I believe my 4 month old puppy was hit at the facility. She was also often in time out for being hyper and excluded from the play group. She was only 4 months old.

This place is disgusting, I had heard stories about the employees hitting the dogs here. Marisa a friend of my daughter spoke to me that her 4 month pit bull was hit repeatedly under her belly where there was bruising and anytime I would try to get close she would bark and pee herself. Behavior she never displayed amongst our family until now. This isn’t okay anymore and this place has to be reevaluated.

Two weeks ago, I had sent my adorable lab mix pup into this facility for it was recommended from a worker I met at petco. Affordable prices and great service is what was showcased to me, so captivated from his advertising I sent my baby. She was very excited and very nervous on starting this place but seemed very happy. So I entrusted my baby into this establishments care. Just to find out she was struck by one of the employees and as I can tell you, I promise you I was not happy, I was infuriated! I tired speaking with one of the team leaders just for her to tell me “your dog was very hyper and was put to time out. Time out?? Where I found two bruises on her neck, are you kidding me. Worst place I’ve ever had to experience this and to think everyone here entrusts their canines with this establishment. Nothing was done about this, i was told to leave and threaten to have the cops called on me? Like are you kidding me, I will go tomorrow right now and speak with Richie , total utter bull.

Staff is so friendly, pretty sure my dog thinks this is home and I'm just the guy who dog sits until she gets to come back here.

My babies first day camp and boarding experience and I couldn't ask anything better. He's got terrible anxiety and they have been so patient with him.

Love this place. Staff is friendly and attentive with pets, obviously dog lovers. Our dog Jackson loved his stay and can't wait to go back. Jackson gives it 5 paws and his pet parents in give it 5 stars. So happy we found this place. Thanks to the staff.

Our small dog won't be going back. It's a tragic story. One dog was killed by its siblings 3 in 1 kennel is limit they allowed 3 big dogs in one so tragic. ???? they later allowed those 2 same dogs to come back. How those dogs were not reported to officials is my concern too. Too bad our dog liked going there but too dangerous for our small dog.

We have used George for grooming and Boomer is going to play dates. The facility is always clean & the kennels are clean and come in various sizes for all dogs. 5 stars all the way.

Love Pet Paradise!!! It was first time ever leaving our Crossifino. Everyone was nice and caring to him and us. We loved getting the report cards and pictures we also enjoyed seeing him in the play area. We highly recommend Pet Paradise and will definitely bring Crossifino back to them again. Management and other staff members are very professional and friendly! I have used Pet Paradise before in a different state and had a wonderful experience with them and that is how I knew of this company. This was my dog’s very first time at this location and even though I wasn’t able to go inside with my dog due to COVID19 I felt very comfortable with this facility based on their reputation, the conversation I had with the staff, the reviews and pictures on line. Management even called me twice to speak with me, once to answer any questions I had and then a second time they freely called me to inform me of how well my boy was doing. The fact that Pet Paradise has web cams and you are able to check in anytime and view your pet is great too! I would definitely recommend this facility!

I never brought my dogs to daycare before, but this facility has changed our life’s. From our overly active 2 year old getting to exhaust his energy- to our couch potato getting all the attention from the staff. When I come home the pups are tired, but happy.

We took our X K9 and truth is I was nerves due to does not like people..but she loves it here. After 3 days she wakes us up in the am and is ready to go to her day care. As soon as she sees the staff she gets so happy ☺. . This place is a great place Park loves it here. And the staff is the best. I will never take her any where other then here. Thank to the staff.

CHELSEA has been grooming my shichon Winston ever since he was a puppy and we’ve had an amazing experience from Day 1. She is super friendly and accommodating and every time I pick him up he looks immaculate! I have strangers stop me and ask where I get Winston groomed... Chelsea at pet paradise!! She’s the best!!

Spike and Scarlett love coming for daycare, they always come home tired

This place is super organized and accommodating. Have already used them twice since moving to FL and I feel like my dog is well taken care of and safe.

Naples Pet Paradise continues to be wonderful escape for our dog. Always happy to go and exhausted when she comes home

This was our first experience with Pet Paradise. ON a recommendation from a friend, we booked a grooming appointment for our 9 month old labradoodle on Jan. 13 for an 8:00 opening on Sunday, Jan. 26. I just got a call hours away from this appointment cancelling my appointment as they had overbooked. They were willing to give me an appointment on Feb. 14, three weeks away. Weren't even apologetic. The manager admitted they overbooked. Maybe customers just cancel but's that's not fair to customers who do get their appointments. They obviously don't need my business.
