My dogs were happy here. No issues.

My dogs seem happy after being boreded here. However I'm extremely disappointed with my shih Tsu's grooming. Her paw pads where not cleaned up also paid for a pup facial her face wasn't cleaned. So I wonder if that was even done. I wanted her face hair left longer but it doesn't look like she was even touched other than over her eyes. I'm disappointed in the grooming aspect and don't think I will be bringing her back for grooming.

I went into the one in Oakleaf i and was very impressed with how clean it was. I watched all different breeds of dogs playing with each other and playing in and out of the pool. The staff was very friendly. I'm sure my little doxie will enjoy her stay there.

My pup had a sleepover here and was treated well, I even got a phone call updating me on how well she did. Highly recommended, and when my kitties need to be boarded, this is where they'll go.

Awesome place to take dogs when going out of town. I came back after leaving them for 9 days and neither wanted to leave. We get home and they are both so exhausted from all the fun. I didn't even know you could get a husky this worn out!!

It felt boring and sterile I wouldn't consider taking my dog there at all! I will say for anyone that is interested in taking their pet there I'm sure it's fine? It is very clean and odor free in all areas of the location

Pet Paradise in Oakleaf are the best! The Team is very professional, kind and welcome. They treat and care for Coco and Bella Bella like Family. We Love Pet Paradise, there's no other Facility like them..Keep up the great job!

Lucy seemed happy when we picked her up. Grooming was just so so. They didn't cut all the nails and didn't trim the fur off the paws and between toes. Boarding ???? grooming ????

Love this place. Always my goto for doggie day care or overnight stays. My dog does not want to leave when I pick her up.

Felt very comfortable dropping my dogs off for a few days. It was their first time away from home like this. Only thing I wish is that it was easier to get ahold of them.

This place was so clean and operated like a well-oiled machine! The staff was super friendly. They sent picture updates of my pet during play time. I will definitely use their services again.

Very inviting business, the staff is super friendly and the vets are very knowledgeable. If you want the best care for your pup I would bring them here. Only extra thing I could ask is for them to include a few groomings in the premium pet plan!

I took my baby there for a play day and they were wonderful. They even called the next day to see how she was! Outstanding!

We are truly happy this go around with this establishment. Our dog was sparkling clean bad they even sent him home with a new toy along with a card detailing his friends and activities. We are very happy and Charlie will be going back. Thank you guys

This place was amazing. I have a Syrian dog brought back from a deployment who has very particular needs, and they made she sure was perfectly kept. She was very happy in all the photos they sent me throughout the day. I will DEFINITELY return AND highly recommend.
