I’ve owned poodles for over 30 years, and have experienced numerous occasions of my dogs being nicked or burned when I’ve taken them to be groomed. Despite changing groomers, including one at my vet’s office, this pattern continued. This stopped when Mandy started grooming my dog Billie. I have been a devoted client for over a year and decided it was time to give Mandy the credit she deserves by submitting this review. She is incredibly gentle and patient while grooming my dog. I’ve personally observed her working with Billie while I was shopping in the store. Billie seemed relaxed and comfortable. The results speak for themselves. Billie is always impeccably groomed, happy and injury free. I believe Mandy genuinely cares about Billie and on several occasions I’ve arrived to pick her up only to find her sitting in Mandy’s lap! I’m very grateful!

Brianna does a fabulous job on my 2 Shitzus. They look so beautiful when they are done. She is kind and careful with my pets. We’ve been going to Brianna, almost a year. I am very pleased with Brian’s grooming skills.

Large selection all the creatures seem healthy, especially the crickets. If you feed your pet sick crickets from pet supermarket, chances are your reptile may get sick, you are what you eat. The management is fast and observant to customers needs. I drive out of my way to go to this store totally worth it.

Great prices, customer services was great. I couldn't find what I was looking for and the manager helped me find it. He even went to the back to find the items. He went above and beyond.

Took our puppy lola to the groomers and she did an amazing job our puppy looked completely different and we loved the outcome Thank you marinna we appreciate it and will look forward to seeing you in a few months when its time to take lola back.

We maintained store and stock. Somethings are a little expensive compared to other store or online but some good deal.

Worst service ever . Very unorganized. Had an appointment for my pet to get groomed showed up ten mins early waited in line for almost twenty had to get back to work . Waste of my time . They checked in a dog who was 45 mins early and a lady who showed up late got to cut in front of five people . Never will shop or bother with the place again.

Worst crickets ever. They are always lethargic and dying. They feed them disgusting gmo food that is high in calcium, making it so they cannot shed and end up dying when they become too big for their exoskeletons. Many of the employees will just scoop off the bottom putting up a bunch of dead ones into your bag. This place just doesn't care. Buy your crickets anywhere else!

I went here to get 60 small crickets like I do every week to week and a half. Today when I went I got them and went back home which is about a 25 minute drive for me depending on traffic, by the time i got home ALL 60 crickets were dead. I called down there and told the person on the phone (who was a manager) about it. His response was "oh thats weird" and asked if I had left them in my car for a bit and ran into another store in which i told him no. He told me to bring them back for a replacement bunch. I got back in my car and drove the 25 mins again. When I got there I was told that they were not going to refund or replace them because it had been to long since the purchase. This was a complete waste of my time and money, I wont be buying crickets or anything else here ever again. I've ordered crickets online and they are in the mail for 4 or 5 days but they are always alive when they get here and its cheaper as well. Also I always bought 60 cause at least 5 to 10 of them would die every night. I dont have that problem with the ones I purchase online. I've spent hundreds of dollars here on everything from terrariums to decor and crickets, and was just getting ready to upgrade my terrariums. They had a couple there with stands that I was looking at but now I will definitely be buying elsewhere. I hope 7 dollars was worth losing thousands of dollars.

Took my dog to get a haircut, and he came out worse than he went in. I had to take him to the vet because they cut his hair way to short and had rashes near his testicles. Would not recommend.

They treated me very poorly, specially who u think it’s the manager MAKAYLA . The first day I went in they treated me nice since I Bought my pet.... but unfortunately it didn’t workout so I had to return my pet within the 14 days. When you sing your contract they tell you if it doesn’t workout with your pet you can bring it back. So unfortunately I had to return my pet and since the minute we got there Makayla started treating us very mean and rude she didn’t want to help at all, she said she hates when people bring back pets. They didn’t want to give us our money back for everything we bought. In other words I am personally not recommending this place not helpful at all and if you want to return your pet writhing the 14 days they will get mad and not want to return your money. I’m very disappointed at their service never coming back and not recommending to my families and friends. I’m surprised how they have a mean manager who doesn’t want to help. It’s unbelievable. I usually never write reviews but I felt the need to do it this time... really bad service not willing to help and did not return our money in all we bought. I would say change the staff not friendly at all and you don’t feel welcome.

I went to adopt a cat and a really old lady did not want us to adopt them. They wants us to jump through hoops to adopt and at the end will not give you the cat. They prefer the cats to stay in cages and in foster homes then to go to a happy family. I wanted to adopt one and said that we had to adopt 2 because the cats will be lonely. We were willing to adopt 2 then said no. This is a waste of time and energy. DO NOT GO HERE.

Favorite store to stop and get my beardie crickets. the large ones are actually big and the small ones actually are tiny. Staff is always great.
