So glad that I took my 12 month old Great Dane puppy to BluePearl to see Dr. Marc Havig. The staff was very gracious and gentle with her and gave me a lot of good information about her situation. Thank you so much for the hard work that you do. I would definitely recommend ????

My son Brandon and Leah took their dog Daisy here after her leg was damaged in an attack. The doctor assured them that the leg was salvageable and after thousands of dollars. Surgery and sedation for every bandage change. Over $300 per appointment to change the bandage. Excuse me this is ridiculous! This is what they discovered. The doctor doesn't return phone calls, the doctor is rude when the doctor talks to them. The doctor assured them that the infection was cleared up. They were told to take the dog off of antibiotics. One week after they were told that. The dog had sores on his legs was crying all the time. And they chose to take her back to their regular vet. Her leg was soft mush, the infection was raging to the point the dogs life was in jeopardy. Their regular vet amputated the leg and within 24 hours Daisy was feeling better. I would never use this place. I can only say if you value your animals life don't go to this substandard hospital.

The orthopedic doctor took his time to explain our dogs injuries and all the possible outcomes, what to look for in recovery and was overall very professional and personable. The surgery team was also very sweet and responsive to all our questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

Showed up on a Saturday night to the Blue Pearl in Naples Fl. Make sure you call ahead. They advertise 24 hour service, but no vet on staff. Turned away. Used them in the past, but not in the future unless we cannot get in nowhere else.

I had a very good experience with this hospital. My dog was in liver failure and the very kind and smart Dr. Meeks, saved her life! I can't say enough positive things about my experience.They really cared...Murray was great too! My pup is doing very well and I am looking forward to many more years with her!

From Ohio so when I needed care for my dog this pet hospital was open 24 hours and had good ratings. Worth the visit and didn’t do any unnecessary diagnostics. Great staff and the Doctor was excellent. Charges were reasonable for fast diagnostics and treatment.

Our 11-year-old cat was suffering, and we couldn't wait until her Tuesday appointment at her vet's office. We brought her into BluePearl on Sunday, and her diagnosis was terminal, as we suspected. Every employee of the BluePearl staff was so compassionate and professional. They made us feel so assured and comforted in our time of heartbreak. I can't thank these employees enough for their support. We were able to say goodbye to our kitty in a private, comforting environment, and we were able to get the closure we needed. For our future furry family member, I would not hesitate to come back to this pet hospital if there was an emergency. I highly recommend them.

I walked through the door with a puppy taking it's last breaths. I truly thought it was the last time I would ever hold her alive. Within what seemed to be hours, but was probably a 1/2 hour they said they had stabilized her and she was very responsive. I didn't believe them and wanted to see for myse she was 100% better than the puppy I had brought in!lf. Shortly after they let me in, and all of my prayers had been answered! I swear they are miracle workers!!! I hope I never have to experience that again, but if I ever have any problems with my Frenchie, I will not hesitate to take her there again! I can't thank them enough, and would recommend them to anyone. They can do no wrong in my book! Thank you Dr. Hurd!!

We had to put our sweet family dog to sleep and decided we didn't want to make her wait until morning and this place was wonderful. They made a heartbreaking experience as comfortable and easy as possible and were so sweet to our dog and us. The staff was very gentle and kind and so was the doctor. I am so glad we decided to take her here for her final trip.

Our retired service dog needed extensive surgery on her knee. Coordinate was easy with our regular vet. We are almost a week out of surgery and she is doing great.

Unfortunately Dr. Havig does not own this emergency vet clinic any longer. It has been bought by a huge corporation and definitely does not have the compassion that Dr. Havig had for his patients. I took my rescued 13+ old pet there twice …

Best place to go. Especially if you have a pet emergency

The attention in this place is horrible. If you come with your pet for an emergency and there is another pet in a more critical case, then you and your pet have to wait more longer and it is not fair that you have to a long time so they can check your pet.

This is the worst hospital for pets they don't care what your pet has, and they don't care who came first they just do it by who is worst and because they think that your pet is good for them is good but is not and I don't recommend anyone coming here because your gonna be waiting for a very long time because for them your pet doesn't have anything wrong.

The staff was very supportive and helped me get in touch with poison control so my cat's condition could be assessed before seeing a vet at ASH. This helped us save $ by not having to see a vet.

I wish they were closer to my house. They did a great job with my dog Teddy. He ripped his claw off and they made sure he was as comfortable as possible. The place was VERY clean and staff was friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a wait but that was bc a dog had come in before that wasn’t breathing. They were still able to help us in a timely manner. Thanks again!!

After a cross country move with my dog she became I'll once we got here. It was on a Saturday when her coughing became very scary. I decided it couldn't wait any longer but I didn't have a vet here yet. I called several but none had open appointments for several weeks. The last vet recommended Blue Pearl. I called and they had me take her in right away. Within minutes of my phone call my dog was in with a team of vets. She is doing much better now and I can't thank them enough for their care and treatment. I've seen people post that the service was expensive but this is an emergency service. Human ER visits are also expensive. I have no doubt they helped my pet so the money was well spent. If your serious about helping your pet in an emergency then I would recommend this place.

My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel went into severe respiratory distress on Friday. We are here on vacation so I did a search and came up with this emergency vet group. He went into intensive care and was there until his release this morning. He is in congestive heart failure which made the problem even worse. I am convinced ASH saved my boy’s life. They worked with his vet cardiologist in Birmingham and accepted her recommendations for Brother’s treatment. Could not have asked for better treatment in this situation. Great deal of thanks to Dr. Agent.

We went to ASH as our Vet was out of the office. Our poor little girl had been journeying with lymphoma for quite sometime. However, her health was steadily declining. Each day we treated her with steroids and pain medication plus subcutaneous fluids. She had stopped eating and seemed to have difficulty swallowing. I couldn't watch her suffer over a long weekend. My husband and I were devastated that it seemed to happen so quickly. Everyone at ASH was incredible. I can't even begin to tell you the professionalism of the staff and the empathy. We were able to hold our little girls while she passed and were able to sit and love her and say goodbye for as long as we needed. The Vet was incredibly sympathetic and walked us through the process and allowed us to say when we were ready. Thank you so much for making this difficult time a less challenging experience.

Good care but outrageously expensive. Routine tests 50% higher than at vet. Insulin at ASH is $95, at my local vet $62. I wonder how many pets have died because owners could not afford ASH. I wonder how they feel putting down a pet because of money. Only use ASH if you have a true emergency.
