Awesome service. Our girls love them!

First time to this pet salon and we will definitely be back! They handled our little chihuahua so well. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. He’s usually very anxious but they were so gentle and gave him the best cut we’ve ever had. They also added a cute little bow tie to come home with, we are so happy!

I’m so happy I was referred to Happy Tails. Our Louie had such a bad experience at another salon that I was extremely nervous. He had a great time & looks fantastic. The staff was so kind & informed me of everything they needed to do. Louie will be a customer for life.

We love the care they show McLovin. They even deliver on every crazy haircut I request for him! Totally recommend.

Heather at the front desk is very nice, Alex who cut the dogs was also super nice and did a great job! Like the fact they dont put dogs in cages, will return next year when back in town!!

Oliver has been going to Happy Tails for many years. They know we like a “winter” cut and a “summer” cut but they have also been extremely helpful when he had problems standing from rheumatoid arthritis. A great group of professionals who love their pups!

Was a client for a while , it’s upsetting they were not willing to keep me as a client due to her groomer been fired. I was a great client and owner told me she was already booked and was not taking nobody at this time . Not friendly . Not wanting my service and just like that hung up. Ohh told me to call back in a few months. Ooookkkayy , no thank you

They are so great with my dog. She has a lot of separation anxiety but loves coming here to be pampered. Everyone that works here is amazing and as helpful as could be. It does get very busy so try to make appointments in advance. I wouldn't try to walk in unless it's the middle of summer, and even then I'd call first.

Most uneven cut ever. Owner Michelle so rude and defensive. Obviously doesn't understand proper customer service. Plenty of other places with better reputation.

I waited a month for an appointment and just got a call today to reschedule to wait another 2 weeks?? You should be embarrassed.

We have taken our two rescue boys there for several years and thought service was what you would expect. During our last, and I mean last, visit one boy was apparently cut on the corner of his ear and came home with what looked like caked oatmeal on his ear. A call to the business resulted in zero information as to what happened. "I will check on Monday and let you know what happened" "The covering should fall off in a couple of days".. Two weeks later and no call and now the "oatmeal coating" is beginning to flake off. In my opinion I am VERY disappointed with this service. Very sad follow-up.

1st appointment cancelled due to a sick child. Totally understandable. 2nd appointment cancelled due to a sick child. Ok. I get it. 3rd appointment in 8 weeks....arrived 10 minutes before appointment time to be told the groomer no longer works there and I no longer have an appointment. Not excepting new clients until May. It's March. No thank you. Would not recommend this place. Extremely upset. Was told they tried to call me. Hmmm. No calls missed from them.

The grooming performed by Jaz on my Yorkie Jack was just what I wanted. He looks awesome each and every time Jaz grooms him. I highly recommend Happy Tails and Jaz for Yorkies????????????

My poodle, Pumpkin, loves Michelle! When we get ready to drive to the groomer, the dogs goes bizerk with excitement! MIchelle is dedicated, and takes really good care of the dog. She loves what she does, and the animals know it. Animals have an intuitive sense of people. They can tell when to trust and when to fear. Our dog gets the best cuts and looks awesome everytime he comes home. He loves being groomed there. I recommend Happy Tails Pet Salon for your pet. I have followed Michelle, and am so happy I did!
