So accommodating and very reasonable priced.

They we're very accommodating when I accidentally made an appointment at a different clinic with the same name in connecticut, didn't help that somehow the wrong website was linked to their address on Google. I contacted google and hopefully this was fixed. The vet was very nice and personable.

Pleasant visit under circumstances of covid restrictions they were very accommodating .

This is the worst animal hospital. I had a gift certificate for a grooming by Allison which I won at the dog fair at the Mercado this year. They did not honor this $80 gift certificate because said they add new owners. In addition I specifically told the groome Allison,and I wrote it down that my dog had a wart on her front leg, and to be very careful when she was cutting the dog .when I picked my dog up her leg was bleeding because the groomer Allison had cut it. This is not a reputable place and I would never go back there again and I would never use the groomer Allison again. When I got home I called the hospital and asked to speak to the manager to tell them what happened with my dog they said that she would call me back and they never did

You won't find better vets than Drs. Theiss & Cooper and their staff is first rate. They've been my dogs' vets for over 20 years. Won't go anywhere else.

I have been using Bay Ridge Veterinary Hospital four at least 10 15 years dr. Brian thies has taken care of three of my dogs I'm helped me through the last one who had to be put down while I was in the hospital very compassionate loving man who knows how to treat his animals with a caring hand I thank him very much for all he's done for me and wish him the best and hopefully when I give another another dog I will be back to see him again.

Very friendly staff and doctors. They really give you the one on one attention for each of their patients. The require a mask and they are not letting anyone at this time. But if you just call to let them know you are there, they will meet you outside.

Dr. Lin is fantastic. She went to U of P so you can’t get much better than that academically. Great bedside manner with your pet and truly cares.

My experience with my 2 cats was excellent in every way. Top notch veterinarians, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff.

I would not trust Chad, my cat to anyone else! Everyone there from the receptionist to the doctor are kind, knowledgeable and full of patience.

The staff at Bayshore are so kind and caring with my dogs. Dr. Lin cares for both of my Huskies. She even gets on the floor to accommodate the one who is nervous. She is generous with treats assuring the veterinary appointment is positive for my dogs. Super vet, wonderful clinic, all are very caring!

The doctors and staff at bay ridge animal hospital are kind, caring and very professional. I have used many of their services for my dog including boarding and dental services. The prices are very fair and the care and concern they show for my pet are first class. Dr cooper is the best.

I HIGHLY reccomend Dr. Theiss. I've always trusted him to do what was best for my dogs and appreciate that he is more open minded about holistic health than some by the book vets. And he so impressed me when I brought my Maltese in and told the receptionist that she was scared and shaking badly so I would be waiting on the bench outside until the doctor was ready for me. Instead of calling me inside, Dr. Theiss did the exam outside where she was more comfortable. Several times when I needed medicine I would ask that it be left outside in a hiding place and I would pick it up shortly after they closed. One time Dr. Theiss realized they forgot to put it out and he went back to get it and personally delivered it! Now that's testament to a doctor who truly cares about his patients and his clientelle. And when it was time to put my dog to sleep, the whole staff was very compassionate. I truly could not ask for a better vet.

Bayridge's staff and Dr. Cooper have provided excellent care to our labradors. They helped one through end of life stages. They have provided standard care, vaccinations, and checkups to the other for 5 years (as of 2018), since puppyhood. They also offer short-term boarding to client pets. Must be great b/c our dog is always very happy to go to the vet's office.

Dr. Thesis & Dr. Cooper are the only ones I trust with my little baby!!

WORST Experience EVER at a Vet!!!!!! They said they knew how to clip nails on my sugar gliders but not only did Dr.Lin clip my gliders toe and make it bleed she then got scared of glider and Flung her to the ground!!! Unbelievably Sooo Unprofessional!!!!! Her Whole Staff Witnessed it too because apparently none of them had even seen a glider and they were all gaping at the viewing window at us! Worst worst worst! And then the doctor lied and said her toe was bleeding when she took glider out of pouch. Are you kidding me stupid, ?!? I was the one who took her out of pouch and she was fine. Don't you remember her running around on your tech?? Don't say you know what you're doing when your don't you ...@!!@!@!! What kind of Vet are you??? I mean really!!!! DON'T GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS BECAUSE THIS DOCTOR DOESN'T AND SHE WILL THROW YOUR PET ON THE FLOOR AND MAKE THEM HURT WORSE THEN WHEN THEY EVEN CAME IN!!!@ HORRIBLE WOMAN!!! You can Quote me on this!!

BayRidge staff has taken EXCELLENT care of my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Gracie has utilized all Services, DayCare, Grooming, Boarding, and Veterinary Care. Dr Brian Theiss is a very kind, compassionate, to my puppies needs.
