No appointments, I left my female dog at 1:30 and pick she at 4 after they sent me a text. Good price, my dog is clean and smell good. This is my 1st visit there, I'll observe my dog to see how she acts after leaving the place.

I am giving 2 stars because while they do cut well, they do NOT listen to the clients request. I have asked twice that my Pomeranian not be shaved down because as a dog that has 2 coats of fur once it is shaved, his hair will never grow back the same. The last time I asked he ended up getting shaved and getting post-clipped alopecia which is when a dogs hair does not grow back. It can take up to 2 years for it to grow back. I explained this to the lady and she had guts to tell me she didn’t know why it happened and that I probably brush my dog wrong when it fact this only happens when a dog is shaved down. I brush my dogs hair EVERY day so his fur is not matted and there should be no reason for her to shave my dogs hair down. Today is the last time I am taking my dog back because she doesn’t listen and just does whatever she feels like.

I cannot recommend Felicia highly enough. It was recommended through a Facebook group and I am so glad they gave it to me. My puppy Georgia was 8 months old and she had never been groomed, she is also very skittish around strangers. Felicia took the time to let Georgia adjust to her and assured me that she would be in good hands. I went back to look for her and she and Felicia were BFFS! It felt so good knowing that Georgia didn't bite or react and she did so well during her prep. Felicia was the best person to handle my scared puppy. Thank you Felicia for providing Georgia with a safe place and for always putting puppies first! I will never go anywhere else

Incredible groomer. Very experienced and my dog absolutely loves them. Very clean and professional. Highly recommend them for any grooming needs.

Took my Jack Russell for a walking grooming. Got there 10 am. Lady was acting like she didn't even want to be there. Said she'd call me at 2 and didn't give me a ticket or a text confirmation of receiving the dog. Calls me at 2:20 and after 1 ring hangs up. After I returned her call she said my dog was ready. I pick her up and get the same attitude. Then notice my dog stinks and her eye bugers are still there. Horrible job. Not even sure if they drained her anal gland like she said they would. She did do 1 thing. She gave my dog a little bandana. Not recommended for anyone who cares about their dog.

Today my dog got for the first time a haircut at this location. Maria was the groomer, she did an excellent job with my mini schnauzer. She also was very professional and kind. Im very satisfied with this place. They are are very fast and efficient. My furry baby looks so handsome . I highly recommend this grooming location.

Excellent groomer. We have been following the owner for years. So happy she finally has her own place now. Our little boy Cooper loves her very much. She’s gentle and kind. Brought my Maltese here for the first time to be completely shaved. He had really long hair which became mostly mats against his skin so I was prepared for him to not look the cutest. The lady at the front was so nice and she gave him back perfectly shaved. Left hair that wasn’t matted (on his forehead and tail) which was a cute touch and not to mention she didn’t shave him down to the skin which was great. He’s super white, smells like cologne, and they gave him a bandana. For the price I’m really happy.

Charlie always gets returned groomed and happy because of the treats he got. I recommend them, they are very good people with the puppies.
