I've been bringing my dog and 2 cats here for a few years now and we love them so much. Everyone is so nice and really take the time to answer your questions and genuinely care about your pets.

I moved to Florida last year. My cousin recommended Regency Park animal hospital for my girls Lola and Rosa. Last week I had to take Lola to be put to sleep. She was almost 17 and sadly it was her time to go. Dr. Sampeck was amazing. She was full of compassion. Me a bucket of tears.... Lola went peacefully in my arms. I had her privately cremated and got her paw print which I will treasure forever. I can’t thank the team enough at Regency Park animal Hospital for all they did for us... thank you from the bottom of my heart....salty susan....

I have had many pets over the years, lived in a few different areas and BY FAR ... this is my number one vet office .... EVER. Each and every staff member truly has a passion for the animals and their owners. They put their clients at ease when describing what is happening With your pet, in terms one can understand. They treat the animals as if they were their own. I will never take my dog to any other vet, regardless if I move or not. I will travel to have my pet treated here. The absolute best!

We brought my 1-year old super wild pitty in for his shots and a checkup. They were so incredible kind to him, despite him being nervous. They took such good care of him and listened to what we told them. They helped us get him on much needed anxiety medicine and he’s literally a new dog now. He’s amazing, and I’m SO grateful. They’re also extremely affordable and very understanding. I’m so glad I made the decision to take him to this vet’s office. From the vet to the staff, they’re all incredibly friendly and listen to your needs. I seriously can’t recommend this vet enough!

Very friendly and caring staff. Had my cat there for 5 1/2 days for a urinary blockage. They called me twice a day with updates, and answered any questions I had thoroughly. Fee was very reasonable also. They gave me a 14lb. bag of dry food and a case of 24 cans of prescription food my cat needs to eat now, at no charge. I highly recommend this place!

Been taking my dog here for a couple of years now at the beginning mostly for her annual checkups but recently as she has aged we've had more health problems to be aware of and we've always received very good service. The doctors have always tried to go above and beyond to help figure out what's going on with my baby. Their prices are competitive for most stuff and they are aware that we are going through difficult times and always find ways to help in some way. I feel like they have a great work ethic and are honest hard-working people who try to help as much as they can. When it comes to my dog I tend to worry a lot but they have helped me feel more at ease. I recommend them if you are looking for a vet.

Ever since 8weeks old this is the place I choose to care and treat my animal. You won't find a more caring group of professionals around. And that is Paramount when dealing with my family members ????.. Thanks Regency Park Vet's office.

Liked this place in beginning. The one vet I had was a good guy, then he left. Been with Canfield for some time now. He doesn’t get back to me or my wife sometimes which is not something we can keep doing since both our boys have health stuff going on right now. Def happened more than a few times. Feels like he doesn’t take things seriously that we say, or we get blown off. Excuses and that is what I get. Gonna have to find somewhere else. Prob not the place to go if u need more than the yearly visit. Kinda a hot mess.

They had no appointments,so they sent me to a a animal hospital,who did a good job, charged me $ 600 and told me to call regency in morning to get scrip for royal canon high fiber cat food.Regency would not give me script unless I brought cat in for an appointment, which they don’t have for ten days or so. They sent me to a a emergency,now they want to soak me another $150 for a script for a bag of food from pet co or chewy .I told Tanya , you guys sent me to a a emergency because you had no appointments, they recommended this food, you ( regency) don’t have any appointments, my cat doesn’t have any food, and getting admitted in 2 days for a 10+ day stint in hospital to get my intestines reattached.All I need is to be able to buy a bag of food at petco or such. She said no,not until I bring cat in ,and they don’t have any appointments for over a week. So I asked her what I should do ,she suggested another vet. I hate her, I hate the vet , I hate regency animal hospital. Clearly $ driven and uncaring. I stand by my statement. I did go to an emergency hospital,on your recommendation. I also made it clear I needed to get that prescription food within 3 days . The response was cavalier at best . I did every thing time allowed me to do. Your response " you have to bring cat in ,or we cant help you" when in fact I had the cat in the hospital you recommended less than 12 hours previous, and dropped $600 for diagnosis and told you I was to be i Surgery within the weekend .Tanya said there were no appointments available, I stand by my statements and in fact reiterate them.In fact,if you are really the owner,youhave access to my personal info,so why don't you get ahold of ,in a month ,after my surgical recovery and we can talk face to face about this. Then I can tell you exactly what happened. I don't think your employee is the gemstone you believe her to be .I look forward to meeting you in person. P.S ,I cannot find any such law regarding prescribing foodstuffs for existing pet patients. There are no time constraints. If you can find that law post it. I suggest it is a policy,and it could have altered to allow me to buy food for her before my hospitalization. Hate is a strong word. In this case ,not strong enough. It may seem inappropriate to you,to me it honest and truthful

I was referred here for a dermatology consult and it was well worth the drive. Dr. Canfield was extremely informative and didn't recommend things my cat didn't need. He also really knows his stuff. I highly recommend this office.

Once again the wonderful staff has made my fur baby better!! My poor pup has been battling a bad rash and I have tried everything. Brought her here on Saturday and by Sunday she was almost 100% clear!! Today is Thursday and she is completely rash free and no longer scratching, chewing herself. 3 yrs ago they took care of my cat that broke it’s leg. Not only did they take great care of him they made me feel at ease and kept me informed every day of his progress after his surgery. I would never take my pets anywhere else!!! Thanks again for the one care of my fur babies and also being affordable!!

I am so grateful to have found Animal Hospital of Regancy Park for my fur baby! Dr Jennifer Thomas and staff have all been great and I can tell that they truly care about their patients! I found this office while looking for an animal dermatologist in the Tampa Bay Area and I couldn’t be happier with them! I felt a sense of relief immediately when booking my first appointment when after I explained what was going on with my dog and the receptionist’s (I believe it was Rebecca) response to me was “Well you have come to the right place”. That couldn’t be more true! I have absolutely no problem driving a half hour (except for emergencies) to go to someone I trust with my fur baby, and the quality of care/ customer service is the best in the area in my opinion. Thank you for all you did for my girl Ayla and will in the future for her❤️ Nicole

Regency Vet has been our family vet for over a year now. We are so pleased to find a vet that loves our fur kids as much as we do. I had the the painful decision to put my 10 yr old cat Wally down do to a sudden illness and they never left my side. Boomer and Daisy, my pups, love all the vets and staff. Thanks guys for being there for Wally in his last moments.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!answered any and all of my questions(and i had alot)they go outa their way to make the animal comfortable and even put my mind at ease after having a bad experience at the last vets office.i left knowing exactly what to give her and when.only thing left is to fix Dixie and be a vet.superstar!tx for being so cool with My canine

Our Golden/Shiba Inu mix was coughing and we were worried. We called our own vet who is only open until 12 or 1pm on Saturdays and they had no time to see him. Called several vet offices before finding this generous vet office who would take us. They fit us in . We had to wait a bit but finally the vet came in, sat in the floor, waiting for our boy to warm up to him. After examining him it was determined he was fine. Possibly allergies. The staff is friendly and we appreciated them working us in on a Saturday late afternoon. I would recommend the vet hospital to anyone. Thank you to all the staff there on Saturday.

Have been coming here for over 15 years and will not bring my pets anywhere else. All of the staff are amazing and attentive. Dr. Canfield is very knowledgeable and its obvious he truly cares about his patients. 5 stars Definitely reccomend

Dr. Canfield has been our vet for awhile. He cares for all of my fur babies. All of my animals have some health issues because they are older. I have spent thousands of dollars here and felt like I formed a trusting relationship with him and the staff. But Dr. Canfield is very hard to communicate with. He doesn’t return calls when he says he is going to call. When the staff is supposed to call me with a response from him they never do or very rarely do. Of course I check in from time to time. Doesn’t make a difference. Sometimes I will go weeks without hearing from anyone on a time sensitive matter. It makes me very upset because my animals deserve better. They are part of my family, they are like my human kiddos. My friend recommended that I go here to see Dr. Canfield. She left this place a couple months ago because she was having the same problem. I stuck around to see if it would get better, who knows, but it didn’t. Noticed he isn’t there very often either. Maybe half retired? I don’t know. Feels like nobody cares. If they did, they would communicate. So now I’m looking for another vet. You have to communicate with your patients. If you are too busy or too overwhelmed, you have too many patients. It should be more about the quality of service instead of the quantity. I would have stayed at this vet for the next 20 years. So disappointing, such a shame. Go elsewhere, not worth the frustration.

I brought my cat here because they had a dermatologist vet. Ended up loving everyone here! From the people that answer the phones to the techs and vets everyone is kind and caring. I couldn't be happier to call this my family vet because they are like a family.

They gave my little girl the love that she needed all along while being hand fed and cared for the same way as I would. I had to board her for 3 days. I was so worried I called several times A-day and they put my mind at ease and told me the exact things that only I would know, as to my baby's needs wants and needs, without my asking. I knew then they really cared. Lots of love in this place.
