This place is the best groomer I have been to in so long and they work so hard that I tell them they should go on the news and that the should be happy for there successes n what they do here and it does not cost that much money for you pet to get groomed.#awesome

I can’t take my dog here anymore. They take a crazy amount of time to call you to pick up your dog. Dogs spend HOURS in those cages. I was early one time to pick up my dog and i walked in on the owners of the place (an elderly couple) yelling at the poor dogs to shut up. They were also yelling at each other. This is obviously no way to act especially if these are the people that are supposed to take care of your pup. For the most part they do a good job with his haircuts. I was told that they left one of the dogs unattended for a minute and he ended up choking to death on the rope. That was it for me. If anyone knows a place thats good with dogs, and is trust worthy, please lmk.

I took both of my dogs there once, and they literally almost cut off the nipple off of my shih-tzu. I am never taking them ever again and I recommend that you don't either.

I have been talking my dog here since he was a puppy. They are great, Friendly staff that are extremely knowledgeable and talented in what they do. I showed them pictures at first of the hair cut I was going for and now they automatically know how I like my dog to look. They have a card for each pet and write notes down on how you want their cut, and what they have done in the past. My dog has never been cut or mistreated by them and he doesn’t cry when I leave him there. I live out of state now but travel to Miami about every two months and always take my dog to them when I’m there, they are the only groomers I trust. I really recommend Tiki and they are very affordable too.

My friend's Dog was strangled to DEATH by a collar tied to the grooming table after being left unattended.

I have been a client for the past 13 years for my four dogs - they are very professional but what matters the most to me is how they treat my pets . Yvonne handles each of my pets with the same care I do and that means a lot especially now that my babies are getting older. I recommend their services whole heartedly .

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! They mistreated my dog so badly that her eye came out of her socket. She had to be taken to the animal clinic for emergency surgery. Now she has a 30-70% chance that she might be blind. They also tried to hide what they did by cutting bangs so it wouldn't be noticeable. They later said it must have been the shampoo. Vets say it was due to head injury or pulling skin too back from the face. If you love your dog, you will keep them away from this place!!!

After taking my pit bull lab mix to a lot of places, this has been the best, not only do they treat your pet good but they do their job real good.
