All Pets Hospital New Port Richey, Florida

This office was referred to me from a friend that has dashaunds.. as do I. I recently got a young puppy, she got something in her eye. I called first thing in the morning, and they didn't have anything available. The woman on the phone was super helpful, giving me other options. I called again about an hour later to see what I could do to make the puppy more comfortable, not only did they give me helpful advice, they were on point with knowing they had a cancelation, and got me in same day. April was great with my puppy, very compassionate. The veterinarian was awesome! Very gentle, and kind. They also laughed at my nervous jokes. They were great in my book. I look forward to our follow up appointment, and will be making future arrangements with my other animal's. I am very grateful for them.

They started out okay, but ended up terrible. Our cat hadn't eaten in a week and would gag at the sight of food. My mother had called the day before to get our cat an appointment, but they said they couldn't see him unless he got a rabies shot. My mother said that it was and always had been an indoor cat and was at no risk of rabies. They responded with "well a bat could get in the house". My mother then called around to other vets to try to get an appointment but none had any sooner than a week and a half out. Since she was working, I tried calling back to get an appointment the next day fine with a rabies shot if need be. They said they would see him. 5 minutes later they called back to say that my mother had called the day before and that she "wasn't happy with their service" and refused to see the sick cat. Not allowing a sick animal to be seen because you didn't like having a phone conversation with one of the cat's owners is absurd. You're punishing a sick animal because of a personal grudge.

I've been taking our dogs here for many years. We've just started bringing our newest pupperinos and they are already part of the family.

I took my cat to this clinic after a emergent event. We were new to the area and had to establish a relationship with a primary care vet. We were fortunate to meet with Dr. Bliss. He's kind, compassionate and understanding. We will continue to use this hospital for our cats care

, I previously brought my dog there , and thought they we're over priced, and didn't care about the pet. Anyway I just had to bring my dog there for surgery, gave them half, after the surgery I got cleared to pick the dog up. I gave them half, balance on pick-up. I had to bring in dog for post opp 2day later. Forgot my wallet at home when I picked up dog. The called me none stop for the balance even though I was bringing the dog in , in to days. For post opp. And was charged again for that. The vet came into the exam room to check on my dog and we brifly spoke, he to me that the office was under new management. And he seemed concerned about my dog. Very pleasant man. The next morning I received a call from the vet to see how my dog was. I truly appreciated that.

Very friendly and helpful. One complaint. I wasn't told about my dog's back nail getting clipped well below the quick. When I got home my back seat was covered in blood. It took a couple hours for her nail to quit bleeding even after putting flower on it.

The assistant and the veterinarian Dr Rivera were so nice and friendly and very patient with all my concerns and questions. They took the time to explain things to me and I did not feel rushed out as I have in other places. Reasonable costs too!

I took my Dog there after him being attacked by any dog, he lost a lot of blood thank God for marc Dascher of Dascher family auto on moog road. He stopped to help he got the dog off of mine and drove me to all pets. All pets took me right in and took care of my baby. They were very nice and caring people. He was bleeding bad. Thank you

All Pets Hospital was referred to me by a friend who has brought her many pets to them for years. Dr. Melissa Rivera only met my Golden Retriever, Lucy, three times as I have just recently moved to the area. I was very impressed with her professionalism and the care that she showed for Lucy on both visits. Unfortunately, the last interaction we had with All Pets Hospital was to put Lucy down, as she was old and sick. Everyone was very accommodating to get us in for two emergency visits in less than 24 hours. Dr. Rivera did as much as she possibly could to find out what was wrong with Lucy, but Lucy had made up her mind that it was her time. There was nothing else we could do. Dr. Rivera and the staff at All Pets Hospital showed the utmost compassion and care when it came time to make that difficult decision. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any future pets back to them and use Dr. Rivera as a veterinarian in the future.

My first experience with this place was good. But the second time I went here was bad. Over charged me, was rude, and the vet didn't really seem that knowledgeable there was health questions I asked that she would simply say idk to she had a bad attitude and so did the girl at the front desk. Also left me sitting in the room waiting for a fecal that I then found out that had to be sent out. Waited over a week for results and then they told me that they were in house. All in all I wouldn't waste my time and money to go here. Probably one of the worst vets I have EVER gone too. Will never take my baby Boyz here ever again!!!!

Great experience for myself and my dog. Very freindly, knowledgeable, great listeners, made sure all my concerns were addressed, doctor and techs really love their work and are great with my dog Duncan. Highly recommended! ????

I can’t say enough positive things about this pet hospital, I called on a whim really needing my cat to be seen and they were able to get us seen on the same day. The doctor and the techs were so sweet and explained everything in a way that’s easy to understand, I’ll be coming back for future appointments as well as highly recommending them to others.

I have gone to All pets hospital and always been happy but i dont like the curbside and know its not All pets hospitals fault but with a Dr i was familiar with Dr. Powell to new Drs.its hard to completely now how it is for the pet once.they leave the car but the staff was great and Dr Rivera was very thorough on the phone.

I was on a run today and found a tiny opossum , I brought him to all pets to see where to bring him and they took him in and helped relocate him! Clearly they value animals lives. Highly recommend !
