Everyone was so friendly from making my cat Gracies appointment, checking in, the nurse, the doctor and checking out. Highly recommend you bring your pet here to a group of professionals that treat you like family.

Great doctors, nurses and staff. They accommodated us on a very short notice and all is now well. Thank you!

I came in last week with a feral cat that was not going to make it. I didn't have an appointment, but the staff could see how upset I was and immediately got the Doctor. He was so compassionate and I knew I came to the right place. Unfortunately the kitty Eleanor Rigby didn't make it but at least she is no longer out in the elements suffering. I want to recommend them to anyone seeking a great veterinarian. Irene Stikar

I Love Animalife! I have been a satisfied client for 19 years. They are a talented, compassionate staff. I feel confident that my pets can get no better care! They even have a rewards program for clients. Best of all they do charity work for animals . You can't go wrong with this caring service.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Eisel for the past seventeen years and cannot say enough wonderful things about he and his staff. So caring, kind, thoughtful and better than any human Doctor. I am always impressed when he and/or his …

All the staff at Animal Life are always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If there's an issue with my dog, they always get us in right away. I love Dr. Foster. She has 2 boxers so she definitely knows what my baby needs. I feel very welcome here. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you Animal Life for keeping Charlie healthy!

The staff are very warm and caring. They will show your pet love and affection. Dr Eisel and all the Doctors are phenomenal. I have been to a few others in this town and I think this is number one.

We recently moved to the area and this vet was recommended from the former vet. Well today was the last straw. They gave our dog the wrong injection! It was for another dog coming there that day. Since the very first appointment they have been very lackadaisical and aloof. The front office ladies and their manager do not give a dam about your pets. The average wait time for our appointments have been over a hour. I would not recommend this place at all. Stay away if you love your pets like we do.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Unprofessional front staff, inappropriately long wait times, and expensive rates. All things that can be overlooked when great care is provided to your pet, but you won’t find that here either. They gave my dog the wrong injection today when they mixed her up with another client with a similar name. They only confirmed that they made an error when I insisted they double check with the nurse what injection she actually did receive when they tried to ring me up for the wrong injection, and their consolation was a forced apology and “allowing” me not to pay for the wrong injection. When I asked to speak with the doctor to ensure the injection she received would not affect her health negatively, they sent me the manager, who essentially eluded that I checked in my own dog incorrectly (that the girls asked if I was there for vaccines and I said “yes”) - which OBVIOUSLY was not the case. To make such a huge error is one thing, but for the manager of the practice to avoid all accountability and try and place the blame on me was the absolute worst move she could have made. For the record, when I walked in, I told the woman my dog’s name and why we were there. This is not a new process for me, or the vet, as my dog needs a certain injection every 28 days. One she needs to remain in good health, and one they almost let me leave without confirming she actually received - which, if she hadn’t, could have been disastrous. The DR was very understanding of my level of upset, but the myriad of unprofessional agents that you must go through to get to her aren’t worth the trouble. My girls are 10 and 12 and we have lived in many areas of the country with the military. This is, hands down, the consistently WORST collection of experiences that we have had with a vet out of anywhere we’ve lived. Find another vet.

Took my cane corso gotti for some routine vaccines and check up and he was having some stomach issues. They gave excellent services and for a great price! Kind caring and gave me a follow up call on a Saturday to make sure gotti was feeling ok! Best vet in Naples!

I am very disappointed! The doctor took a biopsy from my dog and the results were recieved today and I was told the doctor would call with the results. It is 8pm no call. The results my not mean much to him but it is very important to me. A five minute call never happened for some reason.

Took our female pup to get fixed and they told us to keep her from any extreme activity... which we did. No exercise or strenuous activity, but on the 3rd day, she ruptured something inside. When I took her back, the vet told me she had to go through another surgery. In the end, I guess I was relying on their professional advice (I am a 1st time dog owner) to keep my dog in a crate the majority of the time (instead of just taking it easy with her). It seems that females have much more complications than male dogs. A second surgery and an extra $200 later, our dog seems to be doing fine now, but I will try to look for another vet. Update 4/15/20 - Looking at the response from the vet, Stacey claims that no dog returned with complications from surgery. My dog's name is Luna, and we filled out the paper work under Natasha. I am 100% positive that there was a dog that returned to your office with complications after a surgery. This is a prime example of why I am choosing another vet.

Stating that you did not have any complication after a surgery is a lie. Dog's name is Luna and we filed paperwork under Natasha's name.

I can’t say enough great things about the Doctors at both the Eagle Lake and Pine Ridge locations. They saved my pup’s life and I will be forever grateful.

Brought boxer in for a small lump to be examined. Vet showed urgency on removing asap had time that day so we explained we are travel nurses and we had to leave for next assignment in 5 days. The quote was 700 and some dollars. We decided to have it done. When picking up after surgery I questioned suture and staple removal cost and was told this was included in the price of surgery. I then asked for a discount as I would have to pay for removal of said sutures and staples at our next assignment and was told that any Vet would remove them for free. I just feel that no one is going to do this for free as they are in business to make money as well. I will forward the cost of removal with no expectations on being repaid. Just feel this should have been handled differently

Note to self: when suffering from Covid fatigue don’t assume you you can understand a lab report better than your doctor!! Thanks Randy and Stacy! After talking to doctor today, I NOW understand Allie’s labs. ❤️

To say that I had a positive experience is an understatement! :) My ferret had her first vet visit ever and needed vaccines. Dr.Monk was attentive, very personable, and knowledgeable! He was great with her and addressed all of my questions, as I am a new ferret owner. The staff was also very polite! I really like that they stay open late on certain days of the week. Thank you!

Love this place. I'm not going anywhere else because they're really good, but i wish they were better with coming close to their scheduled appointment time. I usually wait a good 20-30 min even though i have an appointment. But the quality of their work is worth it.

I am always impressed by the treatment I receive when bringing Jule in for something, but more important is the way Jule is treated and the concern and caring she receives. I have had dogs my whole life 70+ years and this is the first location to call the evening of my visit to check on Jule and her condition. Thankfully, she has had no major problems, but like your kids, you want you fur baby well and pain free always and AVC seems to care as much as I do. I can not imagine somewhere better to meet my/Jule's needs.

I just love Dr. Foster and the staff! My dog is a little grumpy, and they take care of him as much as he will allow, and they always answer all of my questions kindly. I highly recommend them!

I have a Eurasian Eagle Owl, Alastor. He came to me with an injured eye, and just a couple of month ago, it finally became a HUGE problem. I was referred to Animalife, and specifically Dr Brian Monk, by a Friend and Vet Tech. I made my appointment and have never been more happy to make a hour and 45 minute drive. Dr Monk is by far the best veterinarian I have ever worked with. His knowledge and understanding of animals is far beyond what most vets will ever be. He was open and transparent with all of my options. And was a great shoulder when I was about to have a breakdown. He is truly an amazing vet, and I would recommend him to anyone. Also, I cannot leave out the amazing techs, especially Michelle Vallejo, and front desk! You ladies are all amazingly sweet, understanding and helpful.
