Highly recommend this place, Dr Weber and staff were so kind when I lost my best friend. It was a long wait but it was so worth every minute with the time he took with me and my baby Charlie. The bill was incredibly low. Thank you Dr Weber and staff

Amazing! Dr. Are sympathic, knowledgable and affordable. You will wait for 2+hours because they are amazing!

Great clinic and reasonable prices. This is a walk in clinic and very busy. They have limited hours of 8am-10am or 1pm-3pm, though you can check in at 12 pm but vets aren't back till 1pm. Be aware you could wait from 2-3 hours from the time you check in till you're out the door. Avoid Mondays if possible.

My dog was in bad shape, in pain and elderly. They helped us with end of life for my baby. They were very compassionate and I am really glad we went here! We are so appreciative and I highly recommend them!

The only that disappointed me is the wait time. The staff are exceptional and very helpful. The Vet Docs are the best I have ever met. I have been going here for about 23 years now I have nothing bad to say about the staff wait time is a bear but it's worth it. THANK YOU LAKE VET YOU HAVE SAVED SO MANY FOR ALL OF US!

In love with this veterinarian but unfortunately was closed for the long weekend, friday, saturday and Monday MLk (due covid supposedly) I have to go somewhere else. Usually is first come first serve, the customer service is usually excellent and come prepared to stay 2-3 hours waiting for your turn.

Extremely satisfied with the Veterinarian, vet tech and the office staff...The only downside was the wait...approximately 3 hours. But that tells me how professional,caring and knowledgeable they are. ????????

We enjoyed it a lot until they started charging for an office visit. That was the reason we changed vets. They should make appointments now.

This is the best vet in all of Lake County hands down. I have been taking my pets there for probably probably 15 years or more, They are so kind and loving and they truly care about your pets. I recommend them to everybody I get a chance to recommend them too.

Besides the wait being a walk in clinic, Everyone there was wonderful. I had to let my 14 1/2 yr old Peanut go to doggy heaven. Being on a limited income, and this issue coming up very unexpectedly, I wanted to have him cremated. They worked with me by paying that days services, then come pay the cremation fee following week. Or I don't know what I would have done. I waited 3 hrs to be seen, BUT that gave me plenty of time to say my goodbyes to my Peanut. I sat outside for most the time due to my many tears. When time came, Peanut and I were both ready to let go. The staff was so helpful, caring, informative, and heartfelt to my situation. Can't say enough about their help and caring personalities. Never have I had to do something like this before, not only was it very hard for me emotionally, they helped me get though it. Thank you and your staff for all you have done and will do in the future. Bless you all.

This is a WONDERFUL, CARING AND LOVING Vet! I love all the staff here and trust them completely. They do everything possible to understand the needs of your family members and take care of the parents as well.

I’ve been coming here for 11 years and they don’t even know me or my dog because they always have new employees. Very impersonal, the older female veterinarian was very cold, no empathy whatsoever. It’s like an assembly line.

Lake Vet is always a good experience for us ... unhappily we have had two of our cats die within 2 weeks of each other, so today's visit was a sad one.

Very compassionate when I had to put my beautiful fur baby down because she had cancer.good caring doctor's and staff .I miss my baby girl so much thank you all for helping her thru out her life and even at her end.

We were able to do a walk-in to get our Chi treated for an ear infection before we left town.

I have been with this vet for over 30 years my grandmother and mother have been with Dr Hart and now with Dr Weber. Dr Weber has saved three of our family animals from death door to give them four or five more years enough can't be said about this vet in the experience they have.

Very nice staff very reasonable prices it did take all day for me to be seen but it was well worth it the vet was great
