St. Francis Animal Clinic Naples, Florida

Had to put cat down on Christmas Eve and everyone else was not open.Had to go to a 24 hour clinic. Care and compassion was excellent. Only complaint was high cost of service provided.

Love this place. Very accommodating. When a needed an appointment ASAP I got an appointment the next day!! They had never seen my cats amf got me in with no delay!! Transferring care of my 3 cats!! Very friendly staff. Loved my experience.

The entire staff at St Francis Animal Clinic are friendly and helpful. I’m often able to schedule my dog for a quick visit for his medication with very little wait. They can often see me same day or next day. I only take my pup to the best veterinarians and St Francis has definitely earned my business.

Charity at the front desk and Dr. Lovingood make my experience at the clinic awesome!

Staff and the doctor were so accommodating and treated my fur baby as well as myself kindly. They were not pushing unnecessary things on us while still trying to do the things that were most needed to care for my fur baby and I was most impressed by that.

From the moment I walked in (as a non customer) to having my cats surgical procedure completed within a week - every step has exceeded my expectations. My goal was to have my cats lump removed and the Doctor agreed. I want others to know the office and vet treats you like a familiar friend with your pets interest number one. 100% exceptional - my cat is doing great.

Veterinarian is knowledgeable and caring. The place was being renovated but the people there is what counts, and there’s great people there. The most helpful vet visit I ever had! I would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be coming back!

Dr. Lovingood took time to carefully examine and treat our pet. He fully explained the issues and options so we were able to make informed treatment decisions with confidence.

Everyone was great. The vet, not sure of his name, was excellent, funny, and friendly. Great priced visit!

Went to the bowling alley last night full parking lot so we parked in last spots that was available. After hanging for awhile we decided to uber home to be safe. We arrived this morning to find our vehicle was towed by this company. Now I can understand if it was left for a week, day but in this pandemic to be so quick to do this is sad especially since there not even open on Saturdays. Just sad entitled people

Macy had her yearly visit today. As usual the staff was professional and compassionate. For over 20 years this has been my vet.

had to take my dog for a slight emergency visit on Christmas Eve. Without even being an existing patient, I got an appointment booked same day. Every single staff member was so attentive and kind to my dog, even sitting on the floor and giving treats to win her trust ! I’m forever grateful!

I just called about my new kitten that I adopted two days ago and I was looking into more information about the vaccines and the pricing and the whole series itself . However the front receptionist did not really quite know what she was telling me and was unsure & that alone altogether had me rule out this clinic to bring my kitten to for the rest of her life . Nevertheless I seen some really good reviews and would love to give a smaller clinic the business , I just would appreciate more accurate answers to my questions<3.

I took my Pappion dog, Marty, to establish a new patient and felt very safe in my car as they came out to greet me and the vet came out to talk to me after taking care of him. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with all of my questions. I feel very taken care of and look forward to my next well visit. I have no doubt we are in good hands if and when we need them in an emergency.

We had a non-emergency situation that needed to be addressed as soon as possible. Despite our dog not being one of their patients (as we were visiting from Chicago) they were kind enough to fit us into their busy schedule on a Saturday. All staff was friendly, professional and efficient and the Vet was excellent. He was thorough, thoughtful, informative, detail oriented, professional, knowledgeable, genuine and super friendly. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Lovingood! He is so friendly, knowledgeable, he spends time with your pet and doesn't do unnecessary testings! His team is also great! Chris is such an amazing tech and great at grooming! Boarding is very reasonable too! Such a great all around experience.

My favorite thing about this clinic is the compassion that Dr. Lovengood has for all his patients. His knowledge and detailed explanations are also a big plus. I feel very confident that our 16 year old baby is getting the best care and attention possible. I am so glad we found St. Francis.

I just brought my incredibly skittish dog in for a surgery on her leg. Dr. Lovingood was able to calm her and take care of her. She's now doing very well. All four of my dogs actually want to go to the Vet. We're very happy with St. Francis Animal Clinic.

I LOVE St Francis Animal Clinic! I've been a customer of theirs for over 12 years, my dogs have never known another vet office. And, even though they've met 3 different vets over those 12 plus years, they've all been GREAT!!!

They told me my cat had a 10% chance of survival.. So of course i was A MESS! THEY HAD MINIMAL INFO before they even made that statement. They just kept trying to talk us into spending more $ on stuff that was NOT needed. Even i knew that... So 350$ later thats all we got was him to tell us our cat was going to die... Ugh.
