Sama 1st time going to shandras...they took excellent care and very high quality grooming...highly recommend shandras....Sam has a new groomer. Yay.....he also got a mango facial....

I was recommended to Shandra’s from a friend and neighbor recently because my dog is a little scared of grooming. From the moment I met Shandra and discussed Lucky’s issues I knew he would be in good hands. First I was very impressed when Shandra called me about an hour after drop off and wanted to give me a update on how Lucky was doing. I was so relieved he was doing good. When I picked him up he was Gorgeous and not stressed out at all. Thanks Shandra and Staff. Lucky and I will definitely be back.????????

I was referred to Shandra a couple months ago after having a horrible experience with another groomer. I have two Goldendoodle’s that I have groomed every three weeks . From the phone call to the Salon they were very professional and actually listened to what I wanted. When I picked my babies up I couldn’t believe how Gorgeous they Made them. Wow that’s all I can Say about Shandra and family. Very caring and explained everything to me and my daughter about our new Goldendoodle.puppy. No wonder they have been in business 27 years. Make sure not to be more than ten minutes late. The woman I spoke to seemed almost offended that I had the audacity to come in 10 minutes past the appointment time (keep in mind that at no time during my appointment scheduling was I told that I would be rejected at the door if I was over 10 minutes late) it seemed like she was very frustrated and decided to take it out on me and the woman in front of me who was 12 minutes late. she was turned away too. She then told us that we would have to reschedule and there's nothing she could do. also I'm not sure how unorganized this establishments scheduling must be to justify that being 10 minutes late will somehow effect another clients appointment, given that grooming a dog is no quick job. Thankyou for the awful and very unprofessional experience.

My dogs Love going to get groomed monthly with Shandra and family. I’ve used other groomers and wasn’t happy until a friend recommended Shandra. She’s kind caring and listens to what you want. She suggested I bring a picture because I’m very precise on my pets haircuts. Perfect cut every time. Highly recommend. Thanks guys

We have used Shandra and team for over 15 years and they are always kind and professional. We have 3 dogs and 2 of them have very cottony coats that sometimes get matted and have to be shaved pretty short. I would never ask them to comb out the mats because I want my pets to enjoy going to the groomer. It’s hair and it will grow back. Thank you Shandra and team for always taking such excellent care of our babies. Highly recommend.

Today was a lucky day. Duncan, my pet pal, had a grooming appointment at Shandras. I highly recommend Shandras Pet Salon. This is a friendly professional grooming salon. Duncan looks great and I’m so very happy with the services performed. If you are looking for a pet grooming salon, look no further. Great place.

Shandra's is the best! We have three 50 lb dogs and we've been all over North Naples looking for groomers (to cut their nails in particular). Vet's offices are not really the best place to get this done. Shandra's is equipped with dremels, tables, leashes and other tools to make the experience safer for your pet and easier on your mind. We learned the hard way after using another groomer when one of our dogs was muzzled and had three people sitting on top of her holding her down with their knees and forcing her to receive a nail cut. Enough said! Go to Shandra's! Also, we love Brandon who works there and feel COMFORTABLE that they love our dogs! It makes all the difference when the business owner actually cares!! Blessings, Mike

Shandra does a great job and our dog our dog loves being there!

Beware. My dogs did not want to go in the salon or go with the attendant. I should have listened! If you get the older groomer, he does a nice job, but last time a young male butchered our two dogs for $155, leaving one with three quarter size razor burns on his back tummy, and the other dog with no wiskers or face hair. Both tails shaved way too close. Both dogs were traumatized and quivered for two days. Something awful happened in there!

Our family loves and trusts Shandra. My pups come home happy and beautiful every time.

Shandra's Pet Salon is the best groomer we have ever used. That includes in Fla and up north. They are very professional and Buddy always looks amazing when he is done. Give them a try!!!!

Shandra’s Pet Salon has been in this location for 24 yrs. That’s very special. However, I’m still at a loss as to how grooming a 3lb dog is the same price as grooming a 15 or 30+ pooch.. What am I missing? Despite my confusion, Shandra’s is professional, considerate, accommodating & approachable!

Shandra treats my special needs dog with care, tenderness, and compassion. She is the best groomer I have encountered, and I highly recommend her. Shandra is so busy, but is flexible and accommodating...she approaches her work with a clear love for the pets she works with, as well as a ton of patience for their owners. She is THE BEST

Shandra’s has been Molly’s groomer for over 3 years. We have been extremely happy with everything and most importantly Molly is a happy puppy when she arrives and departs.

If only we could rate 0 stars... the hair cut was cute on my dogs but the nails were horrible, I believe the quick was cut on every single one. Soon as my dogs greeted me, I was cut but didn’t realize it until later. I’ve left 2 messages and can’t get a call back. I would never recommend taking your dog there.

Since we adopted our senior golden retriever three years ago, Shandra and her staff have provided excellent care during baths and grooming. Shandra listened to our concerns (arthritis, anxiety about separation from her new family, skin problems) and adapted her routines to avoid physical and emotional stress for an older dog. Since our dog lately has developed kidney problems Shandra has taken even more pains to make her comfortable. Shandra clearly loves animals and is very open to communication with owners. We are happy our vet recommended her and would recommend her.
