VCA Little Animal Hospital New Port Richey, Florida

There isn't enough stars to give VCA. They have been Lucas's pupatrician for the past couple years and have been awesome. He would have been 13yrs old on February 16th. Unfortunately I recently had to make a selfless decision FOR HIM after being diagnosed with cancer. I just want to thank the WHOLE STAFF for taking my many phone calls and getting me in at the last minute for appointments. And most of all for treating my baby boy like your own. Thank you for the card and the paw prints of Lucas. That made my day. VCA is the BEST PUPATRICIAN EVER!!!

Went there with a puppy purchased out of state. He received his 1st round of shots at out of state clinic, because they couldn't verify he was given proper shots they recommended vaccines. As being a new owner of puppy I want the best so I agreed to get the shots. Went back for follow up, they are now recommending SAME SHOTS again, how many rounds of influenza vaccines does a puppy need (humans 1), yes I am aware some requiremultiplerounds but seriouslyhow can some keep up when all they do is condensedsomeone? . They try to upsell some wellness plan and when you don't agree they seem to get upset. Too bad they couldn't just care for the puppy abut want you to purchase a care package at an unreasonable price. Time for new Vet.

Worst place ever. And chelsea the vet assistant is horribly rude and unpleasant. Worst service uncaring staff! I will never allow any pets of anyone's go here!

I have been coming to this hospital for about two years now. It is always a good experience. Tracy who works the front desk is welcoming and helpful with any questions I may have. The doctors are informative and always make sure my two dogs are up to date on their care. It is obvious they truly care about the animals. I left a care package for my pups when they were boarding. The staff made sure my boys got their special treats. I highly recommend VCA Little Animal Hospital for the medical care of your pets and their great boarding services. This place is being ran correctly and is top notch.

Thank you guys so much for taking in the stray kitten I saw get hit by a car. I'm so sorry I came in hysterical. My heart just breaks for it. I hope you guys can save it.

VCA Is awesome we have been bringing our 2 babies to them for 12yrs. I call them first to check availability . If is wasn't for them we would never be able to travel. The staff are wonderful,they are even on my souvenir list when we return. All I can say is if your boarding your furry kids some where else you are going to wrong place one more thing that is extremely important to us we got call from Dr my cocker had ear infection took care of it and have never seen his ears get better that fast.love them most important my babies do as well. Would not take a dog that was having seziours,if you aren't a patient,you don't get treated

A very professional and friendly staff. Patiently answered all my questions and took very good care of my dog. A pleasant experience for all of us.

VCA Little provided sufficient care for my canine, however it was a bit more expensive that I would have preferred. Chelsea, the vet tech that assisted us was excellent and was super friendly.

The vet was not very social and he didn't really go over what was going on with my cat.i was very upset. And then he tells me I have to bring her back for blood work witch is expensive and they will charge me a exam fee also. I had to beg him to put her on medication for anxiety/aggressive issue. He just really didn't want to listen to what I was saying.

LOVE THIS PLACE They treat Pablo so well and make the experience enjoyable. Staff has always been helpful and super sweet. Wouldn't take my pet any place else than right here!!!

I can’t say enough good things about VCA Little Animal Hospital. Dr Green is amazing! He saved my 15 yr old yorkie!! The entire staff is compassionate, professional and honest. They’ve also gone through great lengths implementing a safe protocol for appointments during the covid 19 pandemic. I highly recommend them!

Very childish ran business. Scare tactics to get you to purchase what your pet “needs”. Dr. spent less then 5 mins. with my “extremely healthy dog” which was great .....spent next 45 mins be chastised about my dogs what if’s !!!!! Last visit from us.

Price gougers. Quite a bit more expensive than most vets. Will try to get you to do lots of unneeded tests and then charge you twice as much unless you say something.

I give 2 stars because Dr and staff kind and compassionate. Asked doc not to give my mastiff Acepromazine prior to surgery. It was given and my girl died.

There is love and compassion at this animal hospital. I have been going there for about 15 years. The doctor and staff are truly wonderful. I recently lost one of my babies and the outpouring of concern for me and my other dog was overwhelming. I highly recommend
