Shameful seller of puppy mill puppies. Their response to bad reviews is "Our pets come from the top 2% of USDA licensed breeders". I think they are referring to the puppy mill selling the most dogs. For those who don't know, puppy mills house tons of tortured mother dogs in horrible sad, lonely, cramped, filthy, cold cages, usually until they die. By buying a puppy mill dog, you are supporting this torture. Instead, please adopt from your local shelter or buy from a reputable breeder.

Looks great but you should know that they have a 3 puppy limit for meeting with dogs and I wish they told us before our 3rd. Now we’ll have to go back tomorrow to complete our puppy shopping ????

Horrible customer service experience. I live 2 hrs away from the closest store, I was interested in a puppy & petland will not tell you the price of their puppies over the phone. You have to literally drive out of your way to the closest store to find out the price & there’s no guarantee that the puppy will even be there. I was trying to avoid wasting everyone’s time & making sure if the puppy’s cost was within my budget. Petland needs to do better or they’re going to continue to loose customers. I’m now shopping elsewhere.

How are these places still operating ? People keep buying from big corp keeping these puppy mills going. Coming from CA where we shut these down it was a shock FL is still running these places. Stop animal exploitation. It’s 2021.

They won’t give you a price and when you get there they give you a outrageous price for a dog. 7500.00 for a golden puppy. I would never go there again.

My family and I visited this store to get information about dogs and we were very impressed. the employees had extensive knowledge on many different breeds. I've never had a dog before and have always been cautious about buying dogs but I definitely will be back !

Stopped at this Petland to see a puppy and it was the most heart wrenching experience. The puppy was brought to us soaked with urine. The staff gave their speech and then hit you with the price. $6400.00 for a puppy. That price was down right highway robbery. I left there heartbroken not only for me but for that poor little puppy. There should be some type of regulation for these kind of pet stores. ????

Watch every dollar they throw at you. The are real suave at telling you everything you get by the end you think you’re getting all kinds of stuff for free but you’re really not. That hundred dollars to make a reservation to visit the pet is a joke because if you convince them to give you a discount they claim they can’t do both. They are out to get every dollar they can from you. Not that I’m not happy with my puppy, but not happy with the way Petland does their business. Toooooooo expensive

Have you seen how abused animals are that come from puppy mills? Do not believe for a second that is not where they are getting their overpriced animals. Reputable breeders have no need to go through pet stores to get business.

Store will not provide any details in pricing, require you to come into the store. Drove two hours to be told a 3 month old boxer is going for $6,000. Boxer owner for 23 years and never in my life have I spent anywhere near that amount of money from reputable breeder for a boxer. Complete nonsense, save your money and go breeder!

If I could give zero stars I would, I was treated with the out most disrespect from the staff. I was telling the girl Ariana about how my 8 year old chihuahua Zeus died and how I had gotten from pet kingdom years ago, all she could say was how it was so discussing it is there and looked at me like I was crazy. Absolutely will NEVER come back!!

If i could give zero stars i would. These puppies come from puppy mills. Go to the shelter and adopt do not purchase these grossly overpriced puppies. If they have no one to sell to they'll shut down which is what needs to happen. Any one who can support puppy mills deserves the karma that will come to them either here or in the after life. Shame on you.

The pups are so fun to play with. Even if you aren't looking to buy a pup any time soon , remember that animals can bring out the best in us and make us feel happier. So if you're having not so great of a day, stop into this place and spend sometime with a fury friend.

I can’t be more than happy to have found my puppy today! I came in with my kids and saw what Petland offers. The process didn’t take long and we are excited to give a great life to our new family member!!! Thank you Petland! ❤️

False advertised dog as AKC registered purebred 3rd generation. Mother not registered, charged for items we were told the dog came with. The dog DID come with a parasite however we had to pay the vet for. Covered there track's by neutering the dog without letting us know prior to purchase. Said the puppy was ten weeks, paperwork show's fourteen. Was an emotional time as we had recently lost our dog recently to purchase. They took advantage of that as well. After notifying pet solutions, they showed nothing but greed. You can't trust a word from the salesperson on up. For your family sake and your own, stay away from this cold, fraudulent company.

Just got a toy poodle from here for the family & Cici was super helpful! She made sure i knew what i was getting with puppy. Came with many essentials i would need for our new baby, like leash, food bowl, bed, kennel etc. Great experience

Just purchased a Rottweiler puppy today. Had an amazing experience here. Shirley was so helpful! It’s great how much they offer with the purchase of your puppy. We received every thing we need; kennel, homecoming kit, toys, collar, leash, food bowls, food... etc. We love the new addition to our pack.

Got my puppy here last week I took him to the vet and is in perfect health. Ariana was great at listening to all my questions and answering them fully

MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASE A GOLDEN RETRIEVIER IN MARCH 2021 AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE BOTH WITH PETLAND AND THEIR 3RD PARTY TRAINER. OUR PUPPY IS EXTREMELY AGRESSIVE FROM THE START WITH WHAT IS CALLED RESOURSE GUARDING AND HAS BITTEN ME 3 SEPERATE TIMES (SEE THE LASTEST BITE ON MY ARM). WE HAVE NEVER HAD A DOG WITH THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR AND HAVE OWNED MANY LABORABORS IN THE PAST; WE RECENTLY LOST OUR LAB IN FEB. I REACHED OUT TO MY VET OF 30 YEARS (WELL KNOWN IN NAPLES) AND HE SAID THIS IS A ISSUE WITH THE BREEDING AND WE NEED TO GIVE THE DOG BACK AS THIS ISSUE IF EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CORRECT. I SPOKE WITH PETLAND TRAINER THAT THEY USE AND HIS SAID THAT FOR $2,200.00 HE CAN HELP WITH THIS ISSUE AND NORMALLY THE COST IS $3,200.00 BUT FOR OUR TROUBLE HE WILL DISCOUNT IT FOR US (REALLY?). PLUS HE STATED IT IS NOT A GUARANTEE THE ISSUE CAN BE FIXED. WE PAID $6,000.00 (YEAH, I KNOW, IT WAS A CRAZY AMOUNT OF MONEY, BUT WE WERE TRYING TO FILL OUR HEART WITH LOVE AFTER LOSING OUR LAB OF 9 1/2 YEARS). THE TRAINER STATED HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DECISION OF CORPORATE TO GET A REFUND OR REPLACE THE PUPPY. I OPENED A CLAIM WITH CORPORATE AND THEY LET ME KNOW THEY ARE DECLINING THE CLAIM AND NOTHING THEY WILL DO FOR US. I ASKED WHY THEY DECLINED AND ANETTE WITH CORPORATE STATED THE TRAINER CALLED THEM AS STATED THAT MY HUSBAND IS PLAYING VERY AGRESSIVE WITH THE DOG AND WE ARE THE ISSUE NOT THEM (SERIOUSLY?) I HAVE NEVER MET THE TRAINER NOR HAS THE DOG AND HE LIED AND TWISTED MY WORDS. THE TRAINER ALSO SAID WE DECLINED THE TRAINING; WELL WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND SPEND ANOTHER $2,200.00 WITH NO GUARANTEE. IT IS A MONEY GOUGING BUSINESS AND THEY ARE IN IT TOGETHER; THIS SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED AND THEY SHOULD BACK THEIR PUPPIES. IT IS SO SAD FOR THE PUPPY AND FOR US. WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE A DOG HERE EVER!!! NOR ANY OTHER PET STORE AGAIN. SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. HERE IS A PICTURE OF WHAT AGGRESSIVE RESOURSE GUARDING LOOKS LIKE. Absolutely the best place I've ever seen to get a puppy ! I went in for a small dog but absolutely fell in love with a boxer ! Cici, Sherley and Ariana were outstanding with the customer service and got my new daughter Madison a new home with me ???????????? definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market for a new doggy !!

Love our Puppy Shih Tzu, Yoshi! Amanda was great help. Just be sure you want to pay a lot. Because once you hold and play with these cuties it's impossible to say no.
