I give 6 Stars to Dr Steve Mc Colman and Dr Parka and Staff. Very Professional and Compassionate with aur ???? Panda,they did everything possible to him. This place is fraud. Thank god my dog is still alive. Looking for a second opinion and found out they misdiagnosed my dog’s condition. They robbed me for my money and don’t recognize their mistake.

I had a great experience with River Run, Dr. Mccolman and their staff. My American Bulldog Toby had a big wound and a bad infection and they took him in the same day and performed surgery in a timely manner. They kept me informed and when Toby came home Dr Mccolman called me everyday to check on Toby. Thanks to everyone there Toby is doing great!

I have been going there for some years now and I am always treated with great service. They are quick and thorough. I really enjoy Dr. McColman and his team.

Everyone here treats my pet Jordan with so much patience. I know my pet is hard to deal with and I’m always appreciative that everyone here including Dr. McColman are willing to take care of Jordan and treat him appropriately. I was completely displeased with the way my schnauzer was treated. I was sure to ask all questions regarding sedation for grooming, knowing that my dog was mistreated in a previous life. I asked for a schnauzer cut, nails, and teeth to be cleaned. What I got was a novice groomer shave off all the hair from my dogs face without contacting me. Their excuse was that he was aggressive- so why did I pay $62+ for sedation? The dog was not even brushed. And looks traumatized. Over all I paid 116 for something I could gotten at PetSmart for 45. When I complained all I got was excuses vs telling me that we will take of this, or let us meet half way. Nooo, they wanted me to pay first before I saw my dog. Beware!!!

What an amazing service. My Yorkie was very happy to meet Zule and allowed her to groom him. She was very patient and loving with him. Another placed reg flagged him as difficult but all he needed was the right place and people.

If we weren't moving abroad, this would have been the place for us. So helpful in working on paperwork and procedures to make international travel possible for our two dogs. Treated us and the dogs with respect and kindness. Smart, fast, professional, clean space!

Been seeing Dr. McColeman since before River Run and I wouldn't trade him for anyone else. I have been through 4 dogs with him and always always had good and trustworthy service by him and his amazing staff. And always make themselves available by phone or walk in. Most importantly my dogs feel comfortable with him and staff.

WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!! my dog was very ill so I took him to river run, they told me to come pick him up at 5:30. well when I got there no one had a clue of how my dog was doing; I asked to see him and they took me to a back room which was FILTHY! my poor dog was in a cage and dirty and no one had bother to check up on him in the his time being there. Dr.Mccolman then came and told me "he has less than a 50% chance of survival so i would just give up" I was baffled by what Dr.Mccolman was telling me. Dr.Mccolman then told me my dog had been on IV all day to keep him hydrated, afterwards, He told me my dog had kidney and liver failure. I got my dog and rushed him to another hospital which they then later on told me he had no kidney nor liver failure. And no IV had been put on him because he was severally dehydrated. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
