the help and treatment I needed. Prices match what I saw elsewhere so no worries about being ripped off. Genuinely wanted to help and it shows, thank you yall!

We are new customers of theirs, but the two times I've been here they have been very kind, understanding, and friendly with my cats. Appointments were easy to get. I will definitely be coming back.

My little cat boy wasn't doing well, constantly vomiting from the morning till afternoon. It was the day before new years so I imagine its a bit busy, but once I explained the situation to them they promised to squeeze me in, but it would take some time. Got us in within a couple minutes! Even if they didn't, it was worth it as they all were very nice to him and obviously cared just as much as I did about getting him the help my boy needed. Also, cozy environment! Love the waiting rooms! Overall, definitely coming again.

I cannot say enough good things about Suburban. They are an old style vet practice that develops a first hand relationship with your animal. My daughters dogs go to them and my mother took her cat to them. When this 18 -20 year old cat started having "issues, they encouraged me to bring her in on an emergency basis. I did and It saved her life. I am deeply endebted to the professionalism and calm of their front desk staff who could convince Ghenghis Khan to put his sword down and bring his horse in for an appointment. The staff at the front desk--people like Genna--know their stuff (many are vet techs)--so they give good advice on bringing animals in. Dr. Ahn saw my mother's cat and has made super calls. He recognizes that she is old and not a candidate for "miracles" or high tech solutions. They have not recommended anything super expensive or nutty to "save her." They have methodically diagnosed the problem, tried low dose (and low cost) treatements. Their hospital care is fabulous and mother's cat--who is very cranky--actually likes the staff a lot! Rather than blasting her with antibiotics or high tech solutions this hospital treatment--slow and steady progressively down grading to medical boarding is working. The staff are fabulous and love the animals. They cheer their every little success story and play with the animals in the hospital.. Della Wilson.

The Doctors and staff at Suburban Animal Hospital are very friendly and helpful with any questions that I might have. I highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting great care for their pets.

Dr. Bush and the team at Suburban are great. They take good care of my dog, Missy every time I bring her in. They have a great system to remind you of appointments and when vaccines are due.

Dr Sammy was personable and very understated in his bedside manner. He listened and took a cautious knowledgeable approach to my dogs symptoms instead of just ordering unnecessary tests or making me more anxious with panic!!

We had an emergency with our Rizzi and the staff were wonderful.

Dr. Nipper is a wonderful understanding and supportive veterinarian. Staff is also great.

I’ve been going to Suburban Animal Hospital for 17 years. I consider it to be the best of all the many veterinary clinics and hospitals I have taken my dogs to during my 83 years.

All the doctors and the whole team are wonderful even very understanding with our anxious dog.

Dr. Nipper was excellent. She took the time to explain her reasoning and made good eye contact. She also established some next steps just in case the first plan did not work. I felt like she was caring for my dog in the same way that she would care for her own. Its a 20 minute drive for me to come to this office and there is a well-known, highly rated vet less than 3 minutes from my house. The care my dog receives at Suburban always makes the drive worth it and I make sure to recommend it to all of my friends!

Dr.Bush was amazing and so sweet!! The whole staff was great for our first visit! She explained everything very well and helped me to better understand how to properly care for my bully Pitt. The vet tech was so sweet and the man that cut and helped clean out my babies ears were wonderful!! I will be returning with my other furr babies...they were also very understanding and patient with me because I had my kids with me and they can be kind of rowdy but they were all so understanding! 10/10 very satisfied?

I’ve always had a great experience with Suburban, and I always feel like my animals are in good hands.

First our puppy was double vaccinated by a negligent tech. Now our 4 month old puppy is life or death sick, emergency vet yesterday (because Suburban couldn't fit her in) wanted us to have a follow up x-ray for possible blockage asap this morning. Calling Suburban they were unable to get her in for a visit this morning. I called Shores and they were incredibly sympathetic to the urgency of the situation and we have an appointment in 20 minutes. Will most definitely not be returning here.

Dr. Blair at Suburban Animal Hospital and her assistants are always compassionate and friendly with my cats, She does seem to take a personal interest in them - exceptional.

We've been taking our dogs to Surburban since we moved here 8 years ago, and every doctor we've seen at the practice has taken incredible care of our dogs as well as done an excellent job communicating with us. We currently see Dr. Bush, who always takes the time to discuss things with me in detail and listen to my questions and concerns. She and the other doctors do their best to provide options when treatment is required. We also use them as a boarding facility, and my dogs have always loved and looked forward to going and getting spoiled and loved on by all the staff. The front desk staff is also friendly, patient, and reliable.
