NO CLOSURE On October 23, 2021 I put my dog to sleep. I paid for a private cremation, two weeks later I had to call and finally, Judy S. (office manager) called my to inform me that her staff had made a terrible mistake. Her staff send my dog to her cremated with the rest of others animals.On November 10th, I left a message with the reception for her to call me. Today is November 18th and no call from her. POOR SERVICE AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES

Excellent place to bring your furry family member!!! Knowledgeable, caring, and not after your wallet at a time when your heart is most vulnerable. I would highly recommend them. They are the best locally.

Iv'e been looking for Dr Jodie H for over 20 YEARS!! I forgot her last name.. My Leila is just a little over a yr old ( Havanese) After going through 2 vets in only one yr.. I finally found Dr Jodie!!! She is AMAZING!! She takes time to explain everything, every question/concern... NO waiting.. right on time.. & her vet tech was also AMAZING!! OMG.. what a relief ... THE BEST!! THANK-YOU DR JODI from the bottom of my heart & Leila's!!

Friedbauer is kind and real. Not stuck up, not condescending, and never in a rush. Respectful. And she always talks to my dog and pets him. In previous experience many vets, believe it or not, don't do that.

I and my cats love everything about them. Clean, kind, attentive and loving. Dr Friedbauer knows lots of healing modalities.

The Doctors at Royal Palm Veterinary Hospital are the best. They have been taking care of our two Labs for years, and they treat our dogs as if they are their own. They are kind, gentle, and truly care about the animals. Thank you for taking such great care of LJ and Cane!

Dr. Harkavy has been our vet for close to a decade and has always taken the best care of our boys from puppy to rainbow bridge. Treats them like family and looks for every alternative to help without going straight to medication.

The veterinary team here is amazing and genuinely care about you and your pet. Dr. Sonja is a wonderful veterinarian. She was very invested in my cat's case and her communication with me was amazing. Nyx is doing much better now and back to her normal self. I am so thankful for the quality of care provided! Thank you to all the staff!!

Great customer service. I spoke with Brittany, she was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. She took her time to answer all my questions. If she wasn't sure; she didn't just say anything , she went to find out. Greatly appreciated. I feel more comfortable bringing my puppy now.

Dr. Harkavy and the entire staff are first class in every way. They keep our dogs well and in the few times when necessary, they take a genuine and sincere approach to bring them back to health and happiness. And they do it with such an empathetic concern. They treat my dogs like family!

We've been bringing our fur babies here for years and all of the staff have been compassionate and always do all they can. Really wish they weren't sandwiched between two dance studios though.

My dog was Healthy and playful before i took her here to get shots. this was July 10 th ever since then my dog has been depressed barely moving and for the past two days has uncontrollable diarrhea..i was not aware of any side effects after the shots she was given... My once playful dog is lethargic.. DO NOT come here.. Go to VCA its a little more expensive but they care about your dog

They have the most amazing staff and Drs. I will start using them again witn my new furbaby.

Terrible! If I could give them zero stars, I would. Dr. Weiss and Dr. Natalie suggested we go for all this UNNECESSARY testing multiple times. $4000 later and my dog is dead. If they were honest from the beginning, my dogs would still be here. Money hungry liars!!! This has happened to a few other people that I mentioned this to.

My dog has been coming here for years but it is never a good experience. In my opinion, One of the worst but most expensive vets you can visit. We finally got him a new vet after his horrible visit this week which was the final straw for me. Goodbye and good riddance!
