Harmony Animal Hospital Naples, Florida

Great little animal hospital! They are honest and affordable. The owner/main vet there truly cares about you and your furbabies. It’s so nice (and convenient) that they actually recommend Chewy and affordable options as opposed to most other vets that just want you to buy from their office. We (and our wallets) sincerely appreciate it! Even though they are located in Naples, I don’t think that they price gauge for location- which is super thoughtful and so appreciated! The one thing we don’t totally love (which this may somehow be Covid related) is that they take your animal out of your room to a separate spot. They are the only vet we’ve been to that does this and in our opinion we think it would be easier, in most circumstances, to leave them in the same room as the owner. Sometimes we can help (for example getting them to lay on their side) and dogs tend to feel more comfortable around their owners- and if we need to show you certain spots it might be beneficial to you! We are full time RVers and have visited their offices multiple times on our journey as we trek all through Florida. This vet has become our preferred and we hope to continue using you guys even when we may be far away! Thanks for your hard work and relatability!

They squeezed me in despite being busy because I'm new to town and puppy was nearly out of the booster timeframe. So grateful. Everyone was lovely. The office is beautiful and quiet. Moderately priced, and an excellent value given the quality of care. I use a naturopath for my human family, grateful to find a holistic vet for my puppy. Highly recommend.

We just moved to the area and we have found SW Florida to be so friendly and welcoming! We had really high hopes that this would be our new vet because we specifically sought out an integrated vet and their website made this promise: "We strive to provide our patients' pet parents with prompt, attentive, compassionate and personal service from the very first moment a patient arrives." We made a appointment and showed up at the appropriate time. Especially as a new client, we expected a warm welcome. There was no 'welcome' at all -- no smile, no enthusiasm for a customer on their first visit. After we confirmed we had an appointment the girl at the desk pretty much ignored us, made phone calls, went outside, etc. The only thing she asked us was whether we had masks, which we replied we did not. We then sat there in the waiting room another 10-15 minutes. When she finally showed us to the exam room she said she'd get us masks, which we did not want. There is nothing on their site indicating that masks were required and when we made the appointment there was no discussion of that requirement either. (Apparently it was OK to sit without masks waiting 15 minutes for our appointment, but we needed one in the exam room?) If a business is requiring masks of their customers, they should inform customers of that ahead of time and/or make sure it is on their website so that we can make the decision of whether we want to use their services. "Harmony" did not live up to the promise on their website and will not receive our business. The mask requirement is certainly one reason, but the lack of feeling welcomed really made our decision to find another vet who will appreciate us and our pet. ***Response to post from owner*** I appreciate that you responded. However, there was *absolutely* no sign on the door when we went that indicated that masks were required....or we would not even have entered. Also, you did not even address the poor/unwelcoming service from your staff! Not even a 'hello'/'welcome'....nothing! It's sad because there are not many integrated vets and we had hoped your practice would be a good fit for us.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Beg and her staff! They listened and they were so so kind to us and our cat! They told us exactly what we needed to do and didn’t try to “upsell” all these extra things. They were very straight forward. Harmony will always be my go to for all my pet needs! Thank you, again!

THE BEST ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN ALL OF SWFL.... I might be too biased to say the U.S. but I sure to believe it. Dr.Begg and her team are unbelievable. Caring, thoughtful, tentative, intelligent, mindful; they treat your pet like your baby not just your pet, as it should be. They are very good with communication and will go above and beyond for you. They CARE which is SO much more than I can say for a lot of the vets we have been to in Estero and Naples. I highly recommend them. Thank you to the entire staff for all the love and comfort you have shared to me and my family.

A beautiful office that offers comfort and confidence. Everyone was wonderful and my dog did well. A very nice, conservative approach to wellness.

My puppy was not treated in the highest level of care at our last visit. My 4 mth puppy was returned to me with urine all on his bottom half, without any care from the staff. I am so disappointed in how distressed my puppy was and how we were treated at our last visit. The lack of customer service that was given to this situation is why I am not returning. Some of your staff surely lacks the care that is needed to make your place of business exceptional.

Dr. Beg and her staff showed professionalism and compassion when treating Bimini, our rescue dog. She took time to speak with us to truly understand what was happening. After speaking to us she checked Bimini and helped us resolve her issues. Bimini is as happy as ever and we are the thankful to Dr. Beg and her staff. They have been our primary care for over a year and we could not be more pleased

I just want to thank Dr.Beg and staff for seeing Lily for a consult for accupuncture and/or laser. The office is beautiful and the staff very friendly. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is solely based on the lack of education I felt was given about treatments. While I felt Dr.Beg was knowledgeable in her field, education on the longterm affect of the pet is lacking. I almost was going to go through with 10 sessions of laser treatment....for 500 dollars...for my 8 month old cat's spinal issues but came to find out that laser can inhibit growth plates. She's still growing. . While I'm aware that laser is a good form of defense against pain and inflammation, there should have been a lot more education on it, not just the history there of. Overall, Dr.Beg and staff were very nice but maybe a little more education for the owner needed to be given.

Kiki and I had a great first visit at Harmony! Her vet visit was so relaxing and they made sure she was comfortable. They had tons of breed specific knowledge too!

Finally got around to write a review which has been on my to do list for a while now! BUT WOW AMAZING! Im so happy I found Harmony Animal Hospital! Im the lady everyone brings their unwanted animals too, Financially it can get hard especially when it comes to vet visits. I had 1 cat who was sick & gave 5 other cats a cold. I called several other places and prices were absurd! The owner got on the phone with me, she completely sympathized with MY specific situation and not only cared about the animals but me & my pocket as-well. (I did the math if I would have went to any of the other place I called that day, I would have payed triple!!!! :( THANK YOU AGAIN! :) I ended up getting a same day appt & all 6 animals were seen! PLUS MY DOG MILO :) The very next day the kitties looked and felt much better.

Dr Beg is thorough, professional, and compassionate. She and the entire staff have been great.

Dr. Missed diagnosed our pet after spending over $700 and a they just gave antibiotics that made no difference our pet lost 1/3 of his weight. We finally decided to go to another vet. He had hook worms 2 days later. Our pet survived no thanks to harmony. Stay away from this place. I would have thought that for $700 they could find hook worms!!!

When I had serious issues with my precious little boy and my own vet wouldn’t see him my daughter searched google and found great reviews for Harmony and suggested I try them. I wish I had found them sooner. Their focus is your pet..period! The staff and vet are awesome.They are awesome! This is now my Riley’s new vet.

As someone with vet tech experience, I am picky about where to take my animals but Harmony Animal met my expectations! Great customer service and I felt confident they knew what was wrong with my dog Maggie. Emergency vet visits can be super expensive but I felt their price was reasonable for the exams they performed. Will definitely recommend to friends!

We took our dog there on a saturday afternoon. They took her back immediately. Within 15 minutes, the doctor was out and described to us everything that was going on. Amazing and exceptional service. Glad we know where to go from now on.

Upon entering Harmony Animal Hospital I was taken by how nicely it was furnished, so unlike what I am used too. There was a very mellow feel throughout the office. Dr Beg was quite professional and caring for handling my labs urinary problem. You will not be disappointed with taking your beloved pet to Harmony.

Losing a fur baby is hard... especially when they’re only 15 months old... Dr. Beg and Frankie made a situation that is the most excruciating event in your family’s life a bearable one. From their kindness, professionalism and seamless ability to make it feel as comfortable as putting your baby to sleep can be. My little girl took her last breath in a beautiful, relaxing place , where I knew her and her body would be respected and cared for. I couldn’t have asked for more and we would recommend Harmony to anyone who has a fur baby! Thank You for taking such good care of our Tanner in her last moments. You are forever in our hearts.

While I was not able to go inside, the curbside vet service was first class. From the Vet Techs (Cinda and Franki) to the vet Dr. Berg, our Bernadoodle-Brooklyna was well cared for and we did not feel pressured by up-sales. Grateful
