Had an ok selection of items. Picked up what we needed. Staff was strangely unfriendly. Didn't even offer my dog a treat...weird and unusual for a pet store. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Friendly staff and very helpful. An associate named Holly was extra helpful. Took her time to help me find what I was looking for....and Ian was a pleasure to chat with at the register. 10 stars! I'll be back.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. The store has a wide selection of items for all my animals, I'm super stoked y'all started carrying chicken products.

Thank you for having the large all beef fresh food tube in the cold case for $29.95. I bought 3. Please don't discontinue this. Many dogs are allergic to chicken and many dog foods say they are beef but they contain chicken. This did not. We also prefer the tube. So good job for having exactly what we wanted in a large size.

I am always greeted with a smile and am asked if I can be helped.. This time they all smiled at me, including the manager

Great customer service! Was desperately looking for the same food my new puppy was used to eating, as he was turning down all my offerings and the wonderful sales associate disappeared for a minute and returned with exactly the right kind. Thanks a bunch!

I was the only person in the store and I asked the girl "working" to check a price for me. Well she was texting and said I'll have to go all the way back there and scan it. Lost my business for good!

Very usefull shop. The costumer can find everything for its pets SUCH AS ALOT OF VARIETY OF FOOD, acessories, clothe, hiegiene.

Yes that is a nice store.It has always been clean and well kept.Have a lot of different items and colors featured.Different feed sources also r on hand,along with toys etc..

Booked an appointment for my dog, the quote on the website said $44 which is a little bit cheaper than other places we’ve been to so we thought why not since we couldn’t book our regular groomer until next month, went there and one of the staff was rude saying that we have to pay $69 for the bath and extra for deshedding so it’s gonna be about $100, if we don’t want to pay for deshedding they’ll put my dog in a crate until he’s dried off. We don’t mind paying $100 for grooming but the fact that it’s more than twice as much of what we were told is unacceptable! And I definitely don’t want a person with this attitude grooming my dog, who knows what she would do during grooming time.

Bought and paid for a rabbit snail....came home with an assassin snail....thanks Petco....and I mean that sarcastically....update....snail had died...taking him back

Do NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE FOR A GROOM! They mistreated my old guy. Sent him home cut and 1/4 shaved. Called and said come get him! Appalling what they did. High season is SW Florida, hard to get a grooming appointment within 2 weeks. Yet, they sent him away. Anyone with compassion or empathy never would have sent a pet home looking like our dog.. hair hanging off of him. there were 4 people working that day, they could have helped. DID not!! Said he wouldn't stand up. Their employee was under scrutiny, and yet they allowed her to work on a 65 lb dog. Total INCOMPETENCE! WE Are going to Corporate...im still furious and it happened 5 days ago..very sad ????

The staff is always helpful there..I went there over a month or 2 ago and this employee (forget his name, but he has a red beard and hair) recommended the best brand of dog food and snacks for my senior dog. Both the food and snacks were perfect for her... I went again this Saturday and he was there again...I thanked him for the last suggestion and he walked me to the back where the food was the last time I was there, and had a conversation with me...such a great display of customer service... The cashier, her name was Meilein, she was also super helpful and friendly as well...
