They did a great job on my 2 shih tzu puppies. They were fast and efficient. I showed a picture of the cut I wanted and gave exactly that. I only posted one pic of my pups because the other wouldn’t stay still. I would definitely recommend using them for your furbaby.

You hurt my dog ear and nails, this was the first and last time hiring your services. Unfortunately I don't see his ear until when we was inside of our house. If you don't have the proper training to do grooming don't do it! My groomer was Carlos.

Groomer never showed up for confirmed appointment. I called midway through the “3 hour arrival window” and was assured the groomer was nearby. Welp… that was false. Wasted an entire afternoon. I wish the business would have been more reliable.

Ingrid was my groomer and she was excellent and patient. She allowed me to put both pups in her “groom van” and was able to cut my difficult chihuahuas nails. I don’t know how she did it. She’d a saint. I’d definitely recommend her. It’s that time again and I’ll definitely ask for Ingrid again! Thank you Tito’s grooming ♥️????????????

Canceled are appointment. And rescheduled and didn’t show up . Called many times and texted they were unresponsive and unhelpful when I did get a hold of them and they told me they contact me back and didn’t. Not only that they are extremely expensive. Not worth it . Don’t bother using there services. It will save you time and money.

Great at what they do ! And it shows when I get my dog back to me !!
