Called to ask a few questions, couldn’t finish talking without getting cut off. “We close in 2 minutes” next time just don’t answer the phone if you can’t spare a few moments to help. Terrible!

Always fantastic! We love the techs and receptionist is always so friendly and upbeat! They remember you furry family member and treat them well! Prices are fair and service is wonderful.

Best Vet in Clay County, the entire staff treats the animals like their own. Always nice to see the staff go crazy over your pet when you walk in and know them all by name.

I was dropping off a friend at a nearby business when I noticed a dog in the back of the animal hospital. This dog appeared to be extremely malnourished ( which may have been the reason for the dog being here) and the dog looked like it was having a difficult time standing. I waited for 20 minutes and went in the building to talk to someone and  the first employee had ear buds in, then called for the receptionist to come out and speak with me rather than greeting me first to find out what I needed. Upon talking with the receptionist, I mentioned that I was nearby and noticed the dog outside and wanted to be sure someone was there, and didn't forget about it. The woman wasn't rude, but she was not professional by any means. She told me that the dog's only go out for 5 or 10 minutes at a time.  As I was telling her that I'd been here for 20 minutes she got very defensive and dismissive. I walked out of the business back to my car and noticed the dog was still outside for another 5 or 10 minutes before anyone came to check on the dog. Whatever the reason for the dog being treated  is irrelevant because this is the beginning of June in Jacksonville Florida. Although the heat has been mild so far, it is 91 degrees outside, and if the dog already had problems, why would they leave this dog outside for over 30 minutes in this humidity? Why would there not be a staff member that was outside with the dog's? Now , I understand some people may give negative feedback on here and that's fine, as we're all entitled to our own opinions. The point is, the dogs I've seen at this " hospital" have been left outside for long periods of time, no fresh water has been spotted and the door being dirty and scratched up is a clear indication to me that this has happened on more than one occasion. Do yourself and your dog a favor and take them some place that they will be well taken care of, or the other solution is don't own an animal.

Awesome! Everyone is great there they really care about animals. My dog can be difficult sometimes she isn't the most social but they always take care of her and treat her as if she was one of there own. Highly recommend!

This vet and the staff are all amazing. They saw our kitty on short notice. She treated him and kept us informed every step of the way. She even offered to take him home to monitor him over the weekend. She goes above and beyond and is always up front and honest with you. I will recommend her to everyone I know. Plus they have the sweetest office kitty that came to give me a hug when I really needed it!

Dr. Wallace was amazing today when my BF Gunner got sick, her instincts and the way she handled my baby, it was knowledge and the ability to handle our crisis immediately, comforting and I highly recommend Dr Wallace and her amazing staff....truly Thank you ❣️

I have been a customer of Dr Wallace since the mid 90's when I moved to the area. I now live over 100 miles away and drive up every time either of my dogs need surgery or special care. Best veterinarian in Florida. Thank you for your years of care for my pets.

The people that work here are extremely kind and very helpful if there are any questions that need answering. They have animals here as well that need adopting, so if you're interested in bringing home a new friend check this clinic out.

Dr. Wallace is doing a great job running this place all the while treating each animal with so much love! Everyone that works here is accommodating, sweet, caring, and concerned.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! They will rob you for anything they can. I took my puppy here today. Receptionist said it’s 50$ for the visit and we will charge for any medication she may need. Cool. Tell me why the bill was 120$ before discussing the price of medication????? When I asked the receptionist said.. “well you said she was throwing up, so we gave her something for that. She was dehydrated so we spiked her fluids for that. We flushed her ears.” As far as I’m concerned that’s on them. They never once asked permission or notified me that they were doing anything at all. I was recommended by an existing client and after my experience I will NEVER be back and their previous client with six dogs who have puppies and regularly recommend this vet will also NEVER be back or recommend them to anyone ever again. I have never been so taken advantage of. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Dr. Wallace and her wonderful staff are the friendliest my caring team you will meet. Doctors Inlet has been my Vet Hospital for 15 years and I cannot thank them enough for their compassion and concern taking care of my Chloe. Bailey (VIP 7/24/17) was given an extra 18 months of life when she was only really supposed to have days.
