I’ve been going here for years now, yeah ok sure they don’t answer the phone but they take things seriously, and professional.

If you’re second guessing it, don’t!! This team is amazing. Brought my pit bull Ashes, in for pyometra surgery and the staff was amazing. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and saved my babies life! Their prices are more than fair. 10/10 recommend this office

This is an ok vet of your getting your annual vaccines. Didn't do a good good cleaning my dogs teeth, I had to get them re done afterwards.

We used this veterinary office when it was operated by Dr Micheal. This office served six dogs across our family. We were extremely pleased with Dr Micheal and the service he offered, he was a true credit to veterinary medicine. PLEASE NOTE that many of the "positive" reviews are for Dr Michael and not Vet to Pet. Unfortunately Dr Micheal passed and the clinic was sold to Vet to Pet. We kept our dogs at this office and we regret it. The quality of care is simply not the same. This office tends to take the "easy road" for diagnosing our pets and it wasnt until we started seeking second opinions from other vets that we came to understand the how poor the quality of care actually was. In several circumstances this office came to recommend putting our dogs down or misdiagnosed simple issues like ear infections. In addition, they are difficult to work with taking a long time to fulfill the simplest requests or simply answering a phone. Needless to say we are moving to a new office and now they are holding our pets medical records hostage. Their office practices border on being ethical. If you love your pets use another vet.

Great pricing, but not the best customer service. I didn’t get any aftercare instructions or pain medicine after my dog’s surgery or get to talk to the vet directly ever, however, mostly satisfied with the results and the hours are convenient.

This place saved my dog Kiki, she had ate a pistachio and had to have a exploratory done. They saved my dog. Highly recommend them.

Saved my 10 yr old dog's life after she ate something she shouldn't have and required surgery. Nice people that don't try to take advantage with prices. However must take into account the age and health of your pet and what you are able and willing to spend on them. They get more expensive as they get older.

Absolutely a horrible place. They have no real training. A friend of mine has a dog who ended up getting parvo & this vet stuck an IV into this poor dogs arm incorrectly which resulted into a major infection & she had to take this dog to another vet just to get it amputated!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS VET.

It's a good experience going to Michael Animal Hospital. You got a friendly knowledgeable staff the prices are fair and they're very fast when it comes to seeing your pet. Overall I personally have had a great experience being with Michael Animal Hospital for the last couple of years. It is no longer Michael's animal clinic and they are very expensive

Dr Martinez and her staff are amazing. I have two dogs and unfortunately they Have experience maltreatment from many clinics including Banfield; except Vet to Pet. They are gentle and patient. Dr Martinez truly cares for animals and I trust her with mines.

I miss Dr. Michael. New owners are nice but not the same caliber as Dr. Michael. I did not feel confident on their analysis (due to their uncertainty of what was going on) and very strongly felt a second opinion was necessary. Had two others after them and they both gave very quick identical conclusions based on the test ran at Vet to Pet on what my pup had. Had to put my girl to sleep.. They are nice but I would probably suggest another vet than these guys.

If you want these people to take care of your pet well you came to the wrong place. They don’t take care of your pet they leave them all alone at night knowing that they are sick. Also protect your wallet don’t give your money to these people they are good at taking your money and bad at taking care of your pets it’s just facts. Bad prices. Don’t go here before it’s too late we should of read the the reviews first. Also I read some other reviews saying they delete bad reviews.

After years and years I'm going to doctor Michaels I was hesitant on a new Vet however I was already there my dog's records were there so I gave it a shot. I'm glad I did they are excellent over there. She's is an outstanding veterinarian and she has a wonderful staff.

It is not pleasant to take your pet to the doctor, especially if the pet is sick. At least the doctor gave him the right care and the right medicine. Thanks to my doctor (a)

Very organized to keep you and your pets safe. Clean, reasonable and professional. They don't sell you added services when not really needed. I felt very comfortable that they took care of pet with compassion and care.

Everybody is lovely and sweet

This is the first time I write a complaint about something. I took my puppy to her regular checkup and vaccine. During these uncertain times with COVID19, I’m trying to take every precaution possible to protect me and my family especially because some of them belong to the group of risk. Long story short, the vet tech who attended me ask me to hand him the puppy. I kindly asked him to put on gloves as he did not even disinfect his hands at least in front of me. The man reacted in a very unprofessional manner saying, “neither you nor anybody could force me to wear gloves”. I clearly said if he didn’t wear the basic protection I was going to leave. He immediately said, “then leave”. On my way out he repeated loud and clear the same phrase “neither you nor anybody could force me to wear gloves” in front of the rest of the staff and a client that was waiting. It was to say the least humiliated and rude. On my way home I called the clinic and asked to talk to the doctor. I was told she was with a patient. I left a message asking to be called back before I write a negative review. Unfortunately, more than 24 hours later I have not received any call. The question is: Is that the way you want to be treated or more important is that the way you want your beloved puppy to be treated? Needless to say, that I’ll never come back.

For years now I’ve been taking my pets to Dr. Martinez, her husband & their entire group! They are truly wonderful with animals. They are gentle, knowledgeable, & extremely attentive. I will gladly & wholeheartedly say that my fur babies and I will be continuing with them for as long as their in practice! They are really good. I have been taking our dogs and cats to them for at least 4 years.

On January 06,2020, I took my beloved Hannah to Dr. Martinez, hoping for a miracle because she was very ill and knowing deep down in my heart she was not returning home. When Dr. Martinez examined her, she told me Hannah was very ill and could not even stand on her own due to the hip dysplasia. Dr. Martinez explained throughly the process of euthanizing, gave my daughter and I a few minutes alone with Hannah and provided a warm blanket to make her comfortable. Mauricio accompanied us during the process, both were extremely kind with Hannah and allowed us to be with her after her passing. It was the hardest thing I have ever done. It’s very tough because the dog trusts you to watch over them and here you are ending their journey. Thank God, I was able to keep my self together and not cry for Hannah and my daughter during the process. A lot has to do with the service, the care and support I received from the staff, Mauricio and Dr. Martinez. The minute we walked in everyone was courteous, polite and kind. I will forever be grateful! Thank you ???? ????

Dr. Martinez has been taking care of my dog since she was born, she was recommended by the breeders that I got my puppy from and I couldn't be happier with the Dr. and her staff I highly recommend this place.

Don't even want to give them one star I can't believe that a vet which scared of my dog I have been going to Michael's for a few years now and never had a problem but because my dog does not like other dogs they want me to muzzle him and …
