Thank you animal life for your response. I did ask the young lady on the phone how much it would cost but she said she had no idea. I guess I should have made more of a point to get one. Staff is very attentive, doctor is very personable and friendly. Extended business day hours are a plus. Office staff is reliable, office itself is clean and convenient. We’ve been with them for years and have found them to be extremely trustworthy when treating our dog and cat.

What can I say about such an excellent team. We recently went on vacation and had a pet sitter for our dogs. While we were gone our 12yr old boxer took a turn for the worse and my petsitter brought him to Dr. Butts. After several days of hospitalization and tests, there was nothing more they could do for my sweet boy. Dr. Butts, Maria and Rachael was kind enough to Facetime with me and my family so that my kids and I could say goodbye to our buddy. He has been a member of our family since he was 8weeks old and in our absence, I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to be with him at the end. They were kind, gentle and understanding. They allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted talking to him as he crossed the rainbow bridge. I cant say enough about how much I appreciate them for everything they did for our dog during and after his life. They also donated to a non-profit organization in his name. They really care about each of their patients!

BEWARE after 10 years of looking after my beloved pet, I found to my dismay the office staff not wearing masks. I asked if they have received a vaccine. The response from the office manager was NO - i do not believe in the vaccine vitamin c and sunshine is what i believe. This is crazy - why am i taking my pet here i might as well wash him in bleach and throw him in the sun. Veterinarians are supposed to be science based to medically care for our pets. I am not risking my pets life, my life or my spouses life. this should not be political BUT should be based on science and the safety of our pets and safety of the general public..... I see from your reply about freedom to wear a mask or freedom to vaccinate. Its clear you do not believe in science. Why oh why are we vaccinating our dogs, they have no freedom its required. If people like this business was around in the 50s and 60s we would still have people in iron lugs dying from polio. No regard for people or pets safety.

Have been going to them for years and they are always so compassionate. We recently lost our bulldog Charly due to old age and they sent the most beautiful card in the mail! They show true care and are always professional and efficient. Thank you.

I went there for a yearly check up and my Tech Danielle was amazing. She was very nice, very knowledgeable about everything i asked her and very gentle with my dog. Doctor Butts was wonderful as well. Definitely making them my go to Vet.

Fantastic people working behind the counter and scenes. They took care of my cat, and I was out within an hour.
