Great service for your pets

Although they have great reviews it was not our experience unfortunately. They checked out our beautiful 14 month old golden doodle and she only had a bit of matting behind the ears due to her collar. My husband explicitly told them to trim her only do what they can do best behind her ears but only a lite trim. They called later to confirm how he wanted her cut. He explained again. When he went to pick her up he did not recognize her. they shaved her completely. Body and legs. Left the tail and her face was done beautifully. She has long eye lashes and they are always trimmed for her comfort however, they almost didn't leave her any, literally. My husband made very clear that we would never step foot in there again and when asked why they did this to her there was NO response simply no response! Oh and charged us $90.

I've been using them for years and their staff always does a great job. They also take the time to ensure haircuts turn out the way you were wanting.

Very nice people, if there's ever a problem the owner will definitely take over and fix your little buddy up just the way you requested. Thank you West Coast groomers.

I’m so glad I finally brought the dogs over!! I’m in love with this place. The staff are amazing and friendly. The price is great! The building is well kept and beautiful. Most importantly, they made my dogs gorgeous again and I’m pretty sure they’re sick of me petting them so much. My fur babies will definitely be back soon! Thanks again!!

Wouldn't go anywhere else for the hair care of our babies. Very friendly and loving to their customer. Our babies always look beautiful when we pick them up.

Absolutely love this place. The owner is fantastic, and has a great demeanor with frightened dogs. My three Dobermans are all terrified of getting their nails done, but here they love the people so much they do fine. We will always be back!

Got my dogs' nails clipped and ground today. The staff were friendly and reassuring. They took my concerns and comments seriously, but also also kept the whole experience fun. They were friendly to me, my dogs, each other, their daycare dogs, and other customers. Considering that this is a small/local business and staff work quickly and carefully, the price is completely reasonable! I'll happily bring my pups back.

I am in Naples during the winter season. I have been trying to find a groomer that I can continue to rely on every year when I'm down here to take good care of my dog and her needs. I took a chance today on West Coast Groomers and I feel I have found my place. They did a great job taking care of my dog and her needs and she looks great. Above all, I know they heard me and my wishes for grooming her and it showed when I picked her up. I highly recommend West Coast Groomers!

My baby had an appointment yesterdayhe was sick so I could not take him there he had to go to the vet I did try to call them two or three times yesterday to let them know that baby was sickbut they never answer the phone so this morning I did not try to call them I just texted them and they answer back that they're too busy they just do text they're too busy to answer thein this is sad because if you think about it they have to talk on the phone through us the parents the adults we are the ones who bring your pets into them! These are are babies but yet they're too busy to talk to us ! We are the parents..the hunain beings and clients who keep these rude people in business! To them its only about staying in business. It's not about treating people like humans . We are treated as texting machines ! Not hunain! People please please think about this...if they done want to talk to you on the phone... Becouse we as parents to our BABY'S are a bother to them becouse 'they are busy' than our pets and Baby's are also a big. "BOTHER TO THEM"! Take your baby's to Earth Wise .. I will never take my beloved pet any where else again!!! This place is awesome with a super friendly and knowledgeable staff that truly care for your pet. Those of us that love our pets as family members know how much we care for them. At this place they care for our pets as if they were their own. Robert the owner is amazing with every single animal and so down to earth you feel like you've known him forever. If you live in the area or are visiting and need your pet to be spoiled this is the place!!!! Thanks Rob you and your staff are the best!!!!!!!!

I just had my dog, Jesse, groomed here this morning and I am in awe! He has never looked so good, felt so soft, or smelled so nice! I absolutely recommend West Coast Groomers as it was hands down the best grooming (and most reasonable price for one) Jesse has ever had. I will absolutely bring him back again and again!!!

Love how close they are to the rural part of Collier County. Besides that they are amazing at grooming. My dog doesnt mind going here at all. I always had a problem with him tucking his tail at other places. And he looked like he was released from prison! Here he is always happy and actually doesnt look at me like I just abandoned him. Friendly helpful staff. And they dont shame me if its been awhile since the last grooming!

Awesome job with our Yorkie puppy. Robert and his staff were so professional, helping us decide on the best trim and making sure everything would be to our liking. When we picked up our little man he looked so handsome.

This place is great. The facility is clean. The staff is on top of everything. The owner is engaging with everyone that comes in. Joanne does a stellar job grooming my pup. We brought her in for day care today and she had a great day!
