Our pet needed veterinary care while out of town & they accepted our baby just like we were regular customers. Dr. Sweeney was very thorough explaining what was going on & procedures they were doing. We will definitely use this vet clinic when in the area again if needed. I would recommend then to everyone with a baby they love & want it to be taken care of like family. ????

Amazing staff who take great care of their patients

This is the established veterinarian for my fur babies. She has taken them in on emergencies and regular visits. The vet and staff are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

Not our usual vet but we had an emergency. They got us an appointment time, before our appointment time they had a cancellation and called me to bring my fur baby in sooner. My dog is usually terrified of vets but loved the ladies that had him. Not over priced and extremely attentive to keeping us updated.

They helped Molly more in 1 visit than her vet has in several in Pennsylvania

Eustis veterinary hospital is the epitome of compassionate patient-centered care. The second I called their office I could already tell that they truly cared for the animals. The office staff were so attentive and made the process of scheduling an appointment quick and easy. They even got my dog Rhino in as quickly as possible. I called several other vet locations within the Eustis and Mt Dora area. The response I received from other places were that they did not have availability for new patients. One vet office even told me that I needed to submit all my dog’s previous vet records, and they would get back to me in x2-3 weeks and notify me if the vet would take him on as a patient!! But when it came time for my dog’s appointment at Eustis veterinary hospital the office staff, vet techs and vet were incredible. They were VERY thorough when it came to explaining the surgical procedure my dog had. But their phenomenal care didn’t just stop there… They have gone above and beyond in the follow-up care for my dog. They have really set the bar high, and I will never go to another veterinary clinic again! I HIGHLY recommend taking your pets here.

Our old vet retired and we didn't have anywhere to go. Our friend Nicci works there as a Vet Tech and told us about Dr. Cassidy. All the techs and the girl on the phone were all great to deal with. Dr Cassidy is awesome. She called me 3 times to talk about my dog Tucker after she saw him. I am going to have them Neuter him next week and look forward to using them in the future. Dr. Cassidy and the staff are amazing. My pets are well taken care of. Appointments are on time and if an emergency, they will fit you in. I love how they loved on my fur babies. Cost is reasonable.

It was a very professional environment. They have great employees they're all courteous. Dr. Smith is a wonderful veterinarian. She was very informative and patiently address my concerns. They had made some charges in the estimate and then inform me that my dog did also not need to get her nails clipped so they therefore they took that off of the estimate. They're honest.. it took a while getting to into the back, but then went quite quickly. I'm very appreciative to all the employees and Doctor Smith and you will soon also be meeting Shelby thanks for taking care of Katrina

Love this place like I love my fur baby. They are the most loving and caring vet office I've ever used, and I have used them for over 15 years.

I adopted a pup and they were able to see us within 48 hours for a well check. The staff were all curious and caring. The DVM spoke with me personally, took time to write instructions on how to care for my pups specific needs. She answered all questions I had, never once did I feel rushed. I'm beyond greatful for finding this place.

They take good care of my pups. I haven't personally met the Vet because of Covid, but I have come to trust them since moving to Florida & changing to them.

I am not able to go in with my senior dog even now after most restrictions were lifted by the CDC and the state.

I brought my cat Max here yesterday, after he had a urinary blockage and needed to be treated over the weekend. The staff and Dr. Cassidy are absolutely amazing! Everyone has showed us so much kindness and compassion so far, and I'm just blown away at how easy this office makes a hard and emotionally draining situation. Dr. Cassidy called me personally yesterday to let me know how she would be treating Max; she even got him to eat which he hadn't done all day at another vets office. She assured me that she was doing everything in her power to ensure that my baby is comfortable, which set my mind at ease after being really worried about him. I wish I had found this office sooner! If you're reading reviews trying to decide on a veternerian to take your pets to, I recommend this office 100%. You and your animals will be loved and respected here!
