Could not have been a nicer group of people running this place. I was from out of town and I can tell you, they all made me and my pup feel so comfortable. The Doctor was lovely and kind and knowledgeable I will return!!!

Every staff member loves animals and it shows! They know their patients and treat them as their own pets. The Doctors are wise and empathetic. The office space is freshly renovated and always clean.

Gulfshore Animal Hospital took care of the cyst on my 13 year old cat's head just above eye when NO vet in Naples would even try or tackle it because of my cats age or didn't feel confident enough to do it. I remember my old vet, Dr. Victor Brown, who was not only a vet but a great animal surgeon as well. God bless his soul he has since passed away. Apparently, all vets are not considered equal, but Gulfshore Animal Hospital proved that they are just as experienced, professional, knowledgeable and so friendly in both front office personnel as well as the vets and assistants. I have been bringing my cat to Gulfshore Animal Hospital since I adopted her from the Collier County DAS several years ago. The staff is always courteous and helpful. And, Dr Ball is just amazing. He's the cat whisperer. I can always get a quick appointment if necessary. It's all good!

We just moved from California and in need of a new Veterinarian. Gulfshore Animal Hospital gave us an appointment and at our request they put us on a cancellation list. 2 days later we get notified that we can come in first thing the next morning. Nice staff. The clinic had thin walls. In the exam room, you can hear everything going on at the front desk, back, room next door. If I was putting my pet down, it would not be quiet not peaceful setting due to background noise

Dr Swartz was my vet for more than 10 years before joining Gulfshore -he is one more competent and conscious individuals you can entrust to care for your fur babies - he possess all the professional qualities, and personal integrity, that instill trust and confidence in a care giver for your little furry “family member”. I presently live in Miami, and travel to Naples to have Bill Swartz care for the newest member of our family, “My Cousin Vinny” - a 16 month old Bichon. I wouldn’t trust anyone other Bill Swarz with the care of Vinny.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in making the appointment. Dr Schemmer took a lot of time, performed a very detailed examination of my dogs nose to tail (in my presence)and asked many questions about their environment. I felt her diagnosis’s were well demonstrated and explained. I felt very comfortable and that my dogs were treated professionally and with love. She prescribed an alternative medication (than that my previous vet gave)that is very affordable!! I felt the cost of the visit was very fair. The estimate given for the surgery needed for one of my dogs was very reasonable. Dr Schemmer was recommended to me by a very close friend and I will definitely recommend her in the future.

Gives very poor diagnostic tests and treatments. Doesn’t provide any thorough explanations on what’s wrong. Seriously think they only want your money. Coming from the heart, one should seriously slide from this place if you have a senior or sick dog.

Average, took in our sick cat , but only gave meds, because further evaluation was expensive, the cat seems better.

My dear cats , The Boys, Karmie and Georgie, have been patients of Gulf Shore for at least eleven years. Karmie had an emergency which they handled beautifully and Georgie has pancreatitis. The medicine Georgie has been given is working very well and also they recommended a change in diet. That, too, seems to be working. Great vets, awesome staff! Thank you Gulf Shore Animal Hospital for taking such good care of my two boys. I love my cats and want them around as long as possible and with your care I know they will be.

My dog Emmitts was super sick I feared the worst. Dr Ball explained to us that animals coming from the north are more Prone to allergies down in Florida’s hostil climate and he probably doesn’t have food allergies at all. He gave him a allergy shot and medication in less then 2 hours my dog was no longer had bloody stool and vomiting. He a straight shooter and a excellent Doctor very personable and trust worthy! Trust me when I say this is a amazing place and I will alway bring my pride and joy to him! The staff is also super caring and attentive returns phone calls promptly. Don’t look any further

Wonderful animal hospital. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Ball is great - I feel that my dog was in the best of care. He takes the time to explain everything - did not feel rushed and his care for my dog was evident. I highly recommend this practice.

Aside from getting a good report on Sammy, I go to Gulfshore Animal Hospital because the doctors are excellent, care of pets and owner is excellent and the staff is wonderful!!!

Twenty years ago, I visited many of the veterinary establishments because we were mo ing here from Harrisburg, Penna. I selected Gulfshore for their accreditation, their reputation and based upon a tour. Over twenty years we have never been disappointed with the compassionate care provided by Dr Schemer. She understands both the animal and human needs...we could.not imagine seeing anyone elsa.

Great location, friendly knowledgeable staff. Doc Swartz is wonderful. But if you're on a tight budget, not the least expensive in town.

Dr. Swartz, Did an excellent job treating Daisy. We had a somewhat complex problem and Dr. Swartz went over and above when treating Daisy. He always followed up with a phone call and or a text message to see how she was doing. In my opinion, he is “ an old school veterinarian “. He should be recognized for his caring and attention to detail. Thanks again to ALL THE GREAT people who work at Gulfshore Animal Hospital ????????????
