Love West Lake Animal Hospital! They are so friendly and personable. They know our two Great Danes names as soon as they see them. Dr. Waterman saved our girl Callie's life when she started going downhill for no reason. Dr. Waterman thought to test for Addison's Disease and sure enough, Callie has it. No telling if another vet would have thought to test for it.

Have been using Westlake Animal Hospital for many years, have always been very pleased with the quality of care.

Our 7 year old golden retriever, Emily Hope tore her ACL and required surgery. The staff was great, they walked us through the process and were awesome to deal with. I am happy to say Emily is on her way to a full recovery thanks to their caring and supportive staff.

Great experience. Very nice service. They were able to take your cat and our dog at the same time. Two brothers getting their annual checkups together it was pretty funny.

So far, so great! I recently moved to the area and am taking my alaskan malamute here. Super pleased with the service my boy has gotten here so far! Everyone is so friendly and they all seem to genuinely care about your pet. These folks were also able to help solve a problem that my dog had been misdiagnosed with for a while also. Will definitely be keeping my boy here!

I've been coming here for 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Every time I call they say oh your dog is a gold star dog! Very friendly and knowledgeable people for sure. Excellent Veterinary Care. Only thing that's changed it the interior. Totally renovated, looks ????

I was there for the first time a few weeks ago and everything was great! My dog is very shy and does not like other dogs, this was taken into consideration. It was great how sensitive and sweet everyone was with her. Djuna always takes longer and the staff did not pressure my dog. Thank you

Groomer Stephanie is so amazing. She truly LOVES WHAT SHE DOES. Your pet is in the best of hands and she is extremely creative in her grooming talents. Most dogs love her caring and kindness with the care of each pet she grooms. My pups love seeing her as she is a true pet lover. Thank you Stephanie for being a pet lover ❤️❤️
