I been making appointments for a bath for my dogs for more than 3 weeks and every time I been there never can't,I never come back again, when you make an appointment what is for???

West Miami Animal Hospital is great at what they do. The service I received from Carmen the doctor's assist was excellent and helped explain everything very well. Dr. Cristian knows his practice very well and knows what to do. These are the duo to ask for. I was told exactly what my dog had and the best treatment, no exaggerations or unnecessary services. My experience was beyond my expectations, all the staff were excellent assisting me with my pet emergency situation, they save her life and also after that my Chloe require a physiological stabilization and they respond quickly today she is heading to a full recovery. Thanks to the Drs and technicians they really took care with love and passion to this 12 years old chihuahua

Great team at Panda Hialeah and West Miami Animal Hospital they diagnosed my 12 year old Boston terroir with pyometra after taking her because of change of behavior no eating drinking more water not wanting to go out for walks. She also had a hernia, a large mass her lower stomach and a mass on her eye lid. She was also spayed during this surgery. Couldn’t be happier with the results.Super big surgery just the prep was 4 or 5 hours. Super great job they might be better them some hospitals. Thanks guys Trina Bean couldn’t be happier.

Well for many years I have been going to this hospital for my cats, spent lots of money not petty, thousands for the care of my cats. Well happens that yesterday to be exact around 6:15 pm my little chihuahua playing in the park hurt herself and was limping from her right leg, of course her vet’s office was closed, but always thinking about my alternative let’s take her to this hospital, they know me already I have a good record with them, so I called, and explained the situation and so the lady puts me on hold, I waited 20 minutes and hanged up called again and they just straight out me on hold, 15 more minutes then called again and then on hold again 13 minutes a total of 43 minutes of course I gave up started to look for other alternatives, when the lady from here calls me and tells me , “oh sorry we had a huge emergency”, or the doctor says that in order to see you you need to give $750 deposit”, they are out of they mind.. I’m done with this place never again!!

We thank the Veterinarians and staff for saving my Oleck's life and emergency from NY to Miami unexpected vacations turn into a tragedy, very delicate surgery procedure I almost lost my ???? but thanks to El Creador and Dr. Cristina I brought back alive and well my baby..I'm grateful for your help and caring ????...Will visit back again said hi to everyone and have a beautiful ???? day!!!

Today 4/18/2021, I cut a bad one paw from my dog and I went with my wife to this clinic quickly because the dog would not stop bleeding and they told me when we arrived that they were closed, the Chilean doctor was there, And they were not able for humanity and 5 minutes to attend to my dog, to put the powder that is used for this, they only care about the money, they are not human at all with the animals, that doctor passed him by and said that he had to leave and he did nothing, he is miserable,however he went to another clinic where to begin with they charged me 120 dollars for the consultation and when the nurse saw the dog bleeding she brought me a syringe counted on the tip full of powder and He put it on the dog, instantly the blood stopped coming out and he gave it to me and told me to take it, we are done, I do not charge anything, that is called, having love for animals, not this Chilean doctor, and he knows me, since 3 years ago I treated my dog.

I was very unhappy with their service. I was not informed about the additional $100 emergency fee which was charged because I did not have an appointment. I was at the clinic at 4:40pm when the clinic was empty.

The Doctor and staff were very helpful in my time of need. Had all the precautions of the time in place.

Amazing care and service, treated my pets with the upmost respect and reassured me during an emergency. I am very impressed would defiantly recommend for your pets daily and emergency needs!

My usual veterinary office was closed so I was refers to this vet by a friend and they were very diligent with my dog lucky, who is feeling under the weather and they were very honest with the prognosis.

Great vet! I took my greyhound here for an emergency visit and she couldn't have been in better hands. The vet answers all of my questions and is very flexible with appointments. My dog ripped her stitches out at one point and the vet was able to see me immediantly to fix them. Needless to say, this is now my dog's main vet!

So thankful and appreciative to Dr. Perales and his staff. I recently lost our family member, Murphy after 18 years. On several occasions we thought we would lose him before then but thanks to Dr. Perales’ treatment, changing his diet and prioritizing quality of life. He lived longer and healthier than any of us expected. When it was time to say goodbye to him, we were devastated but comforted by Dr. Perales’ care and concern for him. His whole staff has always gone above and beyond.

Money hungry.... low class This happened in the middle of December while we were preparing for Christmas. My girlfriend left her cat here... when I get home she is crying because of the size of the bill they tried to hit her with. We went to a public facility and got what was 1,500 in Bill's done for 55 dollars. Are you kidding me? My friend went this morning and when he told me about his negative experience I had to write a review about this.

Dr. Cristian Perales is an amazing vet... I would trust no other vet with my little family members (5 cats and 3 dogs). He is G-dsend

I take both my cats there and have had nothing but good experiences. They care about your furry friends and they're reasonably priced, which is perfect.

Dear owner in first they sent us out without stabilization of the dog,did not checking his temperature and sugar level,they said the dog was dying,they were more interested in the tests that stabilized the dog.Dr Rivero was very rude when we confronted him about the dog,secondly take your sign Dow that you are an emergency pet hospital that give people the impression that you are an energy center.we toke are dog to a real emergency center and the first thing they did was stabilize our dog that something that your clinic should have done before took me out of your EMERGENCY CENTER . It's a good thing that our dog did not die ,or else we wold be talking legal action

First time dog owner....staff was friendly and helpful with my new puppy.

I am blessed to have a 15 year old Jack Russell mix. He is diabetic and also has Cushing’s Disease. But the amazing staff and a very responsive vet, have time and time again come through for my Jack. There have been times that Jack has been very sick, basically on the edge. But time and time again, Dr. Perales has pulled him through. The man has the patience of an angel. God knows I call on him and depend on him so much, I know he’s wishing I lose his number. Seriously, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Jack. I was blessed to find this place.
