I have never had a better experience with a groomer. She talked to me extensively about what I was looking for, interacted with Branch, my Westie puppy, told me what she would do to get him accustomed to grooming, nails, etc. I picked him up 4 hours later and he looked fantastic- a true Westie groom but short enough for us all to enjoy. My highest recommendation!!

Kitty, her Mom and this place is amazing. I just moved to the NSB area a few weeks ago. I needed to get my chihuahuas nails cut. Walked in off the street. They treated me like I had been a customer for years. Better than that. My dogs really hate any kind of grooming. Kitty just picked them up like babies and clipped their nails while holding them. I don't even think my dogs realized what she was doing. AN AMAZING GROOMER!!!!

Wonderful people,, I have a skittish rescue terrier,, and he loves going to kitties to get groomed I believe that says it all,,, price is more than reasonable and he always looks wonderful when I pick him up

Kitty is GREAT. She clips the nails of my 2 skittish dogs...Outside. All her experience makes my life so much easier. I'm so thankful that we found her. Ps, 1 of my dogs is a grumpy 12yr old diva....if Kitty can win her over, she can win anyone!!

After the third time of taking my babies to this establishment I’m done!! My miniature poodle again for the 3rd time had to be rushed to vet with a severe ear infection,in pain oozing and he’s shaking in pain. He went in to get groomed on Friday and all weekend suffered!! He was fine before those people touched him. I now know for sure it was their grooming methods that have done this! I’m so over them and won’t ever recommend or go back. Terrible terrible place! Not to mention the trrrible personality I’ve seen every time we’ve gone.

This was our pup’s first professional grooming since we adopted her. Kitty’s staff was kind, helpful and made the experience very easy. Great local business!

To the person who complained about about her dogs ears??? Be ashamed! I know the owner of Kitty’s personally for more than 30 years, and have seen her put every animals needs in front of hers the entire time. She loves animals, all animals. I think she may have Pointed out to you that your dog needed veterinarian attention. It really hurts small businesses when they get an unfair, negative review. They can’t even respond to it! To the public, I beg you to look at Kitty’s REAL reviews, to judge for yourself what kind of person and professional groomer she truly is!

My Labradoodle looks like a Labradoodle again after the previous place messed her up. They did a great job and the next cut she should be back to her original look. Very friendly staff and great attention to detail. This is now the only groomer we will go to.

Been using Kitty for so long and I wouldn't think of going elsewhere.

I brought one of our dogs there for a much needed bath and grooming, and I am so, so grateful for the wonderful job they did, and for sending me home with such a handsome boy...I really could not be more pleased with the quality and professionalism at Kitty's and for the reasonable prices. We have tried to take care of our long haired dogs ourselves but from now on will leave it to the pros!

Kitty has done so much for the community, especially the local rescues. She is an amazing human. People with pit bulls who are “upset” that she doesn’t want to see your dogs and leave bad reviews-these are actually GOOD reviews for all of the people who have had their dogs fatally injured by a pit bull. Including myself, I know of 5 people in my 30 years who have had their dogs killed by pit bulls. No other breeds. Only “friendly” pit bulls. They are a liability, and she does not have to assume any risk that you are willing to assume. Watch some Judge Judy. She has a right as a business owner to accept or deny any client for any reason. Just go somewhere else! You are not the client she is looking for. And to the person who said “the reason the shelter is filled with pit bulls is because of the stereotype”, NO. The reason the shelters are filled with them is because these poor dogs wound up in the hands of the wrong people who backyard bred them and then irresponsible people who bought them, then dumped them. While I agree it is UNFAIR for ANY dog to be neglected, they are still a liability, even if they are “the friendliest dog in the world”. That is why the shelter is full of them. Spay and neuter your pets!!!! Personally, knowing that my dog will never come in contact with a pit bull at her place of business is just another reason I choose to support her. Keep being great, Kitty. You are amazing!!!!!

Kittys is the absolute best. Our yorkie Titan is a very challenging and high anxiety dog. They do an amazing job with him and give him the best haircuts. I recommend kittys to everyone.
